Great store with a great staff. This is the second mattress I have purchased from this location. The first one was in 2014, then today. I had a general idea of what I wanted but Luke Gill was my salesman today, he did an awesome job of showing me what was available and had me lay down and try several mattresses. We talked he answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable of his product. He helped me pick out a great mattress at a great price. I really appreciate that. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. My mattress and free adjustable base will be delivered the next day which I cant wait to try it out. Thanks Luke for all your help. I will be back in a few years to get my next mattress from this location.

Bought a new mattress from this store today. My sleep expert was Keenan R. Keenan took his time showing me different mattresses. He didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything I didn’t want. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and explained everything to me. He was extremely polite and friendly! I would definitely recommend this store for all your mattress needs!

I never received full disclosure about the return policy. I recorded the conversation just to be safe and Even in the recording they dont explain anything about a restocking fee or paying 10% to return the mattress....I am returning the mattress because they explained afterwords that it takes a moment for you to break into the mattress..... if that was told upfront I would not have purchased the mattress. It has been a little over three months and the mattress is still hard....

Price is high, no doubt, but mattresses & bases cost a lot these days and with the sale it wouldve been almost the same as getting online. Plus I wanted to actually try out. The store manager/associate (not sure) was super nice and also knowledgeable. We did our own pick up & the set up was very simple. After a couple nights sleep, I feel I shouldve done it sooner & saved my back some pain!

This is the first time my husband and I stepped into a Mattress Firm Clearance store looking for a king size mattress. The employees are wonderful! Joe greeted us right away and introduced us to the other two employees. Then gave us a very informative tour of the mattresses. He let us figure out what type of mattress in the comparison center and we settled on medium. Then he gave us a full tour of all the medium mattresses. He let us take our time because we couldnt decide between two. We eventually settled on the perfect one and he gave us a great deal on our mattress. I will highly recommend Joe and Mattress Firm Clearance store to everyone I know.

This is the first time I’ve ever bought a really nice mattress so i came in and laid on several multiple times one evening. Antwan helped me and explained everything!
