Wanted to spend my money at a local business. Im on leave visiting my hometown and an Active Duty Marine of 21 years. Asked if they did military discount, the answere was, only on Wednesdays, interesting, pretty sure active duty serve 24/7. Just say no next time, its better that way, and wont come across so persnickety. My dads business had an account with this store for 30 years too. I try to respect our local businesses. However, that is a two way street.Guess Home Depot it is, they give it everyday!

This is one of the most helpful places Ive been to. They answer questions readily, help find things, and even assembled a reel lawn mower I bought there. I would highly recommend this store.

Man, why do they always make you feel like you are a burden? If you dont want to help me, dont ask if I need help. I guess getting keys cut rakes their last nerve? That woman was very short and snippy with me and still didnt cut the amount of keys I asked for. Even though I asked twice. If you love giving out money while feeling uncomfortable, be sure to stop by! Its always an experience.

Love this Ace! A little bit of everything and they have a great gift shop area, boutique type home stuff. More pricey but the coupons you get in mail makeup for it. Great variety!

Horrible experience and will not return.Wish there was a 0 star, we went there like we always have for the last 2 years filling our propane for the food trailer. A lady came out named Rhonda and just stood there and as I unscrewed the propane hose, she then said we cannot fill the tank on the trailer we have to rove the tank, it is a 100lb tank and we been doing this at this location for almost 2 years with no issues 250.00 to 350.00 a month in propane and now this. We will not be returning for anything not even to shop.

Once you get beyond the pungent smell of fertilizer that hits you when you walk in the over all experiences is fairly good. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable for the most part.

I needed to get a battery charger. The sales lady took me right to them. She was a pleasure to do business with. But then I have always enjoyed shopping at Ace Hardware.

Ive never had a problem shopping at Ace Hardware. The employees always seem to know where things are. The pricing is great on some things and too high on others, but once you get familiar with those things thats not an issue. Great place for nuts, bolts, screws and nails.

I visited your store today and all I can say is that I feel absolutely terrible for the staff that have to work here! The store was absolutely steaming hot in there! The poor staff that have to endure sweat shop like conditions day in and day out is atrocious! It is the middle of summer and it seems you have done the bare minimum to look after and protect the staff that work for you! Not to mention the poor staff being exposed to Covid-19 as they are having no PPE or safety measures supplied to them to protect them. If one of your staff contracts this disease and God forbid dies from it, it will be on your hands! Wake up to yourselves!

The help is generally good, but good luck exchanging or returning something. Its often the most convenient place, or only place to find many items locally. However, items are often double the price of where they can be had elsewhere.

Pros:-Knowledgeable and friendly staff-Customer service is usually quick and accurate with a smile.Cons:-Poor planning of seasonal stock. For ex: Salt and snow shovels.-Lack of variety on snaps, rivets & burrs.

Dont get glass cut here. Despite six attempts the glass still wasnt the right size, and they were all cracked and chipped. Just go to DJs Glass.

The last time that I visited Ace Hardware there was a manager there that was particularly disrespectful to her employees. I understand that management is there to provide constructive criticism, but usually that is done behind closed doors. I watched this particular manager absolutely tear into one of the employees not a foot away from me in the isle. I was disgusted. She does not deserve the title of manager, let alone have the privilege to be leading any team at any business. Since that experience I absolutely avoid going into this location because I feel sad for the employees and appalled that this lady hasnt been reprimanded.

Good place to get pretty much anything you need from fishing supplies to everything hardware.

I went by Ace to get a 3 foot hose. It was a guys shopping trip, which means, I walked in bought the hose and walked out. They did have all kinds of stuff in the store. Yet, all I needed was a short hose. I am grateful that they had other stuff and who knows maybe one I might need that also. If so I know Ill go to the re helpful hardware store.

I always go to Ace Hardware for all my Hardware needs. Always have. Theyve always been great. But their manager, Marvlese, is something else. She makes me feel like a nuisance just by walking in. She never asks if I need help locating anything. And when I needed to return/ exchange a product she acted like she was doing me a favor. Not a very friendly person

A good place to come of you need a screw or a nut.However, watch out for the stainless steel parts, because when I checked some of them with a magnet, I was able to pick them up with the magnet.Stainless steel is suppose to be non magnetic.

I happen to do business with people i happen to know from them being a patron in my place of business. This one is a bit harder for me to do so with as Im a bit more thrifty than this store is designed to be....but the manager and the staff I have encountered here are all amazing. They have so much variety that no matter how long my man is stuck in the Krocodile fishing lures isle I can manage to wander off and find something I never knew i needed. Always a bunch of variety items to enjoy as we stand in line .... And boy (i learned) there can be a line if there is a sale on dirt!! Good place for a random unique gift for someone who loves their garden or art of bbq....DIY projects or outdoor sporting. Nice clean and organized.
