Fantastic experience. They fixed two watches and placed a battery in the third watch and didn’t charge me! I offered and they again refused. I did go ahead and purchase a teddy bear for saint judes that they were offering. Great store, great people!

I bought a ring from Kay about 2 years ago and sadly have had nothing but problems with the ring. Multiple warranty repairs and trips. Finally remade me a new ring thinking this would solve the problem, but nope. Today I went back and they helped me to pick out a new ring ring, transferred credit for what I purchased with my previous ring and applied a discount. The staff are excellent and helpful. Looking forward to the arrival of my new ring

I went to Kay Jewelers in Rochester to have a stone put in a band that my husband purchased from them. They told me it would take 3-5 weeks to have it sized and place the stone. A month later I received a call that I needed a different size ring in order to place the stone. They said they had to order it and it would take another 4-8 weeks. They promised they would get the stone placed and sized within a week after the new ring came in. Another 6 weeks went by and I received a phone call saying my ring was ready. I was ecstatic I thought I would get it in time for my anniversary. It turned out the new one had arrived and they hadn’t placed the stone or sized it yet. It’s been 14 weeks and there is no communication. Everyone either doesn’t have a clue what I’m calling about or gives me the run around. It’s unbelievable that you can get such poor customer service on something that is so expensive!

I will never shop here again. I purchased 2 open heart necklaces from Kays and the chains are the cheapest pieces of crap I have ever seen. They both broke within weeks of buying them. I was then charged to have them fixed which broke in the same place days latter. Kays dont care about their customers at all. If I were you Id shop else wheres.
