Instead of spending my money on a newer phone this is how I knew the staff at the shop was honest, but I wanted new phone anyway so they offer me to trade in my cracked iPhone 7plus and help me to upgrade to an iPhone11 for as little as $350. Not only that they transferred all my data and phone service from iPhone 7plus to the new iPhone 11 for free!!!My best day I Can’t be more happier then that, thank you Guys!

I dont know if they paid majority of the people for these good reviews but the fact that they dont answer their phones is a MAJOR problem and under no circumstances can you have great customer service if youre not even doing something as basic as answering calls.

They change my phone screen after two months my screen pops out . I came back to fix and i said i will pay it he said my technicians don’t accept the phone when screen pops out. I told him it was your job and i need to fix he didn’t accept my phone . They are not responsible for their job at all

Well I gotten my device fixed at this location not even a week ago and the very first day I noticed my phone wasn’t working the way it should ! For example I’ll could be looking at my pictures or scrolling on Facebook it actually clicks on something I didn’t press and that was going on ever since I gotten it fix the now no I don’t have time to take it to them due to personal issues so today my phone had gotten a small crack and rlly the lower bottom I then called the shop no answer so I text them and they respond were( The warranty covers malfunction issues where if the screen stops showing or starts touching on its own with out the screen being damaged within 10days after the repair we can replace the screen for you. Unfortunately that doesnt cover your case sry)....so I’m back to were I started waste of $150 .... I wouldn’t recommend this place at all due to my experience ... if I could give this show a no start I would

My iPhone screen went black and QuickFix It was able to diagnose my problem and replace my screen within 20 mins. The total time spent in dealing with a broken screen after I called them, drove to their location, waited to get my phone fixed and returned home was less than an hour. Was referred to this business by metro, went in the owner and technician are very nice but I ĺeft without getting any service prices higher than expected from the recommended prices were. I will definitely go back for other services because of the professionalism that was displayed for this to be a African American establishment because its very hard to find that these days.

First time my granddaughter dropped her xr 10 they did a great job she dropped it a second time and they gave me a nice discount definitely recommended them for iPhone repairs

Service wasn’t good at all. They are nice when they take your $ but when your phone malfunctions they act like they don’t know you. Brought and used I phone for 150$ that malfunction the Same day, took it back and they replaced it with another phone that’s malfunction now. They was supposed to change battery and ended up damaging the phone even more. Total waste of time and $. Do not recommend this place. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere.
