We had an absolutely amazing experience today at this store. Crystal was so knowledgeable and had absolutely outstanding customer service with helping me replace a battery in my car. I cannot overstate how she went the extra mile to call other places for a service my vehicle needed that she could not provide. Super impressed and will definitely be shopping here again.

James tested our battery for us, was honest about the charge and offered to fast charge it for us so we wouldnt have to buy a new battery. We ended up getting a new one and he helped us find the right one, installed it, and then helped us with some other maintenance stuff. He was awesome! Definitely going to be our go-to location from now on.

Awesome I normally only go to oreilys but after spending all day trying to find a spark plugs for my motorcycle an no one listening Jamie helped me an made it look easy. If I was hiring I would have hired him in a heartbeat. He is a diamond in the rough he needs a raise or a bonus.

The store is very conveniently located in the Fort Mill community. Their commercial parts inventory is very well-managed and efficient. The store manager is very helpful and customer-focused.

This location has always been rude and not helpful! Jose was wonderful very educated about vehicles very friendly and professional but when I came in to pick up my parts Darrell was rude and talked down to me! Not sure who is over these chains of stores but you all need some educated and professional people! I have only found 2 employees in the town I live in and there are 3 stores this is a shame! Educate your employees because I am educated!

On November 29th 2020 at 10:10 a.m. I walked in to rent/loan a tool, there was a short skinny guy with glasses, I did not bother to ask for his name after I spoke with him, very very VVVVERYYYY!!! rude, I asked for a clutch removal tool he brought one to show and throw it on the counter, he said here... Thats what you need, I told him that I wanted to make sure everything was in the case, he opened and said see?, I told you, the. I asked for the tool that holds the water pump pulley on place to keep it from spinning while turning the nut to break loose the fan he said you dont need one, this will do it all for you, I told him no sir, I need both tools he said Look, this is how you use it (tries to explain) there its easy, I dont understand why you cant use it, its very simple (in a very rude fashion) I couldnt explain it better.I did not share any more words with him and decided to leave.Ive changed my water pump in my truck 3 times since it has 298k miles on it, Ive rent a tool from Autozone before with no problems as far as costumer service. Ive done it before therefore I know what tools to use. I would never do business with advance auto ever again.

Came here for antifreeze Darrell was very helpful until I asked about a different product that my dad wanted me to get and said “hey do what you want” “we sale the parts here to fix it when it messes up” just straight up rude. My money is green so take it and keep smart comments to yourself!

Clean store, friendly staff. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. When I wasnt sure if some floor mats would fit, the girl told me I could take them to my car and check before I bought them, which I really appreciated.

I purchased wrong fuses online so had to get additional fuses but could not get my refund on first purchase was told I had to come back later to do so.

I bought a product from this store and when I got home realized that it was the wrong size. The store clerk would not give me an exchange and said no refunds on electrical products. I replied, I don’t want a refund, I want an exchange.I spent close to $45 and got stuck with something that is not useful to me. I will never purchase anything from this store again! I do not recommend Advance Auto Parts!

I go here frequently and the staff are helpful. Sometimes they dont know a lot but I realize they arent mechanics. Some products are cheaper here but a lot are cheaper at AutoZone.

I bought a headlight bulb and I was worried who I was going to get to install the bulb for me and the next thing the guy that sold me the bulb went walking toward the door and he said I will install it for You . Unfortunately no staff designated for cash register. So if they have multiple customers you just have to wait if you want to make a quick purchase. Staff friendly but that does not help if you want to go in and out for something.
