I took them my laptop a few weeks ago after it fell off my balcony and I thought my computer was destroyed I thought I’d have to buy another one but they were able to fix it for half the cost of a new one! Amazing company!!!!!!

I have never posted any comments about companies or services but felt I needed to with my recent computer services with this company. I understand that things are not certain with repairs and when told they couldnt clone my hard drive I was OK with that, But when told they would copy all my files and reinstall new OS and my copied files, I expected that would be done.. I had close to 300 G of data mostly pictures, videos and 50 some G of docs.When I got computer back and set up the only thing they transferred was the 50G of docs. Went back and was told that was all they saw!!!To be charged for what I was first quoted to clone and reinstall windows and files is unexceptional. Very disappointing service all around .*** We recently were contacted by store manager, Shawna after our review, and she looked into our recent service, discussed our issue with staff, offered a generous resolution. In the end we are appreciative for her effort to rectify our loss of data, and feel it was professional customer service granted to us in the end. We will give them an other opportunity for our business in the future.

Posted iPhone 11 Pro. Picture of the phone were a pro. When I traveled to get there they didn’t have the pro and wanted $300 more for the pro. They tried to quick sell me on the regular iPhone 11 and didn’t think I would noticed. False advertising

Have taken computers there running Microsoft and Apple systems on several occasions. They could not have been nicer to deal with!!. Service was fast and our work was completed on time as promised. Took time to answer our questions and making sure we understood what they did. They are definitely a go to store for computer issues!!!

My hard drive was full and they were able to clone my hard drive and save all my music! I was very pleased with their service. Customer service was very amazing. I highly recommend!

Called the Rock Hill location in response to a Facebook ad, advertising a “BRAND NEW” IPad 7th generation 32GB in rose gold or space gray for $350. Told the lady who answered the phone, I was responding to her ad on Facebook and was looking for an iPad 7th generation 32GB in Rose Gold. She informed me that she didn’t have any in stock and that she would check with her other location. Approximately three hours go by and she finally contacts me back, after I had just purchased a brand new iPad 7th generation 32GB space grey at Target for $329.99. She informs me that they have the color I was looking for, and I let her know that I just purchased a gray one, but I would return it to pick up the rose gold one. She tells me that she can reserve the one at Fort Mill location for me and ask for my name and email to send me an invoice and tells me to purchase over the phone to have the item sent to her store. I then asked if they were willing to price match Targets price of 329.99, she asks me to hold while she checks with the fort mill location, she then comes back and says they can price match the $329.99. I tell her okay, I’ll take it, and I’ll pick it up shortly. After returning the new iPad I had just purchased, I arrive at Computer CPR in fort mill. The lady there asks what I’m there for, and I tell her I’m here for the iPad 7th generation 32GB In rose gold. She responds with “oh you’re the one who called earlier”. She pulls a refurbished IPad 7th generation 32GB rose gold out of a display case, brings it to the counter, and asks me to inspect it before I purchase it. At this point, I’m honestly confused, and I ask her if it has been used. She tells me it’s Grade A refurbished and I notice the scuffs on the rear of the IPad. Frustrated, I thank her for wasting my time and leave. Whether or not the Fort Mill location was in on it, is not certain. However a reasonable person would assume that they were aware I was in the market for a new product. The previous reviewer seems to have had a similar issue with being told they were buying one product and arriving to a different Product. This makes me believe this is not an anomaly. I reported the marketplace post and noticed shortly later it was taken down. I am so glad I did not purchase over the phone and would have had to deal with trying to get my refund. Shady.

They were very patient with me who is very ignorant when it comes to computers and different devices but they straighten out my situation and I think them for it cuz I have to go back because of something I think I did and they didnt even charge me to get that and get that straightened out so I think the for being in the community

Passing through SC my computer screen was malfunctioning with lines running through it. I got in contact with Computer CPR and they fixed me right up with a new screen. They were very friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. I love the Christian music they play in this store while your waiting. Thank you all again. I definitely recommend.

I went where to get my computer fixed, and they called me back in less than 20 mins! Better yet they had great customer service, and their lobby was spotless. When I got my computer back I work like it was brand new!!!!

However, they did not meet two of their own deadlines which I found appalling.Furthermore, they were unable to solve my PC problems. They misidentified a hardware problem as a software problem and misidentified the architecture of my PC. I even told them what was wrong from the beginning, the BIOS chip, but they did not regard this tip which was given to me by a hardware specialist with a degree in computer sciences who knows his stuff. All I wanted was a simple hardware fix, but they really dropped the ball.Frankly, if your PC repair is a softball issue like malware, registry, junk files, slow starts, system instability, etc., theyll probably do you wonderfully. If you have a complicated problem, they probably arent skilled enough... yet. I can see that they want to do well and I have respect for them.Dont write them off--theyre a good business. But then again... if your problem is crazy, this probably isnt the right place for your PC.

This place is Fraudulent.... manager was very Rude to me so I canceled the service she assured me she would refund the money to come pick my computer up. I went to pick my computer up she asked for my credit card and gave me a refund and a copy of receipt for $281.69 refund which never hit my bank I am calling credit card company and next stop Is Police. Beware of this company !!!! With this kind of service in a local town they will not be in business long word of mouth will take care of that!!!

Excellent-my phone would not charge the plug in seemed like it was loose always had to hold it in a certain way for it to charge until it finally would not charge. Brought it here, CPR fixed it in 5 minutes NO CHARGE. Said was a simple fix, no charge needed. Most places would of gouged me, but not here. Highly recommend!!

Unsatisfactory/Not acceptable at all! I was so excited to find this company and support a local business; however, I was very disappointed in their service!!! I dropped an external hard drive off to see if they could recover the data. After not hearing from them for a day, I called to check on the status, they quickly told me they could not recover any data and that I could pick the drive back up. I was suspicious that they responded that matter of factly; especially after I had to initiate the call.So I picked up the drive, and decided to do a little Google Research on data recovery, within an hour, I was able to download a $89 software recovery product, and was able to retrieve ALL of my data within hours -- with no special equipment, just the drive itself and the software.BEWARE!! SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME (and most likely money). I was able to recover my data in a fraction of the time --- good thing I didnt believe in their expertise and give up on my data!!!

The place had very nice workers! I felt comfortable exchanging my device for the service they offered but was so disappointed to find the outcome.I had taken my iPad there to be fixed and the lady at the front was very friendly. After returning 2 weeks later I go to pick up the iPad; only to find that they had left some tape in the screen. They were very kind but I find that the work was very poor to the iPad. They had forgotten a piece of tape in the process! I mean, when they were fixing the screen and were finished at least someone had to notice the eyesore under the screen! It almost makes me think the person who had fixed it, saw it, and just decided to leave it as it was because they were hoping I wouldn’t see it? I was crying because I had had that iPad for a long time and it was difficult. I was stressed, but even though they were able to take out the tape later, worker carelessness was the reason I had to wait an extra week.I would recommend the place but if you have the option please find another place to fix your device(s).

Unsatisfactory/Not at all acceptable. Took a desktop in that was infected by a virus - paid their bench fee and $200. for the virus to be removed and to have years and years of photos recovered. After it remaining there for a week am finally told there is no way to recover the photos. Thru a friend we contacted another repair shop (out of state) who simply said to us - Get the computer back and give us a call. We did that and remotely within three hours they were able to recover ALL of the photos and remove the virus. Strongly advise people to stay away - far away from Computer CPR.
