Went there 2 weeks ago to print of some HR paper work. Tried the 2 of the self service printers would not recognize my USB drive. Stood next to the printing area desk for 10 minutes. There where three reps that could see me on the other side of the room and there was no acknowledgement. Like calling someone on the radio or coming over to see if the guest needed anything. Two where cashiers so I guess they could not tell, the other looked like a floor lead. After the 10 I went over and asked for help and they said ok called someone on the radio. Nothing for 10 more minutes.Then a Manager I am assuming came out and had another guest and he suggested the self service said I already tried that and told them the USB was not working. Tried to say well it could be your device. This was a brand NEW USB and ive had this issue before at this store with another device. Told him that and he said we would right w/th me. This was basically loading a PDF file on the PC and then pressing print. They could have gotten the floor manager over and done it. After 10 more minutes I walked out. Dont shop here sucks that staples went out a buissness.

I just called for printing services and the first call that I made was picked up and placed down. No one came to the phone at all. i could hear the entire background. The second call that I made immediately after, I expressed what happened on the first call, and the young lady that picked up did not show any empathy and instead of answering my questions reverted me to their website as if she was too busy to assist me and better yet, she assumed that I was near my computer at that very moment. My background professionally is customer service and I have a degree in business management and the second degree almost finished. I am getting really upset at how these big corporations run their businesses and how theses stores under them fell that they do not need to help us everyday people but can take our money when we spend it there out of no choice of our own at times, but rather than our needs. It is not right and Office Max was completely improper for the service that was provided today. They may not care but if they continue treating people like me in their community this way, it will catch up with them in the end, regarding business needs.

I bought an HP Pavilion convertible laptop from here last week, took it home and used it for two days until it decided it didnt want to start up anymore. Brought it back to the store today to exchange for a new one, and it was a pleasant, uncomplicated process. In and out of the store in 20 minutes. Everyone was nice and accommodating. I will definitely use this store location again.

AVOID THIS STORE! The print shop runs DAYS behind on orders. I was the second customer to walk out totally empty-handed and disappointed in my 5 minutes there today. It’s hard to understand how this location is still in business.

Extremely inexperienced print staff. The managers have some of the most backwards logic, I would trust ferrets stuck in a box rather than the staff in regards to keeping a USB drive safe for 24 hours.

Office supply store. It has your office supply needs from paper, office furniture, computer peripherals, and other office supply needs. They also have a copy service on site that can do color copies, binders, and other presentation needs. The staff is helpful.

Dont ever work at this company. They jerk you around for weeks when you apply online and to do the assessment test it took me a total of 10 times for it to go through. Than when you are finally at your breaking point they tell you you are good to start. They dont understand that if you live in a state that has a bunch of snow dumped in a few days that you dont want to risk your life to drive in it. Then we you get fired they dont pay you on time. I worked February 1st and was told that I would be getting paid on the 8th of February. It is now March 11th and still no check. I got my second check before I got the first check. PLEASE HEED MY WARNING ON WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY.

Wow, Ive never done an online review before. This was the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. First of all, they dont have anyone qualified (their words, not mine) to help me to pay for a single-page document print out that I sent a day ago. They have different hours for the print services than their posted hours. ARGH!!! The three guys, who were just standing around in an empty shop, looked qualified to rummage through some folders to find the print-out (heck, maybe even print a page or two out), but they would NOT lift a finger. Even a gas station cashier in an auto repair shop will let you pay your bill after auto-repair hours and get your car back. I had to make three trips to pick up a single sheet print out. Dont waste your time.

Not impressed with the printing services response time. I called in with urgent print jobs and they said it would be 3 to 4 days. I spoke to the store manager and she was apathetic to my business needs and said to try another retailer. I do a lot of business with other Officemax/Depot locations on printing but this one is off my list.

Terrible service came in to fax some stuff to my lawyer never faxed anything before so the lady at the desk pointed out the station saying self serve I said Ive never done this before and didnt bother helping me out very terrible service for a company that I thought is supposed to help people never going there again

Caution when ordering online for 1 hour pick up. Store often will not have item even though it shows it in stock online. Customer service is lacking the service by a lot. Will not be shopping here anytime soon.
