Arrow Ace Hardware is a quaint overlooked little gem. You can find all sorts of hidden helpful treasures if one takes the time to browse. The employees are warm and friendly and always ready to help. Reminds me of the seemingly bygone era I see on channels like MeTV, etc. when one could go to a Mom and Pop store, no stress, no hurry, find everything you need, get friendly assistance if you need it and leave with a smile on your face.🙂

Really friendly and knowledgable staff. They pack a huge variety of stuff into a very small space. If you need it, they got it! Locally OWNED AND OPERATED. NOT A BIG CORPORATE CHAIN.

This is the perfect quick stop hardware store. They have everything you would need for small to medium projects. The people are always so friendly and can tell you exactly where something is that youre looking for. I stop here first before ever even consider going to a bigger store.

I think his name was Randall, he was very helpful in assisting me with finding the specific type of bolts, nuts, and a drill bit for hardened steel. He dropped what he was doing to help me, asked what my project was, and was very kind the entire time.Contrary to a couple recent reviews, if you are concerned about staff wearing face masks, both employees were wearing masks the entire time I was in the store. Highly recommend this location!

Like most dedicated hardware stores, this one has a good selection of specialty items, such as specific nuts and bolts, small repair and touch-up kits, etc. Overpriced, but thats expected for a little hardware store. One of their senior staff (Im guessing) named Deb was about as courteous and helpful as a bear with gutache... unless you prefer your questions responded to with irritated glances and single-syllable answers. The rest of the staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful though, maybe as a way of trying to make up for Deb.

Hey this place can be kinda a mess but Since Ace hardware moved outta Miracle Mile we have to go to this Ace silver lake area to shop a small local hardware store remotely near downtown Rochester MN. Thanks team working at Arrow Ace for your hardware store! Sincerely Jared A.

Nice neighborhood hardware store, I go there often.

I was shocked that employees are not wearing masks during a pandemic. How can management let that happen? Would not go back in until employees are taking simple public health precautions to protect their customers.

Helpful personnel, found what I needed

I was able to find everything I was looking for.

Ace is my place! I am fortunate that my Ace is only 3 blocks from where I live especially since I no longer have a vehicle. I can go in and ask what I need and its there. I do a lot of spray painting and they have a great selection! I order my mulch through them and each year theyre always helpful and accommodating. I am happy with my Ace at Silver Lake:-)

Very friendly service and knowledge

The staff is very rude over the phone. So will never shop here. Call to ask how much a key would cost to have a duplicate made i got transferred 4 times before anyone could even answer the question. But the first one that answered the phone oh so you want the hardware store! I had to remind her the name of the company. Is arrow ace hardware

Knowlegable staff. Set me up for my repair project with the right tools at the best price (even educated me about the small differences in products I would need so I could make an informed decision)

You know its really not there fault, with the big chains, but I do beleive its there responsibility to carry the odd ball stuff the big chains dont carry and this one let me down

Still a great place for the do it yourself person or services like sharpening or screen repair.Easy in and out; if they dont have what you need they have an experienced staff to help.

Good selection small town feel

Poor management. Didnt know anything about hardware. Inventory was not kept up. Service was terrible. Employees were rude and didnt know the store. This just makes ace look terrible.

Great place to get in and out of quick for just the basics, fuses, lawn tools, plumbing parts. I also go here for screen repairs and keys.

My first stop when needing a part solution. They actually help you problem solve solutions!

Found the primer I wanted, but spray paint selection was very limited. Lots of EZ One coat Primer +Paint products from every brand, but no plain spray paint..
