My experience was great. Clayton is an amazing car salesman. The main thing I like is he knew that the car was going to be driven by my beginning drivers. He told me I would put my daughters in this car. He was very honest with me about the car and any questions I asked. If a car salesman would put their own child in a car then that is good enough for me to put my children in that car. I was not at the dealership long at all. I had completed everything on line and drove my car and was happy with my selection. Clayton made sure I was satisfied with the car. I visited JT Kia in Rock Hill with my mother and we were pleasantly greeted by Terrance. We have purchased two cars previously from JT, and this experience solidified why. There are other Kia dealerships that are closer but because of the service I will drive the extra miles because I know they will take car of whatever I need.

Painless experience. First time Ive stepped into a dealership in years. My last experience at a different dealership was awful, so I wasnt expecting a great one here. Boy, was I wrong. From start to finish, everything went great. Our sales rep - Michael G. - was excellent. He was attentive and interacted well with our 17 year old who we got the car for. Thanks Michael!

Avoid the drama and deceptive practices. Called to get a price on a vehicle. Was given X as price. X was much high than the advertised price for the same VIN on their website. Requested a copy of the window sticker and a pricing sheet. Pricing sheet had added two dealer installed markups, which werent listed on the window sticker or the website. Wanted those markups removed and to get the online web price, plus a military rebate that KIA was offering. New pricing reflected a local market markup and no mil rebate although the salesman assured me it was included (first clue to what I was dealing with). Told them I wanted the car at the online price listed on their website, sales guy stopped communicating with me. After repeated attempts, he calls me back and says his manager wants to discuss it with me in person because thats how he likes to do things, which is short for we want you on the lot so we can pressure you into buying the car at the marked up price. How about you communicate with the customer in the manner you have been since the conversation started? In the end this dealer lost a sale because they wouldnt honor their web pricing.

I really did not get too far as the customer service at the start was horrible! Was communicating by text after sending all of my information over and then the sales person stopped responding. It could be they were unable to assist with my request (which is fine) but that would have been nice to know by communication!Others appear to have had great experiences mine was not! I wish dealerships would be straight up with you up front and not waste hours of your day and time !

I had been taking my car for oil changes and tire rotations. Never had a problem and always happy. The last time I took tire for rotation, a few weeks later, my car was pulling and had play while driving. Took car to a shop and 2 of my tires had not been torqued and was loose. 3 lug nuts were missing one one wasnt the proper one that came on tire.(I had special ordered mine from American Muscle and had been in my car for 2 years) The caused my bolts on wheel spacers to strip. I called a the lady I spoke to was very nice and said I will have Ray the manager contact you tomorrow. I never heard from him. I called 4 other times and yet to be helped. I have had to order new spacers and lug nuts. Like I said, for almost two years, I never had a problem. If I could have spoken with someone and had concerns addressed, I would not have been as upset

Excellent experience buying a car, horrible experience getting my tags. I had 30 day tags that expired 2 weeks ago. JT’s sent my tag information to my local DMV a week after my tags were already expired. My DMV requires a week to process so I’m riding on expired tags. I asked the title person, Kim, if JT could issue another temporary tag in the interim and she promptly told me no. So either I can’t drive my new car or I continue to drive it and hope that I don’t get a traffic citation

Everything I expected from a used car dealer even when what was sold was supposedly new. Turns out the 2022 was a 2021, and follow-up to close the sale and deliver the car was very poor. Watch and double-check everything if you decide you want a Kia. Also read what us actually included in their acclaimed 10-year warranty. Not much unless you shell out another two grand. No thanks.

They gave the typical reply that they give all bad reviews, and said they would like to discuss the review with me. I called them 3 times, the day after their response, and they were unavailable to speak with me. I left my name and phone number, and still no response. It doesnt seem like they want to discuss anything. Once the sale is completed they dont seem to care. Shame on them!

You cannot get anyone to answer the phone in the service department. This dealership has very poor customer service. I dont feel comfortable getting any work done on my car at this dealership and dont plan to ever purchase a Kia again.

Service is terribly bad. I had battery on and off so I asked check. They said it needed to be replaced. I brought it to a local mechanic for a second opinion. They just tighten it and fixed. I bought extended warranty bumper to bumper but USB outlet was not fully covered. Dont buy any extended warranty from them. Just have basic warranty and if they charge you some, never let them do it. Dont trust them. Just go to your local mechanic you can trust. You can save a lot.

Normal car buying experience. Typical car sales man...I understood that I had to wait 5 days to receive my car because they were overwhelmed and understaffed in April. What is disappointing that I called the service department this past Tuesday to ask a question and the phone just rang and rang. I tried several times. I then called through the operator and was on hold for the service department for 15 mins. I called the operator again and she said she would take them a message after taking down my name and number. Its now Saturday and I still have not heard from them...

If I could give this 0 stars, I would.The Manager (Sean) refused to send paperwork to my lending institution in a timely manner.Upped the price $1000.00 with final paperwork by adding things that were not even discussed. Refused to adjust price or remove them (they put on a ELO GPS & a Pulse)When we arrived, after 15 hours one way, the salesperson who was the manager, was not there, even though he knew exactly when we were arriving.Refused to accept my title for my trade in because it had my husbands name on it, along with mine, stating full rights to survivor. Showed proof of death certificate, but would only complete sale if I sent a new title with my name only, within 2 days, or I had to return the car.They forgot to return the “release of lien” letter, which I needed for a new title.Discovered that it was totally unnecessary for them to have the title in my name only for my trade in, despite their insistence. So, I paid for a new instant title with my name only and Fed-Ex’d it to them.I waited over a month before contacting them about why I had not received the title or tabs for my new car. They forgot to send paperwork to the Secretary of State office.They did not calculate the correct amount for tax,title, etc. So, Secretary of State could not process my paperwork until a new check was issued. That check took 2 and a half months.

I have had a great experience so far with JTs Kia of Rock Hill. Adam Jones has been very attentive to my needs. He listened to what I was looking for and found a vehicle in my price range with the features that I needed. He has worked to make sure that the vehicle I chose met my demanding standards. The only problem is that I only have one key for my new car. The second key doesnt work properly. Id like to have two functioning keys but one will have to do.
