Very neatly organized. This Target is not very crowded and well stocked.Ample parking and welcoming staff.There was no self checkout.

Every Target we shop at in Rochester, NY is mostly clean and organized and has the same layout,, making shopping effortless and pleasant. The friendly and helpful workers are most often patient and smiley to my bouncy and curious 3 year old. I appreciate shopping in Target, Rochester, NY, locations and shop there with a smile. My 3 year old thinks going to Target is a trip and an adventure adventure constantly asks to go back!

The service was excellent. The young lady that helped me with my app order was extremely helpful, and took time to answer any and all of my questions. I will definitely shop there again.

This Target is a nice location but the inside is outdated compared to other Targets and often times you have issues here compared to better Super Targets in the area. Greece for example is much friendlier and staffed better Vs Chili NY with a struggling staff and not enough inventory; problems with service.Tried to shop many times and have had too many bad experiences to give a positive review.Sad to say but this Target should close down and they should make it into something that will drive better business.

They have at least 10 or 12 checkout aisles but only ever open 2 at a time consistently.

I visited Target Chili this morning looking for a doll for my grandchild. I asked Associate Hannah for help. She dropped what she was doing to help me look for the doll. She determined that the doll was out of stock. She contacted Target Greece to see if they had any in stock.They did. She asked them to hold one for me which I picked up by lunch time. Thank you Hannah! My grandchild will be so happy this Christmas because of your efforts. Merry Christmas!

Its wonderfully quiet! Large stock available! Shelves full most all the time or are being stocked at that time. Great customer service from all employees!

Today I was in the Pharmacy area and went to purchase an item at the Pharmacy counter right after a man that was white that was doing the same as I was. I was told I couldnt purchase the item at the register. I stood there like why and the cashier walked away like..I wasnt as important as the white gentleman.. for some reason it made me feel like money isnt good enough to spend at this location..

As always Target had what I was looking for. I ordered online for pick up same day. Of coarse I shopped for those teacher/bus driver gifts while I was there. The girl at pick up was polite, fast, and very nice.

Love the variety of items to choose from EVERY time I come looking for something. Usually find more than I planned on finding!!!

So Target now thinks they have the right to put a limit on sports card and trading cards purchases. 2 items per person per day. Welcome to the new corporate America. There reason being, “people were buying them and reselling the cards... wow, genius, imagine if people were not doing that, you wouldn’t be selling any cards at all. It’s a hobby called collecting. Target just lost all my $ now and in the future. You can buy the same items, as much as you want, for less money online! Wow.

The in store pick up and curbside is a game changer, I LOVE it but if I do have to go in I feel safe there since everything is pretty spread out. The only congested areas is grocery but I dont buy many groceries there so doesnt really matter to me

I normally choose this Target because it is organized and neat. That was not the case today. Everything was a mess. The shoes were mostly out of boxes and all over the place. Same with the clothes. Just thrown on racks not in any order. The home goods shelves were also in disarray. I was in the store 15 mins after it opened, what the heck? I saw 2 employees having a conversation instead of fixing the mess or even wiping down carts. When I went to the one open register I interruptted a conversation between 2 more employees. Disappointed, not the norm at this location. Hope it turns around

I love the selections!

I went to the Chili, NY store to pick up an online order. First the online order to be picked up at the store was super fast. Only a half hour after I completed the order I got a text saying it was ready. The customer service was awesome when I went to pick it up. I was in and out under 10 minutes! The associate was super nice and positive. Great way to end my day! Good job Target!

Not the best Target around. The store always looks under staffed and Ive only seen two or three registers open at a time no matter how busy.The prices are decent though but you can definitely find cheaper online. Still a good store for those basic needs.

I love Target, but this location is terrible. Customer service is never helpful or pleasant. There are never more than 2 registers open at a time. I always have to wait in a long line. The app is not up to date. I went in to buy something that said it was in stock at this location only to find out it’s not here.

Cashier and Store manager were talking nonstop while I am checking out. The cashier keep telling me to stay back. I have a mask on and stay 6 feet back or more but they were stand next to each other and talking. I appreciated essential workers but not necessary to be rude during Covid19.

Not waiting in the lines, and just being able to go in the store pick it up get back to the car. All I can say is you have to try this new Target service you’ll find it’s unbeatable, Keep up the good work, loyal customer Tom!

I just want to say that Ryan in electronics provided excellent customer service to my family he tried to help us in every way that he could! Lexi at guest services went above and beyond to help my family get what we needed and in a timely fashion. They made the impossible possible and were so thankful!

Target is always awesome...they have the cutest clothes and home decor! Great place for gift registries and they have a Starbucks! The grocery side of the store has great healthy food options and wide selection of fancy beers. The staff is very helpful when you need to find items or answer questions. The store and restrooms are always clean too!

Consumer be aware. To get all discounts offered at Target, you may need to have the Target app on your phone and then add the item you are purchasing to your Cartwheel. I was fortunate to have a clerk explain this or I would have lost a 20% discount on a coat.

Store manager is one of the biggest problems in that store!!! She is extremely rude to customers and talks about them behind their backs. I have even had employees tell me this!!! Claims to care about people in this virus time and they are not doing what their website says, no deep cleaning goes on, no switching or registers goes on, no cleaning between checkouts!!! Be very careful this store manager is the worst

This is the worst Target on Earth (Chili, NY). They consistently never have enough registers open. (dozens of trips) Ive never been here and stood in line less than 10 minutes. Even today, Labor day and 2 days before school starts with everyone being off, they had *2* registers open and 10+ people in each line. I left my my stuff and bought it elsewhere. I wont be back. Went to Dollar general and got the same three items for 7$ less taboot. Spend your money elsewhere.

Not a bad Target. It is newer in appearance and inside is nice. The lighting in the parking lot could be improved, but otherwise, a pleasant place to shop.

I just ran in for like a quick thing, and like the employees were super unhelpful in finding it. Then when I tried to check out there was like no one on registries, and the ones that were had like 7 people on them each.

Your store is too far big to only have two motorized carts. There is no bench to sit while you wait for one to come back. (At least Walmart has a bench while you wait for one of their fleets). One was being used, the other sat with the power off plugged in. I explained to the managers congregating at the service desk that someone needs to plug it in and turn it on, otherwise it cannot charge. One of the female managers said, yeah, a lot of people are using them today, which, makes you think, if you notice that, maybe be on top of it a bit more? I struggled to get through the store and do some grocery shopping. Nowhere to sit toward the middle and back of the store. When I got to checkout after damn near collapsing (I leaned on a normal grocery cart), wouldnt you know it, 20 minutes later, was NOT plugged in and NOT charging. I asked the check out girl to grab a manager. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves to come over. Waited five minutes. Finally told them on the way out no one ever came over to charge cart. I got a yes sir with all the enthusiasm of a middle schooler talking with a substitute teacher. These kids had no respect, are lazy, and did not provide reasonable accommodations due their apathy and lack of concern. Sensitivity training and more motorized carts are definitely required at this location. Deplorable service, no honor and no respect.

Target carries a wonderful selection of items for the home, and some food items that I cant get anywhere else.

WARNING. Do not buy electronics from Target. I purchased a TV on Black Friday because of the seemingly good deal. They do not research the products they sell. My big mistake was trusting that the item was being sold by Target and assuming they would not sell junk. The tv broke within months and Target will not replace it. The manufacturer Westinghouse says they have a warranty but only if you spend over $100 to ship it to California and wait to maybe receive another refurbished tv. Many reviews say they never receive another tv or a refund. Shame on you target and shame on me for trusting you. I really trusted that you would sell quality products and that was my biggest mistake.

I was disrespected by a man working the fitting room giving me attitude the whole time, he yelled at my friends little sister and i! very disappointed in the service and the fact that he had no respect for customers

Right next to Wegmans makes this location good for all shopping. I generally dont buy groceries here, but will occasionally if I forgot something. Usually pretty quiet, rarely any long lines at checkout

Did not have a problem with the target itself but did have a problem with the customer service at the Starbucks located inside, when a friend and I walked up we were greeted with a hi we are closing so alot of things are unavailable such as drip brew coffee and frappuchino all fine with me I just wanted something iced. Then was greeted again with we are closing very rudely. Clearly open for another 20 mins considering it was 8:40pm and they were open til 9pm. Not dissapointed with the product just the customer service.

They claim to be inexpensive, and yet their prices are 2-3 times other discount retailers.

Store help nearly worthless and had to leave the check things. Each time a 4 to 10 minute delay. Pricing confusing and absolutely not consistent with sales assistant information.

For starters this is the 2nd time my bag was not handed to me so now I have to go back. Also most of the time the person checking me out is lazy and cant even make eye contact with me. Also quit asking me about your red card. I dont want it and will never want it. However even though the staff here is terrible they are 100 times better than Wal-Mart. At least you have that going for you.
