Called ahead and reserved a vehicle storage unit. Arrived to finalize the paperwork, both front end computers are down. They have to check the computer in the back office, only to inform me that not only could they not honor my reservation but they were over-booked!How does this happen in 2018? No alternative or recompense offered. No response from their generic customer service feedback online. AVOID UNLESS THIS IS YOUR FINAL OPTION!

U-Hauls computer software stores every thing you try when arranging a rental. Staff was helpful in finalizing a difficult move.

I tried to rent two u-box containers and spoke to three different people in sorting out the details. The u-boxes were delivered after I confirmed with two people that I was going to pick them up. The customer service and management was rude and misinformed, screwing up my order twice. The manager said that he would refund me the deliver fee, yet over a week later I have not heard from him or received my refund.

Quick and friendly. They made sure the air conditioner was on before we had to get in so that it was cool.

Do not book Bright Side Movers with Uhaul. They are the most disrespectful movers I have ever seen. They lie and ruined several pieces of furniture and walls and then tried to blame it on the customer. Very crooked people. Very crooked. U haul should not associate with these people as its bad for their reputation.
