I had an issue about a month after my battery was replaced, where my phone wouldnt come on at all, they ordered a new battery and installed It under warranty and determined it was a issue with the circuit board that wasnt repairable. But I greatly appreciate them putting the 2nd new battery in for free to make sure it wasnt the issue under warranty. Theyve repaired other phone screens of mine and done well also.

I was told that they would not cover it or replace it. They are very good at talking a big game and initially told me that they would. notI was told that they would not cover. I had my note 9 repaired (screen and digitizer) after paying almost 300$ i realized my finger print reader as well as my selfie cam was not working properly, which they where working just fine before the repair, I proceeded to inform them about the issue and was told to bring it back in to rectify the issue. Post inspection i was told I would need to purchase a new camera for my device for close to 50$! after agreeing to the repair I was informed that only the screen was under warranty and thats why I had to pay for the camera. while waiting for my camera to arrive I, like Im sure anyone else has had it happen to them, I dropped my phone onto my head. Dont get me wrong, I know I have a hard head but hard enough to crack the new screen!? When my camera was in stock at the store i proceeded to inform them of the Cracked screen scenario which was supposed to be under warranty mind you, I asked them where they bought their screens And why it cracked with such a minor drop. They then, to my disbelief, was told that they would not cover the screen! Beware of the poor quality screen materials they are using. I will advise you steer clear of their cheap quality replacement parts and the warranty that holds no value, other than to them. I will be including a picture of my screen post head drop.

Can’t say enough great things about the guys at Source1 Phone! We have taken our phones to them for new batteries, phone restore, and we have purchased iPhones from them. We have never received anything other than exceptional service! They know their stuff and they make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave their store. We took my iPhone in today to be restored after not having it for 2 months. I thought it could only be fixed by Apple, but thankfully, Jonathan had my phone back up and running in a very short time. Rock Hill Location: Brought in a specialized keyboard (Dygma Raise) to have a Kailh swappable switch jumped to a diode and to another switch within its column. Their work is tidy and my keyboard is back in action; perfectly so. They were very nice, professional and eager to help. Highly recommend.

I took them a unresponsive iPhones 11 in January 2021 when I went to pick up my phone it seemed to be ok but 10 mins later when I left the store and tried to connect my phone to my cars speaker system there it was not responsive . 250 just for a better screen lol didn’t even fix the problem . Horrible expirience at this place, they replaced my screen and I had to go back cuz the phone was turning on and off, so they told me that nothing I could do the phone had water damaged... Terrible costumer service and after they refund my money and took back their screen and put back the old one I took my phone to CPR and omggg.... Firtable CPR fixes the phone in front of you and not take it to the back ummmm the kid at CPR opened my phone and told me the same that my screen was the problem but he said that they didnt even clean my phone when they replaced the screen and that that was the only problem, Im 20 my phone was like new, something so simple as that... They gave a better screen for $40 less than this place and told me that they aleays get costumers zfrom this place.

This was by far some of the best service I have ever received. I dropped my phone in a sink of water and took it to them immediately to see if there was damage since my phone seemed to be working but was getting a weird error message. The nice lady at the counter opened it up and noticed there was not any water damage that she could see but recommended that I leave it open and have them dry it out to be safe. When it came time to pay she said no charge because it wasnt a big deal. Regardless of how big of a deal it was that was still extremely so nice. I would recommend them to anyone based on their friendly service and genuine care for your products.

I have to admit being surprised at the efficiency and quality of service at the Rock Hill location. I called with a broken screen expecting to hear that it would take a couple of days to get a replacement screen - days I didnt have as I was leaving town. Instead I was told to bring it in and expect it back in less than two hours. The technician was true to his word and courteous to boot. An overall wonderful experience and I am happy to recommend these folks to others.

I have been to this store numerous times and have always been satisfied. They go above and beyond to do what they can for you, and theyre the most reasonable phone repair store Ive found in the area. They fixed my old Motorola for me when the screen busted for like $40, and when it later had a hardware issue that couldnt be fixed I purchased my galaxy S5 from there for a great deal, and Im still using it and love it. I also got one of their glass screen protectors, which have a lifetime replacement warranty, and Ive had to have 3 so far, and they do it quick and easy every time with no issue and no further charge.

Worst experience Ive had in a very long time!! Over $300 to replace a screen on a Galaxy S8! I had screen protectors put on 3 new Galaxy S9s. I dropped them off around 1 and asked if they could have them done by 3 and the guy up front, who seemed to not know a lot, said absolutely! I went to pick them up at almost 3:00 and they hadnt even started! On top of them not getting it done when they said, the Asian guy at the front was rude. I left to pick up my kids from school and got back at around 4:30 and they had just finished, still didnt have the cases back on the phones. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!! They overcharge and are rude!!

Casey was great under fire yesterday afternoon while she was replacing the glass on mine and my wifes Nexus 5Xs. She knew I had napping children at home and needed to get back asap. Of course, the minute she went back to start working on these delicate replacements a flood of customers started flowing in and keeping her from our phones. She was gracious and understanding to everyone she dealt with while I was waiting. She always went back to continue our work immediately any opportunity came. As a result, she wasnt too far off of her original estimates and I was able to get home without missing too much time with the children. Thank you so much Casey, I think any other person or any other business wouldve allowed that repair and all the competing priorities ruin my schedule but you pulled off what looked like a miracle to me!

The only reason I give 1 star is because the manager after bsing me around ended up refunding my money. I asked for a lightning charger for my phone for the car. Was told what I bought would work. It doesnt, ended up going to another store to purchase what I needed.
