O call but they never return my calls...

This company never answers the phone and takes a very long time to process orders. We have been waiting over a week for a call back. The customer service is unknowledgeable and extremely rude and unprofessional. Management is non-existent. Unfortunately if your loved one is on Medicare they make you stay for 5 years. Ive reported this to Medicare and they are opening an investigation into this company. If its not too late stay away from this company that provides horrible customer service to our most vunerable citizens. 1 star is to many for this joke of company.

Because I am unable to reach them, verify their address, or navigate their website, I must assume this is a fictitious company or a front for a scam.After an hour of research into them, its clear this is not a company to do business with.

Since Pacific Pulmonary took over Associated Healthcare I’ve had nothing but problems. First off they are 3 hours behind my time (NY). I called for emergency tanks at 9:30 am to order. It’s now 12:08 pm & still haven’t heard anything yet. I’m stuck with this company for 2 more years. (Medicare). They said the call could take up to one business day. Any suggestions?
