These guys were great. I got on the schedule quickly and they were able to come two days earlier than expected due to a cancellation. They called beforehand to check and were right on time. After inspecting my door, they gave me four different estimates that included various levels of service and replacement parts. There were options ranging over different price points. I felt good selecting from among the different packages and there was no salesmanship involved. Best of all, the door opens safely again and should give many more years of service. Ill definitely call these guys again if I have any trouble.

The technicians were on time (Z and Josh) and were courteous, professional, and fast. This job was complicated and they took all that in stride and did a great job in the time frame they quoted.They didnt try to sell me anything and no surprises. They told me in the beginning what I owed (which didnt change from our quote) and at the end, the price was the same. When my garage door cable snapped on April 21 (a very cold and snowy day), Precision came out within 2 hours of my calling. The other companies I called couldn’t send anyone until late the next day. Precision had two emergency time slots available for me to choose from. Chris, the technician, was courteous, professional and worked quickly; he replaced the cables, tracks and rollers took in about 1.5 hours.While this visit was a bit pricey due to being an emergency, I have no doubt that I got my money’s worth! The door runs smoothly and more quietly than before. I’m very satisfied with the work done by Chris and Precision Garage Door Company!

Mark and Josh did a wonderful job fixing my rail. I knew something was broken but didnt know what. They were very knowledgeable and explained the garage door opener was fine but the rail was bad. They were able to replace it quickly & efficiently. Josh gave me a great education on how to maintain the whole garage door system that I never knew about. Fair prices and honest.

When we called with a problem with our garage door, the company offered to come the same night as an emergency service or the next day (on a Saturday) as a regular service. Ron was able to come hours ahead of scheduled time (called us and sent a text announcing his arrival, it included his short bio and a photo). Once he arrived, I actually remembered another great experience that I had with him 10 years ago when the company installed our garage door opener. He identified the issue and fixed it on the spot and even performed maintenance on our door. He went above and beyond. The owner of Precision Garage Doorcame to our house to service the garage doorthat would not open. He was rude to my husband and myself, scolded us for having an enclosed ceiling and refused to attempt to fix the garage door due to the danger he claimed it would involve. He yelled at my husband who attempted to help him by getting up into the attic area when he did not understand what “pin” to pull. The owner did fix a cable that was broken so that we could manually open and close the door and did not charge us which is the only reason I gave him a 2 star.We called Felluca Garage Door the next day and a friendly and kind young man fixed it in 20 minutes. I would never recommend Precision Garage Door to a friend.

The owner came for my service call this time, he was friendly, knowledgeable and made every effort to save me money with a broken wall control (I broke it removing it). He could have easily told me to replace the whole system, but gave me good advice, and ran new wire to where the switch was and told me to order a new one and try it. He was very thorough and totally customer oriented. They also installed my existing garage door itself when I backed into my door with the hatch open accidentally and destroyed it. They are my go to for all garage door work, and would go nowhere else, truly a great business.

I am sorry to have wasted my time with Precision. I made an appointment and Ron came over. He stood by the door and said he was here before to give an estimate and my wife threw him out. I tried to explain to him that my wife is not such a person. Generally, she wouldn’t deal with contractors who come to fix things, and even if she does, she WOULD NEVER throw anyone out. In any case, he stood there and said he doesn’t want to work on the door. And it turns out that he is the owner of the company!!!His recollection is incorrect. His attitude is wrong. He wasn’t able to give any detail of when and why this alleged incident took place.When someone is so sure of his own reality, a reality that he has made up in his own mind and he has no proof or evidence to back it up with, and he is responsible for a company, one can only feel sorry for him.

Good very conversational tech who obviously knew what he was doing and didnt mind my watching him do it. New opener wasnt cheap but the install was a lot more surgery than I anticipated and my old flakey, noisy and annoyingly unreliable opener is now smooth, quiet and better installed than the Home Depot model the previous owner had installed.

DONT ORDER GARAGE DOORS FROM Precision DOORS! I have waited over 3 months for a garage door. Now 2 weeks from installation date they called and said it was delayed. I asked for a time frame and they can not give me one. I asked the sales person for his direct number so I could have time to decide and he said call the call center. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. HE COULD HAVE JUST GIVEN ME HIS DIRECT NUMBER, MY TIME IS IMPORTANT JUST AS HIS TIME IS IMPORTANT.

These guys are AWESOME. Unbelievable, I was able to do an online chat appointment on Saturday night at 11:30PM, Ron called me at 8am Sunday and it was fixed after he showed up by 11am. I called to get an appointment for a repair, and the receptionist said she’d relay the problem on the repair folks. Dave called the same day and said he’d stop by the next day. He came by, fixed everything, and did it a week and a half before the appointment would have happened. So, with repairs and replacing our door and replacing our opener, we have now had 3 great experiences with Precision.We recommend them to everyone!

Ron the technician, was on time (rare in my experiences with contractors) he called and texted prior to arrival. He had the parts and replaced the broken torsion spring and spring support bracket/bearing. I requested the end plate bearings be replaced which he did. In an hour or so everything was together and working as it should. The price to have a professional do his thing was fair. I had looked into doing the job myself and shipping at Christmas was a hassle. After seeing what he had to do I’m sure it would’ve been hours of fiddling in twenty degrees! I contacted Precision Door because my old garage door opener wasn’t closing completely and I needed it to be adjusted. Well, it was an old Genie original to the house and the job just wasn’t cutting it. So since Chris was already here, I decided to have him install a new belt driven opener. Love it! So quiet and smooth. Bonus I also got an outside touch pad. Love that too! So happy with my decision both for the opener and my choice of Precision Door. Chris was the best technician. Professional, friendly and efficient.

The company owner came right out the next day and added a lubricant which eliminated the noise I was hearing at no charge. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door needs!

We called when our Door no longer was going all the way up. It would go up 3 inches and then just drop. A Few months prior I changed out my broken springs on my own. Come to find out I had purchased the wrong springs from Amazon. Ron showed up on time and with in 1 hour he had replaced the springs with the correct springs. My garage door has never worked as well as it does now. Great Service! Will call them again!
