I should have known this place would be a continuing issue when about 2-3 days after going for my exam and contact fitting I get a call from one of the employees who said I never paid for my exam. Luckily I still had the receipt and provided the number on the receipt to her otherwise I would have had to pay again. So I tried going with a specific strength. I was having issues and went back to try another pair to see if those would work better and not give me the headaches. In the meantime throughout this process I had called the store and spoke other employees who said they would talk to the dr and get back to me which never happened. I had forgotten about them calling, cause life happened and I was focused on other things rather than a return call. Yes that was my error but now they are saying I cannot get a prescription called in because it’s been too long and I will have to pay for another exam. Even though it hasn’t even been a year. Just be weary of any dealings with this place and save your receipt so they don’t try and charge you again.
I get that we are Public Aid Customers and there is wait on glasses but.. I do work pay taxes and would like the customer service follow up of a phone call when we provide them with business. My glasses came in, had been there a month no call, my daughter started school no glasses and they never answer the phone when I call to check on it. But Hey I am very important to Walmarts business ;/
