The delivery people were extremely polite, kind, professional, efficient and helpful. This was an awesome customer service experience. In and out in less than 10 minutes, even helping us take off mattress, replace box spring, put mattress back on and they disposed of old box spring. OUTSTANDING!!

We were redeeming a warranty and had a terrible experience at the cherry rd location and came to the dave lyle store instead. Our salesman Lowell Davis was not only helpful and knowledgable, he went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. After visiting the store on Cherry Road discussed with the sales women, we went to the store on Dave Lyle and spoke to Tim. Tim was great. Answered all my questions and explained all where I understood it. If you need a mattress go to mattress firm on Dave Lyle their the best.

Paid extra for a heavy duty box spring. Arrived broken. The replacement also arrived broken. Then the third one was a normal box spring, not what we paid for, and they wouldnt refund the difference nor give us the correct item. Then the employees stopped answering our calls. If you need a mattress, GO ELSEWHERE!

Bad!!! I tried a grait mattress soft. When pick up a Hard like a rock mattres! not what I tried at store. Not a happy custumer, whent for a refound the next day, they charge 200 dollars for, excusse was they need to charge a pickup fee! Just excusses for stelling money. Here the costumer get ríe off. Employes are good, really nice. But managment is bad.

I brought my grandmother in to this Mattress Firm today with some specific needs- she needed a firmer mattress with a low enough profile for her to get up and down from without an issue. Travis was a big help and directed us to several mattresses in the price range we were looking within to try out in order to see what she liked. We were able to get a great deal on a mattress, low profile box spring, a mattress protector, and delivery and set up. Travis was informative and pleasant to work with- not pushy at all. We were in and out in 30 or so minutes and felt great about the purchase she made!

I came in a hour before closing yesterday. Dwayne was soooo helpful. He was very personable and genuine. What stood out most to me and made me seal the deal was his customer service and authenticity. I had my 3 year old (grumpy & sleepy) son with me who is attached to my hip lol but Dewayne didn’t mind at all. He literally tried to help in anyway he could without making me feel like we were more of a burden. He used all precautionary measures when allowing me to test out the beds. He spoke about his wife and family which I loved because it felt more like a natural conversation then a “forced sales pitch”. He catered to my needs and didn’t take me to the most expensive bed. He listened and executed. Top tier customer service. I can’t wait to get my new mattress and base delivered tomorrow. This particular store will always have a returning customer because of him. The sales representative was very helpful and explained everything about new mattresses and their construction to me. I have not bought a mattress since 1995 so the education was needed. I chose a firm mattress and he arranged for delivery and gave me all the information I needed to complete the transaction. The selection was good from Tempur-Pedic to beautyrest and some of the brands in between.

I had ordered a new mattress and base on-line. I received a notice that my mattress was out of stock and that the free base would not be available until sometime next month. I could not wait. I called the Rock Hill location and Justin told me to come right over and he would help me. He was able to find a mattress in stock that I would like and offered me a different base for free . I will have both in the next couple of days and will not have to wait until next month. Thank you for the wonderful customer service Justin.

My experience was absolutely amazing here. I first went to mattress firm on Cherry Road but I didn’t receive much help even though I was the only customer in the store. Pam not only patently walked me through EVERY step of the way but she also taught me why the mattress I bought was best suited my lifestyle based off of the position I sleep in . I now know why my firm mattress that I purchased from a different location doesn’t agree with my body and leave me sore.
