We had a new door and motor installed by a different company and had nothing but issues. We called the other company multiple times to come fix it with no luck. I called Cox to come take a look and they had it fixed within a week! Fair prices, great customer service, I highly recommend them!

This business was recommended by the Liftmaster Overhead door company customer service. I contacted Brian Cox when I was waiting to receive a replacement door motor and he said to let him know when received and hed set up an appointment. I contacted him when I received the new motor and got no response from him. I contacted him a second time to follow up and still got no response (after almost two weeks of waiting as of this date). Would not recommend this business.

Professional, educated, honest and efficient service. I have engaged Cox Overhead on two occasions. First time I wanted a touchpad for openers from 1994. Brian informed me that he does not carry the pad for the older model but kindly referred me to a competitor. That showed me his honesty and integrity to refer me to a competitor but also his confidence in his own business. Last month I contracted Brian to replace the old openers and his recommended wi fi openers were installed promptly without issue.... and they are amazing. I no longer leave the house asking my kids if I closed the door since I can check my smart phone. Highly recommend
