I was helped by Vickie on July 20, 2021.She did an awesome job in helping me set up with a new CPAP in exchange of a recently bought machine of a different brand that was not functioning properly and that I had bought at a different location of Corner Home.Apparently the transaction was not a typical process and apparently the enterprise software system was not cooperating 😊. But Vickie remained undeterred until she succeeded. The Lady that helped me with my new cpap machine was such a sweetheart. Her name is Kari! She was very knowledgeable and professional and a joy to talk to. She was fast but thorough and very understandable. I have been doing business with Corner Home Medical for years. Not only have they taken care of my cpap needs but when my wife got COVID and was coming home from the hospital they were very caring and helped her quickly with her oxygen needs for recovery. I love these people and would absolutely trust this company with my families health.

Was in there last week and everybody I talk to was so helpful. I got the latest mask that just came out very light weight first one that I could actually slept for a long period of time with and that wasn’t what I went in for they are just so helpful on trying to help you be able to accomplish sleep ! Would totally recommend !

They have been the worst medical place that I have had to deal with in my 61 years. They are extremely rude, lazy, and unprofessional. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY $$$. I have been lied to several time. Given false promises. treated poorly at their Rochester store. Last issue was I changed insurance companies, so I called ahead (10days) to let the know this gave then all of my new insurance company information.before my latest doctor’s appointment. My doctor sent my prescription over to then. I waited 2 days to hear from them, when I called then they informed me that they don’t have a contract with my insurance company. They knew this for 2 WEEKS AND COULD NOT BOTHER TO CALL ME. Then they tried to sell me supply with out coverage. I have gone another 10 days without my supplies because “they don’t care about YOU.

I unfortunately forgot some of my Cpap supplies at home while trying to rush and get on the road. I stopped by Corner to see if they had any supplies I could purchase. The young lady on the right when you walk in, I didnt catch her name but she had a bit of a southern accent was very sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend Corner to anyone. Thank you for the great customer service.

The staff here is not friendly, borderline rude in fact.When I called, and when I stopped in they were minimally helpful, and were short with me, and seemed like they were not happy to be there. I will be taking my business to the mayo store.

April is awesome! I was greeted with a beautiful smile. She was very polite and willing to help. Being a new mother things can be very stressful. She made my experience buying a breast pump very pleasant. The whole insurance thing is very hard to understand and she followed through and kept me informed. Businesses need more people like her.

Go there ONLY if you have excellent insurance and dont mind surprise bills! I find it really hard to believe the billing and deductible isnt known 6 months later.Went in August for Supplies and to pay off my balance! I Wasted 20 minutes of my time to to make sure there was NO balance left by paying for the supplies then. I was assured by the account manager I would not receive any more bills!Well got a hefty bills for supplies on 11-15. All they could tell is Insurance sets the price and deductible. You may receive bills which say 0 balance on previously bills but they will hide something in there and say Insurance/ deductible again. WHY Doesnt it show up 6 months later when I go to pay them off.If they quote you a price plan on doubling it! Buy on line it is more the half the price.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.NEVER again!If they say you are PAID IN FULL dont be surprised when you get a PAST DUE bill 3 months later!

Bad business. I take responsibility for not knowing EXACTLY what my insurance would cover, however... I was referred by my Mayo Dr. due to their hours. Unfortunately, they gave me a bad quote on a new CPAP and what my insurance would not cover (nearly $1000 out of pocket). Fortunately, I had an old machine a friend had given me, so I chose to use the much older product (without the features my Dr. had recommended) and simply pay for replacement parts out of pocket ($210).So, after I spoke with some co-workers and I realized they had made a mistake on the information they had given me (my insurance would cover 70% of cost), I asked them to at least bill my insurance for the replacement items I had already paid for. I was informed it was outside their 15-day policy, so I was out that money, according to the manager that was referenced. They were happy to invite me back to place an order for new equipment though... For an additional $300 out of pocket expense. The folks were seemingly nice enough. I was just really disappointed and dissatisfied with their professionalism and customer service. I will be taking my business to the Mayo Store. At least I know Mayo is happy to correct any mistakes they make with regards to errors in insurance billing.

Complete waste of my time. Added their own restrictions on what would be covered beyond insurance & then said it was not covered because of insurance. Called my insurance to ask them about it, & was told the truth. Do not go here unless you really need to. There are much better & faster places to go.

A little over a month ago I was prescribed a CPAP. Corner Home Medical was able to set me up the very same day with my equipment. After a couple weeks in, Kari exchanged my mask to a better fitting one. She was able to accommodate to my schedule for us to meet. The service I have received has been great and she has been very knowledgeable regarding the equipment. However, I still struggle with the mask....

The people here are great to work with! Karen went out of her way trying to reason with my insurance company and get my CPAP supplies. I finally gave up and ended up just paying out of pocket but that was on my insurance company, not Corner Medical. Today I dealt with another lady there but do not recall her name. Same great service that Karen gave me. It is clear the employees at this location care about their clients and take pride in their jobs. I highly recommend them.

Arrived at 5pm, and the lady was only interested in telling me they didnt have time to talk to me in the 30 minutes they were open for business. All I wanted to do was pick out the CPAP machine well knowing I couldnt get it set up that day. If you dont want to help customers after 5pm, shut down at 5pm. Pretty simple.

The worst customer service I have ever been involved with. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Go somewhere else if you can and dont waste your time dealing with all the excuses they will throw at you for not doing their job.

I agree with the other reviewer, but I will not be anonymous. I had great service from MIKE. Hes the only one you should work with in my opinion, the other female employees and the manager should take customer service classes. I was lied to by an employee and the manager as well. I had to pick up a quick gel mask replacement before a trip and I was charged $75. They gave me just the blue part of the 2 part gel piece, so after I returned, I had to pretty much had to fight to get the pieces I bought for $75, (On eBay btw...for under $20!). Then I found out I was overcharged for the part when I complained and they said it was $55, they just got an email about the new prices and the employee wasnt aware. I asked if the employee read her company emails, especially ones that pertained to her job. The manager the looked at the employee and said, Um, we had a meeting about this and then I was thinking What?? and said, So the employee just didnt care and the manager gave me $20. Very uncool. Nightmare of a mess and with the drama, my bill is still inaccurate.Overall, I was lied to 2x, I was overcharged and got wrong equipment.

My wife and I are new to Rochester and I wanted to work with a CPAP parts supplier close to home. Kari Saffori is top notch! She’s kind, very helpful and has great advice. It’s pretty clear that she’s extremely dedicated to her customers! I promise, if you’re able to connect with Kari, you will NOT be let down!

Ive never had anything but a great experience when stopping in for my respiratory supplies. Staff is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I switched services from a national company for my CPAP supplies and would not go any where else because Id be afraid the would not live up to the service we receive at Corner Medical.

Totally unacceptable.. We had called to head to make sure we could rent a wheelchair for a trip to Oregon. When we arrived at corner medical, we were told that it could not go out of state. This is one hour before we have to catch the shuttle to the airline. Absolutely horrible preparation customer service.

While in there WITHOUT an appointment attempting to purchase a CPAP machine the Manager sticks her head in the office and admonishes the Saleserson helping. StatingHurry up we are getting behind as I am the only customer in there. I failed to see why she was so incredibly rude to do that. I was not wasting their time as I was making a purchase and not consuming unreasonable time.Then there was a billing issue. They called and was rather rude again about getting payment IMMEDIATLY for the $19 issue that was less than 30 days old.I will suck my last breath before during business here again.
