Don’t really care for the crew they have working. My car says low battery so the guy stated it was good. I left and the light came right back on. He did change my windshield wipers but wouldn’t change the headlights bulbs.

I came here in search of parts.. All because my car.. She wouldnt starts... The happy guys.. They hooked me up.. Now my car cranks.. And no longer runs rough.

Used to come to this location all the time employees are awesome but the younger manager is snobby an doesnt do his job. Called to see about a part an he says its unavaible yes its a order only part but he wouldnt order it. Sad guess Ill have to swap back to another parts store. Today was last straw for that location.

My car didnt crank up so I checked with my technician. He said my battery needs to be replaced immediately. I have a 3 year warranty with Autozone and it was replaced just 18 months ago. So I asked them replace it with my warranty they said my battery is good and can not replace it with my warranty. I asked a manager to call my technician he said he can not. I asked the reason why you think it didnt crank up he said he doesnt know because he is not a technician. I said you are not a technician so just replace my battery as technician recommands he said I can not because it is good with my tester.

I pay for warrantied parts so i dont have to worry about my truck.... now they wont replace my socks because they dont carry the same part.... NOT MY PROBLEM !I SHOULD BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT.... PERIOD. NOT SENT HOME WITH NOTHING BUT MY MONEY RETURNED....

The best place to get your auto parts, advice and help. Brian (I think) the store manager spent 20 minutes helping me with a broken battery connection. He got it taken apart fixed with a new part. I thought I was going to have to go to the dealer for a whole new piece. The whole team couldn’t have been more professional or helpful! Thanks guys.

Review for this particular autozone. Never had a horrible experience before at an autozone. Had a gentleman help test my battery and he told me both battery and alternator was bad and I needed to go to a garage to get it fixed.?!?!Ok. I wont buy an alternator and battery from AZ. How about an oil filter?Gentleman looked it up for that model and gave me the wrong size filter. I had to drive back to get the right one.Then told him I wanted him to replace a bad brake light.I recommend you just get it fixed at a garage.Ok. Will do. Wont be back to this AZ.

Caleb is a rock star. Was having difficult time trying to change the battery on my remote entry key fob. He got the right battery and kept gently prying the edges until it finally gave way and he was able to change the battery. He was extremely patient with me and friendly will remember this treatment next time I need to go to an auto parts store.

They sale you parts that work for a week and you have to pay twice a mechanic to take it off and put it back on, it happen to me with the altonator and with the stater only work for a week and then gave out, and people that know about staters it aint fun taking them off and putting them back on

I already love car stuff, so they get 2 stars automatically. The other 3, though, come from how helpful, patient, and persoanble the staff was. I pretty much knew what I was looking for, but one of the guys still took the time to look up my stuff and walked with me to pick it out. He also enhaged in conversation with me while I was checking out instead of the generic scan the items and say Have a nice day routine.

The staff was super pleasant and professional. They appeared knowledgeable. The best part was that they were kind and didnt rush us despite it being close to closing.Great customer service

Filled with unexpected reasons for taking a 6 month old battery and saying that it was no good that we needed a new one. It was under warranty from the place that put it in the RV but nobody is willing to refund me my money.

I didnt like the fact that the online price vs the store price was different. When I asked why I was told because they dont sell the same products in store. Well the product I wanted was on shelf behind me for 10$ more. #pricegouge

Waited in line for almost 10 minutes without being recognized or acknowledge. Took persons even before me as they came in to return items.

It depends on who is working. The first time I came into to get my car code was great! The second time, they guy working didnt care at all about helping me.

I went in to get a new battery. The guy came out and said that I needed a screwdriver to get the old battery out. I said “ok, do you have one?” He replied “yea you can buy one.” So of course I thought that was strange, but what was I to do, I needed a battery!He took me to them and at that point I said “ so if I buy a battery will you install it?!” He replied “yes” I said “ well how will you do that, without a screwdriver!”He then tried to say that at some locations they don’t provide tools to remove battery.”Needless to say his Manager said they would do it without me having to purchase the screwdriver (which he was trying to get me to buy a 21 piece set). Sooooo let me get this right y’all are about to lose a $200 purchase (my battery was $192) bc y’all trying to be greedy and get me to buy a $10 screwdriver set?If I didn’t need that battery right then and there I would have left and spent my money else where. Basically I will never go back there or to an Auto Zone. I’ll go somewhere that isn’t trying to take advantage of women.

Pulled in to have codes read on my 2000 Ford F350 with the 6.8 V10. Kid that scanned it first asked if it was a Dodge then told me my truck did not have a V10 engine. Either the scan tool they use is very broken or the staff needs to be retrained.
