I was in a car accident that involved another vehicle turning into, and side-swiping my drivers side. I just picked up my vehicle and I extremely impressed by the quality of work done by these guys/gals. I was kept abreast of changes and etas the entire time they had my vehicle. I genuinely feel they treated my Honda in the same manner they would treat a Bentley . I cannot thank you enough for your hard work and precision. You all made this a pleasant and hassle free experience. Shout out to Paul and Jacob for your expertise, along with anyone else who played a part in my repairs. I’ve never been in an accident, and wasn’t sure how to handle things or what to expect, therefore I had some very stupid questions. I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision and I am very pleased with the quality of the repair. The entire repair process from start to finish was handled in a professional manner. I was updated frequently regarding progress and expected completion time. I was somewhat concerned initially by the color match ability with the new paint since this was a 10 year old vehicle, but the match was practically perfect. A very satisfied customer!

The experience at Caliber collision was phenomenal the repair happens faster than expected and the staff were very friendly and easily got me transitioned over to Enterprise for the rental. Personal situation was that my personal vehicle was hit in the parking lot by an older gentleman unfortunately and he did some damage to my rear bumper. But after speaking with his insurance company all in the same day Caliber collision scheduled me to come in looked at my vehicle gave me a general estimate time on how fast they could get it done got me set up with my Enterprise pickup for the rental. But the top that they got done with my repair faster than estimated which made me extremely happy and I was able to take that rental back within 4 days. So once again Id like to thank the team there for getting me back on the road and in the future if anything else happens Ill make sure that they are my number one choice for repair centers in the Rock Hill, South Carolina area.

Zack helped me out so much on my visit. Thought I had a rock down in between my window and door panel (kept clicking when I opened/closed it). He pulled the door panel off in a jiff and discovered it was sound dampening material that had come apart! Took roughly 15 minutes and I was out the door! Thank you so much, Zack and Caliber for assisting with this! So glad it wasnt a major issue.

Even though their work appeared to be good at the end, they kept delaying and repromising when the car would be done - took much longer than promised. Also, they seemed to charge for more than was needed, though it was difficult to verify. Just was not happy with the service.

Caliber collision goes above and beyond. Jacob is by far the best. I had a loose intake pipe that was cracked and ripped apart. He fixed it for me without even reaching out to me. Please use caliber collision for all auto body needs.

I love this place! They are a State Farm select shop, so the insurance company basically did everything for me. They kept me informed via my preferred method of contact throughout the weeks my car was there. Anytime I had a question they were professional, fast, and friendly. When I got the car back it was like I was never in an accident. Everyone at work constantly compliments my car and what an amazing job everyone at caliber did. I even got the car back before the estimated finish time. I would 100% use them again!

We had a repair completed from a minor accident a couple of years ago, and the experience was much better than we expected. The work was excellent, and the staff was friendly and professional.Recently, we returned with another vehicle that had paint from a scrape with a pole. We were greeted, and the representative looked at the problem. She said there did not appear to be body damage, and she cleaned the paint in minutes. We asked for a bill, and she refused to charge. What a friendly act of kindness.Our two experiences here have been excellent. We highly recommend them.

Got my truck fixed after some storm damage. Fast and friendly service. Great job all the way around!

So, my kid hit one of my neighbors car with his bike. Messed up a wheel and put a decent scratch in one of his doors. I told him we would take care of the damage. I contacted Caliber Collision in Rock Hill SC and got a quote to repaint the door via photos. When he dropped the car off I called to pay for the work and they told me they were going to try and buff it out rather than repaint first to try and save me some money. Fortunately, it was able to be buffed and pointless dent repair which save a couple hundred dollars. It also took less than a day to complete the work. He was very pleased when he picked his car back up and said they did an excellent job!! Will definitely recommend and use for any future repairs.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I literally just bought my car two months ago and it was my first big, solo buying experience. So, needless to say when I got into a fender bender last week I was devastated.That being said, I honestly cant say enough good things about my experience here. The staff was courteous, helpful, and kept me up to date (but not an obnoxious amount) on the progress of my repairs throughout the entire process. I say entire loosely though. I was told my car would take about a week to fix, however, I dropped it off Monday and picked it up Wednesday. The repairs are perfect. They even fixed some scratches we didnt discuss. On top of that, I was told I would lose two stickers I had just put on and they saved both of them for me. So thoughtful and honestly not necessary or expected, but greatly appreciated. If I could give them more stars, I would and would highly recommend them.

The Caliber Collision Shop (formerly B&R) is by far the best body shop I have ever dealt with. My family & I have used them four times in the past couple of years. My experience with Caliber Collision in Rock Hill, and particularly with my Service Advisor, Kristin Ennis, was top notch. My insurance adjuster was onsite also, so it was really a one stop claim and repair experience for me. What I really appreciated was that Kristin gave me some realistic repair time estimates but then also kept me updated on progress with any adjustments on the repair time. This was most appreciated. Kristin was especially pleasant to work with in getting my truck looking beautiful again while also in a very reasonable amount of time. I hope I wont need more auto body work, but if I do it will be with Kristin at Caliber in Rock Hill, SC.

Very very slow repair experience. Couldn’t keep their promise on the date of completing repair. Front desk lady was kinda rude and indifferent. And frankly it costs much more than some other body shops in town who offer better and more friendly service. Would not recommend it.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND! They have me a quote to COMPLETELY replace the side of my car. They only fixed it. Same price they quoted to just “fix” it. It’s not even blended out. My car does not look the same as it did before it got hit. I’m beyond upset with this company.

I took my Silverado 3500HD in for some insurance covered work. I spoke with the Service Advisor on Friday, bought my vehicle in on Monday and got it back Friday of the same week ready for our upcoming camping trip on Monday. Recently hit a deer and got quoted for almost 2 grand of damage... Took it to Caliber and they fixed everything, even found poorly done work from the previous owners and fixed those issues too... They seemed to be honest about the repairs they did and even delivered my car to my house on the pick up day because they had to have one more thing checked out by Nissan before they released it to me. Nice people and good mechanics. This place is going to be my go to if I ever murder another deer with my car lol.

After having my Prius rear ended on I-77, we took it to Calibur Collision for repair. Unfortunately, one of the replacement parts was defective. But after working with Carlos Lowery, he was able to get the part replaced and fixed back to factory settings. I also appreciated their customer service, they kept me up to date daily and worked with me to get the car fixed to my satisfaction.

I had my WIFES car and backed it into a brick structure. We were going on a two week vacation the next week. We had recently purchased a vehicle at Honda Cars of Rock Hill (most painless experience I have EVER had buying a car), and having utmost confidence in them, asked their service manager for a recommendation to have my wifes Chevy Traverse repaired. He was very confident in recommending Caliber Collision on Anderson Street in Rock Hill. I called Jason there who told me I could come over immediately. I have been insured by USAA for over 40 years now and was very happy to learn that Caliber Collision is on their preferred list for body shops in this area. From the first phone call to Jason, being greeted by Diane the receptionist, and then being assigned to Kristin who oversaw the repair and interfaced with USAA, the process was seamless.I have to say that they are everything they advertise. They know that accidents are stressful (especially when its the spouses car). Their slogan is restoring the rhythm of your life.We left for Europe the day after I dropped the car off and I received regular updates on the progress. The repairs were completed before we got back and when I picked up the car this morning, Kristin told me that she waited until I was coming to pick it up to have it washed because she didnt want it to get dirty again. The car looks new. I paid my deductible, thanked everybody and was on the road in 10 minutes. A+ for these people.

I was referred to Caliber Collision in Rock Hill by the local Honda dealer, and they repaired my 2013 Honda Pilot and it looks as good as the day I bought it! They cleaned it inside & out when they were done!

This shop doesnt even deserve one star. My neighbor hit my car while it was parked on December 12, 2017 and I took my car in to this assigned shop on December 13, 2017. The adjuster Michelle Thomas said that there was a possibility that the paint could come back a different color which was weird because Ive never heard of anything like that. They called me at 3 P.M. On the 15th and said my car would be ready at 5:30. I thought that was a little sketchy because it would be dark at that time and if there were any issues I wouldnt be able to notice and I was right. I saw that the paint was off the next day but the shop was closed. I called first thing Monday morning and was instructed to bring it in the following day so they could take a look. A lady took a look at my car and said that she noticed the difference in color and they would correct it and then begged me not to do the survey or review. They put me in another rental and kept my car for three days but when I picked it up they said that they didnt see anything wrong with it, what was the point in keeping my car then. I called geico and asked to speak to a supervisor about my claim and Gewan Ramsarran came out to my home to take a look at the car. He did everything he could to point the finger elsewhere instead of listening to my concern but had the nerve to say that the people in the shop had poor customer service. He also said that its a three step paint job so that could be why its off and then said that the metal on the car is going to be a different color than the plastic on the car, he said everything he could except for youre right its off we will fix it. My car was struck by a dear a few years ago and it came back to me as if there was nothing ever wrong with it, the paint was perfect. I pointed out where the car paint was off where Caliber painted it and he said that it was off on the other side too but that side has never been touched. He said the best thing that I can do is get an attorney. The warranty on the paint job that they swear you have if there are any issues is a lie and now Im driving around with a two toned car. Again I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone and im considering leaving geico and I will be writing their corporate office and contacting the attorney generals office like Gewan Ramsarran suggested. This has been nothing but a headache since December 2017.

I had a horrible experience at B and R Body Shop and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I was broadsided by another vehicle, and the insurance company handling the claim chose B and R for the repairs. They had my car for 6 weeks and never called to give me any updates on the status of the repairs. When I called myself to try to get an update I received horrible customer service. They were very rude and spoke to me like I was out of line for calling to try to get an update on when to expect my car back. When I finally got it back the alarm did not work. The alarm was connected to the door that they replaced. When I brought it back in for them to fix, they had my car for over 24 hours before they called to tell me that they could not and would not fix it, as I could not prove that the alarm did not work when they returned it to me. My experiece with B and R has been the worst experience I have had in dealing with any car dealership or repair shop.

They do great work and have excellent customer service in my opinion and they even clean your car up when they are done with the repairs they are efficient and quick over all i am very pleased with my experience

Took them almost two weeks to fix a rather minor repair. When I picked up the car the passenger window wouldnt roll down. Would not recommend.
