This store is amazing the staff is great and makes you feel so comfortable. It’s not just a sale for them they really do care and take the time to give great advice. They are the main reason we purchase yesterday.

The staff was fine, but we felt like the mattress was a bait and switch. It felt good in the store then it was rock hard when we got it home. We saw that others made this comment in their reviews, too. Its outlandish to me that we paid $3k for a mattress setup that gives me a backache every night, while our $100 mattress from Amazon is more comfortable. Of course the restocking fees are in the hundreds, so we basically paid that to have a month of horrible nights sleeps.

He respected our request of not wanting to spend way too much money, but we still were able to purchase an incredible bed at an amazing price! We bought our mattresses there two years ago. We had such a great experience that we decided to go get our adjustable beds there. Chris listened to our needs and what we wanted. He then looked for what we needed. Excellent customer service and the price just within our budget.

Terrible experience. Came to this location to redeem a warranty due to the previous mattress we purchased sagging after a couple years. Was given a reasonable price on a new mattress. Once they realised we were redeeming a warranty, suddenly the price went up a few hundred dollars. The excuse given was she typed in the wrong one. At that point they refused to honor the original price given. Both assosiates were very unhelpfull. They even had the nerve to say we were lucky to be getting anything at all, most places dont do warranties. Be warned their 10 yr warranties are not true warranties. They give you in store credit for the dollar amount you spent. Due to price inflation each year, you will have to pay alot more to get a mattress of equal quality

Great service at the Rock Hill, SC store. Beth was great and showed us all the features of many different types of mattresses. We decided on the medium Purple mattress in the end. No high pressure to buy! First time I have purchased a mattress from a retail mattress store. Trying out different mattresses before you buy is essential.

My sales person was extremely helpful. I spent more $ than I wanted to but I’m satisfied so far with my purchase. We will see once I get my mattress and box spring just how satisfied I am.

I had been shopping for a new mattress for quite some time, and then I met Beth Setzer, salesperson with Mattress Firm in Rock Hill, SC. Beth gave me a wealth of information as I was trying the different mattresses out for size and I made a very informed decision and purchased the Tempurpedic ProAdapt. I am hopefully going to be very happy with my new hybrid and also an adjustable base yay!!! Ill revisit my review after a few months with updates.

After one of the most frustrating, uncooperative days, I walked into Mattress Firm with my mother and was pleasantly surprised. James Petitgout was incredibly helpful and kind to us. Stopped into mattress firm for the Presidents’ Day sale. I was so pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service we received with Chris. He explained how the store was layed out up front, and let us try mattresses and told us to let him know if we had any questions. He didn’t hover or push too hard for a sale. He also brought us to something that was not a penny over our budget when we asked for a recommendation. I have been to multiple mattress firms and I would suggest going to this one!
