While on a trip to the Rochester area I had an issue with my CPAP. After no sleep, I rose early & called the store. I received exceptional assistance on the phone and told the part I needed was in stock. Made a short drive and was greeted by kind - smiling individuals that were ready to assist. I had 5 more nights left on my vacation and was able to sleep very well afterwards...Thanks!

Thanks to Ida, whose expertise helped me to buy my rollater walker and quad cane! Ida is so kind and patient, and she brought them to me to try out as I was sitting to rest from weakness. She sized them for me and explained everything in detail. She answered all my questions with grace and professionalism. But most of all she was so very kind and patient to me, which is so much needed with people who are sick. She even brought everything out to my car as we were finished, assisting me how to fold the walker to put it in the back seat. Ida is a very valuable asset to this company, and she should be commended and receive compensation for her outstanding work. Thank you, Ida!

I am a new CPAP user and the team at United Oxygen has been awesome, right from the initial phone call to set up my appointment. They were very friendly and accommodating. My first consult was with Patrick. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable and had a good fit. 3 weeks later, I was struggling getting used to the new mask and I reached back out. This time I met with Jackie and she was wonderful as well. Although she offered to switch out my mask style...she first inquired about how I was wearing my current one and what I was experiencing. When I demonstrated...she noticed right away that I needed to make a few tweaks to both the position and the tightness. She asked if I would be willing to give that a try before changing masks. I agreed. I had two great nights. Jackie followed up with me to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with my decision. They really care about the person here and I would definitely recommend them.

Two months ago I had a very difficult spine operation. When I got home from the hospital, I was I had shape. I couldnt lie down in my bed or get our of bed. Sitting or standing was practally impossible let alone getting out of a chair.My daughter knew of a lady who works at United Oxygen and made arrangements to get me a reclining chair. I expressed that I needed one ASAP!Well, United had one at my house the next day! Thank you Jackie!You saved my life!

The service I received at United Oxygen and Medical Equipment was exemplary. I was prescribed CPAP by my doctor. Jackie, at United Oxygen, was extremely knowledgeable about available products. She helped me choose the right equipment, assured I had the correct fitting mask and followed up closely as I adjusted to the new routine. I cannot say enough good words about the customer service. Gianna assisted with the process and I really appreciate the great customer care.

Fantastic company. This company has a wonderful team of experts. I have had to deal with many oxygen/CPAP companies over the last 25 years in Monroe County, for a variety of health reasons for me and members of my family. None of them offer the expert caring service that this company does. Other companies will not try to accommodate patients with adequate equipment that fits their needs but this company listens and takes the time to provide exactly what we need. If equipment breaks down or needs servicing they are right there to help. As a woman owned business the expertise, knowledge and patient advocacy are far superior to that of larger companies. I wish I could rate higher than 5-stars. We are blessed to have them in our community. Thank you United Oxygen and Medical Equipment for being there for us.

I was passing through the area and was looking for items for my cpap machine. Was disappointed in products available. Staff was not helpful. I will not be making a purchase.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. They’re very inconsiderate and do not do routine check ups on their equipment or change filters. I know someone that received oxygen tanks from the company and they were faulty. When someone called to complain about the poor service they informed the caller that “(the client) will die soon anyway”. They are not attentive and do not show empathy towards their ill clients, and it’s sickening. They won’t even admit their equipment is faulty instead they’d blame it on the client. Compared to other oxygen companies this one is on the lowest tier. Extremely disrespectful, rude, and insensitive people run this company. It doesn’t matter how many times you complain they show no sympathy and do not try to troubleshoot. Let alone it’s pretty disgusting that someone leaves a bad review and they try to make the person feel bad, but reviews are literally about expressing your feelings and experience with a company. Grow up and the owner left a good review that’s funny.

I cannot begin to tell you how great the employees here are. From the very moment I walked in, they made me feel more like a friend that they were trying to help, as opposed to a patient, customer, or just another number. Staff is friendly and courteous, and goes the extra mile to make sure that what you are purchasing IS correct for you. Not once did I feel i was being rushed out the door, because they could not be bothered. I cant say the same about most of the medical supply companies that our local Hospitals and Health systems use.

I went in to purchase a Resmed Cpap mask and was greeted by a Pap Therapy Technician named Jacquelyn. She asked me a few questions and then suggested that she try on some masks for a proper fit. We ended up finding out that I needed the smaller framed mask as opposed to the size I went in to purchase. I am glad that I went in versus purchasing one of the internet because I would have ended up purchasing the wrong size and I would have never known that it was not the correct size and fit. Also thru her questions to me she suggested the nasal pillows based on me and also fitted me properly for the correct size pillow. She was perfect with her recommendations, the mask fit like a glove and is so comfortable to wear every night. She also worked with me on the price to make it well worth the price I paid for both a great product and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend going to United Oxygen & medical Equipment for for all your medical supplies.Kevin

The staff is very polite but they never remember me and I had to explain over and over again. My portable neubulaizer is not working. It is under warranty. It is now the 4th week I go there and they still checking and or investigating. They never call me to informed me about the status. Today is one week in which they promised they will call me the next day. Im still waiting.The last explanation was, the new owner bought the company and is checking the warranty. They are checking if they are obligated to honor the warranty or not. In the meantime I had to cancelled trips that take more than 4 hours, or long hours away from the house.What should and old, disable person should do about this poor services?

I am on 24/7 oxgen they have always been there for me. They went above and beyond for the changes in my equipment after my hospital stay for pnemonia. It involved a lot of help on their part to get better!I changed to them after terrible customer service from another oxygen company! Thank you all A++++
