Thought I knew what I wanted when shopping on-line but decided to go to the store just to be sure. So glad I did. Mark, the sales associate, walked me through several things to consider and we changed up the model which actually ended up saving me money because of a sale. This is our second Sleep # and I don’t think I will ever buy a different mattress!

Best buying experience I’ve ever had. Jamichael showed me all the different beds & had me try out each one, with absolutely no pressure to buy. This store was immaculate with strict Covid protocols. Jamichael went above and beyond to meet my medical need in getting this bed delivered quickly. Customer Service was outstanding!

Mark at the Rock Hill store is great! He answered all our questions, let us try out the beds. He put us at ease, remembered our names when we came back later, and he was never pushy. We just ordered the mattress, so cant review it yet, but our review for the store and Mark is a 10!

Went to compare between sleep number and tempurpedic, Jamichael was so awesome and the sleep number was so comfortable we just purchased there without going anywhere else. Thanks for being so wonderful and dealing with our 4 young ones. You are amazing Jamichael!

Both gentlemen at the Rock Hill store location were so honest and there was no high pressure sales involved. The bed comfort truly speaks for itself and we had such a great buying experience! We have recommended the bed and store to all our friends!
