The customer service guy was nice but the manager was a different story. He got upset because I called 2x in one day and then hung the phone up in my face.I understand that the workload can be troublesome, though a manager should have better mental toughness. Thankfully I was able to get my Mac serviced elsewhere

Well, after being served up a very unprofessional greeting upon arrival, being told in a very arrogant voice that he was tired of people wanting things done right away, that it would be a minimum of 3-5 days. Then after 4 days I was called and told it was finished. I went and picked it up, the guy behind the counter was so not in the know of anything when I attempted to open the computer it was acting exactly the same as it was when I took it there. Then it started working so I paid and left. When I got home it was back to working as it was before I took it. I wasn’t about to go back. It took my wife hours to do it but it is working as new no thanks to Experimax

So I came to Experimax on April 2nd of 2021 and I’ll just say this. It’s great customer service and they are fast. I went in there to get my phone fixed (wasn’t charging correctly) and in a few seconds they were done. They just had to clean it out which is free. They are amazing and I highly recommend this place to anyone. By the way to get your phone repaired is also really cheap.

I had called a few different locations and when I tell you the quotes to fix my iPhone 11 Pro Max was ridiculous, when I called Ronnie and he told me the price I was like thank you GOD! They are not trying to rob their customers, very affordable price and the customer service was stellar! The turnaround time was 1 hour, I will be going them to them to have my desktop updated also. They have a forever customer!!

I’m sure you’ll end up there. Took my iPhone 7 and it only took like 20 minutes and only costed $53. That’s a steal! The customer service is exceptional as well! I went to get a quote on a cracked screen and to check out the used devices they have. The prices were very reasonable and now I’m really eyeballing that iMac they showed me. Ronnie was able to help answer all my questions and show me around. His knowledge of the phones and prices to repair were very helpful too.
