Great printing services. Printer times out for larger files a lot which can be frustrating, but it eventually works. Always clean and organized. Fair prices. Great willingness to print and assist with issues. Brought in pink printer paper and was able to get assistance printing my papers on it and that was no problem for them. During pandemic mask required, directional arrows, and social distancing required.

This is a fairly typical Staples. They often have good sales. There is a god selection and the store is clean and well lit. Staff are nice but I often find myself waiting in an line of 2-3 people with only one cashier open when there are other staff visibly unoccupied. Note to retailers: first priority should always be the customers trying to give you their money!

I was at the stores clearance sale over the weekend and on Monday.  Its ashamed this store is slated to close on January the 23rd.  Every staff member that I came in touch with was very nice and extremely helpful! Beautiful experience! The young lady in the photo/copy/print area was so helpful & kind to us. She patiently guided & assisted us through printing a 16 x 20 portrait of our dear friend. I appreciate that kind of customer service that goes beyond $$ & treats me as a person. Thanks so much.

Good. The folks were very helpful and nice too. My grandson needed a book report due next day. Pop will you take me to staples. Sure. Go. Go inside and my grandson handed the cashier what he told me was hard drive and the young man went over and made him copies off at hard drive of your report now while we were here while we were there a lady dropped a bunch of papers and my grandson help pick them up. What what was nice too was when they found out his report was for school they said, let me know if you make an A, No charge.

I came here to get a document blown up and copied. I got to the store 30 minutes before closing and went to wait on someone at the printing area. the employee ofber that area knew I was wait for him and he proceeded to talk and joke with his co-workers until he came up to me 25 minutes later and he told me that he can help me cause we close in like 3 minutes I then asked him how long it would take to complete what I need and he told me 10 minutes. Im never coming here again.

The line was not long, but we waited almost ten minutes to be helped. Finally, a customer service rep checked us out at the service desk, but she was curt and rude. Binders which were on a shelves clearly labeled at the sale price rang up at twice what was on the signage. The employee simply shrugged and told me they were better binders and would last longer than those which were on sale. Well probably opt for Office Max over Staples in the future.

Love to look around. Saw copy paper in 1 section for $4.99 a ream. Then went down the aisle only to find 10 reams for $31.99. Now, I love finding a sale.

I’ve called 2 days in a row for help with a service plan I purchased with a printer and they have left me on hold several times. Huge waste of time.

I was in the wrong store but the associate helped me anyhow. He actually looked up the correct place on his phone. Great.

Heres another store that is going to be gone soon I suppose. I realize it was a Sunday afternoon, but there was pretty much no staff. I went to to use a printer or get some things printed and really didnt get acknowledged. OK. I did get a hard sell on some liquid armor screen protector for $30 bucks. Ehh. Shutterfly is cheaper and better quality.

This store is now permanently closed.

Dont use the self serve copiers here. Every time I use them they are terrible. Before they left lines down the entire length of my copies. Now they leave the edges grey, even on color copies.

Staff was very helpful! I asked for help downloading and printing forms. They were vety patient.

I had a hard time finding anyone to help me with a major purchase. I was looking to upgrade my computer, and nobody was around to help. After waiting quiet a while I left and went to Office Depot.

This is why the store is typically deserted...I walk in looking for a container. No one welcomes me when I walk in, but there are several employees who arent helping anyone. I go to the back, walk around dont find what Im looking for and go to the copy station.I put a USB in the printer and try to walk myself through printing a bunch of documents. While ImIdoing this, a gentleman walks in and asks the guy behind the print counter if his document is ready. The employee tells him no, that he keeps getting a message that the printer is jammed and that itll probably be done sometime tomorrow. He then goes back to....I dont know what.I realize that Im going to have to pick one PDF at a time x 40 documents and decide Im not going to stand there and wait that long. I take my USB to the print counter and ask the employee if he can pull them up and print them quicker. I figure at home, on my computer, I can select a bunch of documents at once and choose to print them all. But with all the high-tech equipment at Staples, thats not possible. The employee informs me that he would have to do the exact same thing that I do, select one and print it, select the next one and print it etc etc.So, Im on my way back home to wait for my Amazon ink order so that my printer comes back up and I dont have to come back to Staples again. They used to provide good customer service, but they were also usually pretty busy. Now, not so much on either.

Sales people were very helpful stay with me until I found what I was looking for took me to a couple different options and the clerk was very courteous all in all very good

This store is stupid and they wonder why stores close the copiers dont want to work right you have to ask someone for help they got a girl at the front desk she dont know what shes doing and how many Staples workers does it take to screw in a lightbulb a whole and for you managers thatll go over sorry do something about it

This is by far my favorite office supply store largely because of Anthony, one of the managers that always seems to handle my printer issues. I dont really know Anthony personally, but he has bent over backwards time and time again in the last 5 years to go the extra mile trying to help me, with very little prompting on my part. Last week my $300.00 laser printer went out & without it my home business is shut down. 2 months earlier my backup printer went out. I called Staples, Anthony answered the phone. I asked if they repaired printers only expecting to get it fixed. Anthony said no, asked me info about when I purchased this printer & reviewed my account history. He looked up my warranty, it had just expired. Then he did the un-thinkable. He asked me if I could come in a few days & he would swap me out for a new printer. I was thrilled, but I still needed another printer THAT DAY. So I went to Staples and got another awesome deal on a color HP, printer, copy and fax for about 1/2 price. This time I purchased a 3 year warranty on it. I am more than pleased. Now, I have 2 great printers. I needed a backup. Thank you Anthony for treating me more than fair. They have all the supplies we look for. Printer ink seems high.

I found some items to be overpriced - like filing cabinets - and others to be resonably priced. The file box section was very disorganized, and I had to get an associate to price check several items that did not match the tag on the shelf.

Not happy with service or the set up. Store was dirty amd jad a bad smell

Used the restroom there and saw employee leave without washing hands. And saw a strange mold growing on the water fountain. Other than that it was ok.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Sometimes too few cashiers, but otherwise a good all around shopping experience

They locked the doors 15 minutes before they closed and were refusing people to enter today..while also going around and rushing everyone else. I personally think the employees are also rude..specifically the lady with the purple hair and the store manager (at least I think hes the store manager).
