Comporium is the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with! I strongly dislike I had to move back to their area of service! Unfortunately they are the only company that provides internet services in the Rock Hill area that I know of. I left Spectrum in Greenville SC AND I LOVED IT!!!!! Comporium is EXPENSIVE & the internet frequently disconnects for NO REASON!!!!! Middle of work it disconnects, middle of virtual school learning disconnects and while watching television it disconnects!!!!! I wouldn’t dare get their cable services I’ll watch Netflix and Sling all day before I pay for more sh***y services!!!

Cannot explain how many times the internet is out. Only provider in the area and even the employees hate their jobs.

Comporium Charges two dollars for me to receive a paper bill in the mail. They added this charge without notifying me. This seems illegal, unethical, and is ridiculous.When there are other competing companies offering Internet I will drop Comporium. Prices are ridiculous service is mediocre.

Garbage customer service and overpriced internet

Comporium does well to provide reasonably priced, fast, WiFi and they are super friendly! They have a pretty established presence in Rock Hill and have been branching into more modern technologies like gigabit internet and IoT devices

Good attention very fast process

If i could rate a zero i would.There customer service is awful.Never received a bill in my email.Never received saying my bill was late.Diconnwcted my service and proceeded to close my acct w no notice.And then proceeded to tell me my contact is voided and owe them $400.Tgey purposly voided the contact to rob m wallet.I only owed one month for $113. Gave them a $205 deposit on2/12/18.only had the service 3 months.They r a joke.Thk u your unsatifed ex customer.Never recommend yall to anybody not even my worst enemy.
