I’m from out of town and this Pearle Vision location is not my usual, but I had somewhat of an urgent situation come up and Pam was able to help me out in a timely manner even though she was the only one working on a Saturday. I walked into Pearle Vision last week anticipating to not find anything that I could either afford or like. I had been chasing all over Rockford with my sister previously when she had just purchased a pair. I was genuinely surprised at wonderful selection of designer glasses along with low cost frames. We had Pam wait on us and she was very pleasant and helpful with assisting us with choosing a pair and ordering. My frames came in within 6 days when she quoted possibly taking up to 2 weeks. When I went to pick them up she made sure they fit properly and said she would be checking back with me in a few days to see how things were doing with the new prescription and frames. This was the first time visiting Pearle Vision and when I arrived everyone was super friendly and the person who helped me I realized use to help me when I went to Visionworks at the mall. Pam remembered me from there and helped me with all my questions I had. Pam is one of the nicest people to deal with and helps as best as she can. Pam is the only one who has been able to straighten my glasses how I like them as well and I’m so glad I found where she went! Pam also helps find the perfect pair of frames that look best on you and gives her opinion. Pam also asks other staff for their opinion. I highly recommend Pearle Vision as they make you feel very comfortable and make everything super easy. (:

I actually had an enjoyable visit. The staff was knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. Helping me to decide on the size and style of my glasses. And, most importantly they got my glasses right on the first try. I am very happy with my new glasses and I will return to Pearl Vision Rockford for my next pair of glasses also.

After my experience here I will not be going to any other place other than Pearle Vision. This location and team made me feel like a VIP as soon as I walked in. They worked with my insurance to get me the absolute best deal possible, were knowledgeable about what lenses suited my style best, and didnt make me feel like they were just trying to sell me glasses. They even took measurements of my eyes to make sure the glasses fit perfectly. I used to go to Target Vision centers and they never did that. If you need a quick and convenient place to get glasses but also want the level of professionalism from a private practice, Pearle Vision on E State is the place to go.

After having a less then great eye doctor Pearl was Amazing. Pam Mcfadden was excellent of explaining the different options and what each one did and didnt do.

I will never go to another eye place because of Pam. Since the first time I have gone there it has been nothing but pleasant experiences. I had an issue with my glasses and she promptly took care of it. Good old fashioned customer service!!

Great staff. Very accommodating. Definitely looked to get the best possible rate for my insurance package. The overall experience from the exam (contact lenses and eyeglasses) to the process of selecting frames was top-notch. The team worked all together and it was clear that they prioritized my needs. Never having needed anything other than a basic screening for my sight, I didnt really know what to expect going in. It was a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, Pam and Wally provided very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service. I never felt pressured to purchase extra options (the options were of course offered and explained).Im happy with my glasses and I would recommend Pearle Vision Rockford.

After previously getting glasses from another vision clinic, I decided to compare local vision clinics and I am glad I did. Wonderful experience from the start! My mother in law needed a new style. Jenna helped her pick out a fabulous frame and lenses with all the bells & whistles. When the glasses were ready for pick up, Pam helped her & fit the glasses. Pam is truly an artist. For someone who hasn’t had new glasses in years, both of these ladies worked together to create a new stylish image for her!

This place is so awesome!!! I got in the same day for an appointment! The ladies there are super fantastic and absolutely know what they are talking about as far as what is a good option for buying. Dr. Slotemaker is so great! She is soooo easy to talk to and corrected all my vision issues right off the bat! This was the least amount of hassle I have ever had at the eye dr and I would highly recommend everyone trying Pearle Vision!!!

Best in customer service and experience.They gave me my bison back. No seriously.The last place I visited (I won’t name them 😂) gave me the wrong prescription and for the wrong eye! I eventually lost them but Pearle Vision got it right the first time and pleased within just a few days from having my exam I received my glasses with a side gift as well! Will highly recommend anyone to go to them.I saved time by checking in with my insurance first but even if I didn’t have insurance I’d still choose them. First Class Experience. 10/10 recommended.
