Angela is an exceptional manager. She is extremely customer oriented, knowledgeable and efficient. I will be going back to this Starbucks location many more times and much of it is because of Angela !I would also like to give credit to ELLEE she is a superstar employee. So kind, always smiling and delivering exceptional service.

My daughter wanted a cake pop, so we went to get one for her. The display cabinet was filled with not only the food that is for sale, but also about a dozen flies!!!!! I fully understand that the food in the cabinet isn’t for sale, but the flies were a complete turn off and my wife walked away with a total loss of appetite.

Angela was short with my granddaughter, impatient with both of us, used all the right nice words but way too busy to make us feel welcome. She gave us the wrong food order, forgot my drip coffee and never once had a genuine smile. The sandwiches were lukewarm to top it off...Thank goodness for other sweet employees stepping in to help.

We have made goings through of this facilities for purpose eating primary meal. I am not being displeased. Lady who has given foods is very friendly and lady who has talking through the black box by menu is most beautiful American woman I have seen in travels. Stopped there to get an early morning coffee. They were the only coffee place open at 6am.

Overfilled the coffee so the lid popped off & spilled all over me & the car. They were also out of several things. Fast service.

We go here very often and get the same barista everytime, Beth. She is amazing, I never have a bad experience with her. She is so sweet and amazing! Definitely deserves a raise!

They dont check the milk enough . I use whole milk and at least 3 times in the last month or so it was sour! Ive asked for the milk to be checked and still get sour milk.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, the gal that took my order was great but it was so dirty inside, trash everywhere and the flies were driving me insane, they were at least 15 inside and all over the food display, and to top it off my drink tasted as if it had dawn soap in it, I think they forgot to rinse they’re espresso machine.

This Starbucks is way way WAY to slow. Yes it does get busy but that’s only because of how slow the drive-through is. I’ve been to MANY Starbucks throughout the U.S. and this has to be the slowest. It’s entirely the way they take orders. It’s almost like they take one order tell the next person to hold on so they can make that order for the person that just placed an order. The lines wouldn’t be this long if they did things the right way. My next issue is every time I get a breakfast sandwich they undercook it! I can’t say I recommend this place do to these issues Especially if you were in a hurry to get to work or go somewhere. There’s a coffee place down the street that has everything under control. I’d skip this expensive disappointment and head that way till they can fix the lines here. Only reason they got 2 stars is because the staff is nice.

Five girls, I suppose they all working at this location, making noise, ignoring incoming customers. All trash baskets are full since yesterday. Clogged toilet bowl, no hot water. Their coffee latte doesnt look like one and its taste is far from acceptable. Third world represented by Starbucks.

A bunch of managers standing around doing nothing, creepy lines to keep you penned in like cattle, and coffee that takes almost 15 minutes to prepare. Clearly they prioritize the drive thru over the walk ins. At least the coffee was good.

Don’t come to this location if you don’t have time to wait 15 minutes or longer. Lines are terribly long because the manager asks the baristas to hold customers at the speaker to “improve” window times, as explained by a barista. This location is also regularly out of many drink and food items. Many times you wait 20+ minutes to find out they are out of your item. I’ve spoke to management a couple times regarding this and they’re very dismissive. I’d recommended skipping this location and poor experience all together and go to one of the locally owned coffee shops.

We love Starbucks in general but today the store in Rock Springs was disappointing. The young lady who took our order seemed to be struggling. She was overwhelmed and could have used some help. Instead, another barista walked by and snapped at her telling her to heat her own sandwiches. We took our order to go and left. Our lattes were perfect but our breakfast sandwiches were barely room temperature. More training on working as a team might be helpful.

Good service and good coffee...I expect this from Starbucks, but this location was certainly disappointing. I went in for a mobile order and waited for my drink. The ladies were standing there talking amongst each other until someone came in and asked if I was in line. One lady asked if I had a mobile order and I got my coffee. They did not make my drink correctly. Unsatisfied with my visit.

Great convenient location to stop by planty room for truck parking service was good allways when i trawel to west coast or back I always stop there

Worker greeted me as I entered and smiled. She helped me immediately and answered my questions quite well. My food was warmed quick and my hot drink came out quick, too. I drove back to my hotel and my good and drink was still hot. And my white chocolate mocha with soy no whip was the best tasting I have EVER tried. Im a very happy camper👍

We stop by this location on a road trip and picked up some coffee and some water. The place was clean the girls in there were friendly and the coffee was caffeinated. Good enough for the girls I go with.

Usually I have great experiences here but I waited 10 minutes inside because they forgot to make my drink and then gave me a Grande instead of a venti. Paid for a venting too but I didn’t have time to wait another 10 minutes because they forgot again. There were 3 people in the drive through and then just me inside.

This is without doubt the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been! Not to mention the rude girls who work there, especially the one with the bright blue eyes... She really needs to work on her customer service skills... even with the horrible customer service, during busy hours, unless you have an extra 30-45 minutes to spare, do not go here, just so you can be late for work. NO THANKS!

The gal that took my order was very friendly and personable. The rest of the girls (3 others) were in their own little world gossiping and laughing. No greeting and no smiles towards customers.

Stopped here twice, once on the way to Portland and once on the return. They were sold out of the Wyoming mugs on the first trip, and since theres not a lot of options for Wyoming Starbucks, I stopped again. This time they had one (and only one). Send like someone needs to order a little more often. The staff was super friendly both times though!

At Starbucks at 7 am. No one in front of us, 6 workers and we waited for 7 minutes for someone to take our order. Unbelievable. While two employees are staring at us.

Ive been to Starbucks all over the country and have never seen a floor dirty like it was here. There was only three people inside and it was the middle of the afternoon. I ordered my drink upside down and it wasnt. This isnt complicated stuff!

They tossed me a free vanilla latte with my Americano, which was at the start of a long day of driving!

Got both my order and my friends order wrong :( It was a really busy day though, and there was only 2 employees. Employees were very nice and friendly though, despite being super stressed. I dont live in the area, so Im giving them the benefit of the doubt, and giving them a good rating. Hopefully its not a common problem

I love Starbucks in general, and whenever I visit my daughter in Rock Springs, I make numerous visits to this location. The staff here LOVES to find out a little about the customers, like where theyre from (since its right off I-80, with lots of out-of-town guests), and offers just the right amount of chit-chat about their travels. Makes you feel right at home!!!

We went to Starbucks on valentines and waited in drive through longer than usual but not bad and the people in front of us paid it forward they were in a white car wish we got to say thank you! Over all it was a great experience and great coffee!!

The Rock Springs store could really use NICER employees, meaning it an order is wrong, fix it without the snotty attitude and glares! Stop running them all off! Also, it wouldnt hurt one of them to pick up a broom during the day and clean up around the store!

Starbucks is terrible, try the local coffee shops they are way better and more genuine.

Usually like this location, as of the last six months or so - before that drinks were super inconsistent. Today the drinks were right on. They were out of a couple of holiday pastries that I asked for, but it wasnt a huge deal and I ended up discovering that the juniper latte and lemon pound cake go quite well together as a result.

The crew working tonight was wonderful. Krystal was very kind and wonderful with helping to figure out our drink order. We are from Texas and would driving to Rock Springs, WY to get that service everytime.

Some of the best coffee made comes from places that have the greatest customer service. The baristas at Starbucks are always greeting me with a smile and a welcoming atmosphere. One of our personal favorites we like to see when walking in or at the drive thru window is Sidney. She is always recommending great combinations to our drinks.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxing, and its a great place to meet with friends and family.

It is good coffee obviously. But, I had to serve myself.

I was traveling across country and stopped for coffee and.... Very disappointed. The guys were very nice and personable but it took 20 minutes to get a coffee, that would never happen in Seattle, and the bathrooms were disgusting. No place to put down a coat or purse, toilet ĺooks like it has Never been cleaned. So sad for you Starbucks. BTW I love, love, love Starbucks.

Drive thru can take up to 30-40 minutes. Otherwise, drinks are usually good.

We’ve been to Starbucks all over the country and this store is down there with the worst. They have pleasant staff but the store is dirty, they were out of basic items by 5:00pm and the service is glacial. Management here really needs to step it up.

The food and beverage were fine, but 10 minutes to get a plain coffee and plain tea with 6 employees... thats not good...

Compared to the rest of the industry, I generally find Starbucks employees less than friendly. A kin to McDonalds employees. They feel as though they dont have to be friendly because the company is not going anywhere.

I usually go there in the a.m for the wife on my way home, mocha frappuccino is the way to go. Staff are always friendly even in the early morning.
