I have purchased two performance TH-350s from JW and both transmissions withstood the test of time. My latest Ultra-Bell TH-350 and JW converter have performed flawlessly for the past 10 years. John, Sr. also gave us a tour of their operations and was very generous with his time, even as he was finishing up my converter. JW is simply the best!

I have Jw converter, flex plate and gear set.I bracket race at 180 mph and put a lot of runs on my car and cant afford any failure.The technical support from Jw is always helpful.

Eric and the team at jw go above and beyond from product to tech support. Recently had my converter restalled under warranty which took less than 12 hrs from drop off to pick up. Ecstatic to say the least during install i damaged my pump gears. The following day i was greeted before hours taken on tour and treated with the most up most concern to get my product fixed and me back on the road. Im beyond thankful for the quick help and the best product support on the market backing up a amazing product. Again ty JW transmissions. I made a huge mistake and purchased a 700R4 from Monster Transmissions for my 70 Chevy C10. With only 1500 miles on it and several breakdowns requiring a tow; two trips back to Monster and it beginning to fail again I had finally had enough. I was referred to JW Performance by a custom car shop in the area and I couldnt thank them enough for the referral. I was first introduced to Eric who is very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. He always took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and treat me like an important customer. Then I met the owners, John and Johnny who have forgotten more than ill ever know about transmissions and converters. Johnny test drove my truck and quickly identified the source of my issues. They could have easily oversold me on the required parts as the transmission had significant debris, but they were more than fair with their parts and labor. Once complete, they did their standard dyno test which gave me an added level of comfort and they continue to assist me after the sale. I have installed the transmission with the new JW converter and it runs so much better than that crappy Monster ever ran. The shop is quite impressive as they have made significant investments in equipment and they are truly engineers, not transmission hacks doing production line work. Thanks to the entire JW Team for restoring my faith in my 700R4!

BOUGHT A BELL HOUSING, VALVE BODY, AND A 9.5 RACE CONVERTOR, THE HUB ON THE CONVERTOR WAS NOT MACHINED PROPERLY AND FAILED ON THE FIRST PASS DOWN THE STRIP. THEY DID NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND WERE RUDE ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM JW AGAIN...
