I went in to get some wiper blades for my mothers car. Couldnt find the supposed year in the book by the blades. The guy behind the counter was very helpful. I gave him the VIN number, he looked it up and then went back with me to show me the various choices.Would definitely recommend.

Standing in line for a few minutes, no one greets me. The phone rings, Larry comes up front checks a man out who simply steps in front of me then proceeds to deal with the customer on the phone who called several minutes afer I had been waiting. I point out to Larry how rude it is to disregard a customer who walks in your store for one that calls and he uses the lords name in vain andcsays he is helping me now. No, your not helping me Larry, Im leaving, I never needed help I came to spend money.

I always find what I need at AutoZone. Employees our knowledgeable and very helpful. I have had two problems with my vehicle and both times the guy came out and helped me assess what I needed. I really feel like they go above and beyond. And the pricing is always good as well and many of the parts have lifetime warranties. Its really hard to ask for more than that.

Great place for auto parts. Glad my son-in-law drove over from Clermont to help with the exchange of battery. The staff at AutoZone were tremendously helpful and validated that the battery needed to be replaced immediately. Supporting the decision were the results on paper that were indisputable and I felt very comfortable exchanging batteries and will be going back to the store consistently in the future.

This is hand down one of the best auto part store. I was having issues with my car. I was able to loan a batter jumper from them and bring my car over. They tested my car, saw i needed a new battery. Jay not only helped me pick out a great battery at a goof price but, but he also installed it, filled my windshield fluid, and changed out my blades. He did everything quickly and i was on my way.

This store has the best staff. Larry L. and Jenny Jen are always so easy to work with when I come in for my parts. Most recently, I needed to do a brake job and I returned the AZ parts for replacement under their warranty program. It was so easy and got everything I needed. Youre silly if you shop anywhere else for auto parts.

Occasionally dont have what you need but for the most part have a suitable replacement or can get it. Friendly, helpful staff. Always come here for my parts and will continue to. Best location Ive visited so far.

Quick in and out. Came in for a license plate protector/shield. Employee knew exactly where they were, walked us over to them, explained the different parts to the system they offer. When we explained what we needed he waved away all the other parts of the system and simply sold us the unbreakable plastic shield. Fast, Friendly, good value on our purchase.

This AutoZones customer service is top notch. i recently replaced my windshield wiper blades on my under a year old car. it was only a couple of months when they started skipping across the windshield. It was driving me nuts! I went in last Saturday. The manager was so nice - walked right out - removed them - and quickly replaced them. I havent had any store do the right thing as quickly and efficiently as they did. I will recommend them to anyone and I will be back when I need anything. Thank you!

I stopped in Auto Zone in Rockledge because I was having trouble with my car. Erich Cornley came out and tested battery and alternator. He went over and above to help me find the problem. Something had come unplugged, Erich plugged it in and we could get home safely. Erich was so kind and helpful I couldnt have asked for anyone any better to help me. He was my hero of the day!

Brand new store. Very large and modern store.Many car products available. Sales staff was knowledgeable. I came in for a specific leather cleaner that isnt very common. They didnt have it available. The staff offered to check in receiving for me. The product wasnt available and the staff member assisted me in finding an equivalent product. I left happy.

This place sucks! I will NEVER NEVER stop in here again. Just this past week my car battery was dying so I stopped in 15 mins before the store was closing and my greeting from the night manger was, Over here as he was very aggravated that I had waked in at 8:45 PM....OH IM SORRY I GUESS YOU STOP SERVING CUSTOMERS 15 MINS BEFORE CLOSING! Were my thoughts. I told the man who I think his name was Dan or Dave or something and it said assistant manager on his tag I needed a battery my car was dying. Oh I think I forgot to mention I was alone with my very young daughter. The kid who was working in there came out to see my battery and walked back inside only to come back out and look me in the eye and say, Im sorry but we are not allowed to take 45 mins to change a battery. WHAT!!!!!! Are you kidding me right now. Who the hell takes 45 mins to change a battery!?!? WOW. So as I am on the phone crying trying to find help because these JERKS wouldnt do it the old gray head manager comes out and walks right past me not even caring that I am upset and alone. I was able to get my car started again and told them they could keep their battery. Discount got my money the very next day! Both these guys should be fired and I think maybe AUTO ZONE could take a few lessons in customer service!
