I went to Charles this morning to get one of my tires patched up and fixed, and I had a wonderful experience. The team over there is extremely professional, they were thorough when explaining the issue at hand. I would definitely recommend taking your car to Charles for any repair issues.

Excellent and over-and-beyond customer service. I used them for the first time and they were so responsive and so kind. They helped me out without trying to add in some other services that I wasnt looking for. They just focused on exactly what I needed. I will def use them again!! As a plus, they fixed my tire and put air in all my tires without costing me anything. Who does that these days? :) True lifesavers!

I bought my car in since my sunroof was leaking water whenever it rained. They realigned a seal that was sticking out as well as cleaned out the drainage channel, and INSISTED on no charge since the repair was so minor (so I just left a tip). They were also extremely upfront that this may or may not fix the problem, and if not, I would have to bring it back in and the sunroof may need to be replaced.They were also extremely professional and polite, honest, took their time explaining things to me, and did an excellent job communicating the status of my car at all times. Additionally, their pickup and drop-off procedures are very flexible.Overall, my experience could not have been better!

Excellent! They deserve more than 5 stars. Today when I left my house I found that I had a flat tire. I was desperate and did a quick search and called Charles Automotive to see if they were open as it was a holiday. I spoke to Gary who was already waiting for me when I arrived. Never been at this place before. He immediately took care of the matter. Not only did he solve the flat tire quickly, but he also verified other things that my vehicle had without any kind of monetary interest, such as a front light bulb off, the oil change a little overdue. Complete service! I am very grateful to find this business on my way. Thanks to Gary and his employee for their service, good attitude and attentions. I am very happy with the quality of the work.I had not had my car serviced for 18 months because of the pandemic. We agreed then that the coupon that I brought with me at the time would be honored at next service. The manager brought this up right away and honored the 18 month old coupon without me needing to bring up the issue.

I have been going to Charles automotive for about 15 years, ever since my Lexus was out of warranty. They are honest, they tell me what repair is necessary now, or what can put off till the next oil change, or what we can just live with based on the age of the car. They are very very trustworthy, respectful, professional, and personable. I cant say enough wonderful things about them. Since my husbands car has been out of warranty he has started using them as well. You may call me if you have any questions.

The experience was a great one. I shared my car issues with one of the mechanic Fidel and he kindly listen to me. . He said he would check the car and get back to me which he did. He told me how much it would cost to get the items fixed and provided me with an ETA of when my vehicle would be ready . Kudos to Fidel and everyone else that works there. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone that needs their car fixed. They did a great job.

I have taken my car to Charles Automotive multiple times and have been very pleased with their professionalism and services provided. I had my check engine light come on multiple times for the same issue and they took the car back to assure the issue was fixed each time, at no additional cost past the first visit. They have been accommodating schedule wise and always communicate promptly via call or text. I would recommend them to anyone.

A friend of mine referred me to them a few years ago. They are the BEST!! Honest, professional, caring and treat clients like family. They also have a loaner which made things easier for me when my car needed some time consuming work done.Whenever I have to take my car in the shop they are super friendly and most of all, honest.For example, my first time at the shop I shared with them what another shop said I needed done for my car. Charles Auto staff gave me the real deal truth. They explained that I didnt need the certain parts changed. They saved me time and money.A second example is when I went in for one of my oil changes thinking it was time to change it up. I am beyond frustrated!!! The communication is unacceptable and despite having a confirmed appointment there was no one at the shop and no one answered messages!!!! Previous service was well done but you can’t expect return customers without providing customer service!!!!

The guys here were very nice. They did a thorough check to troubleshoot a tire pressure light that came on and had me out the door in less than 45 minutes. They were very kind and professional. Will definitely go back when I am in need of service again.

I have been coming here for over 3 years. They have always been honest and upfront with what is necessary to fix our work and personal vehicles. I like that they tell me that something may be needing replacing soon but were still okay to go for another 5,000 mi. They definitely arent in it for the quick buck, as you can tell that they are in it for the long haul and wanting to develop relationships so that people will keep coming back. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity in a field where it is rampant with shysters and crooks

They know how to do the job well but are expensive - $500 for 2 brake pads and rotors for an accord.

Honesty and Reliability1) Several times, Ive brought my car to Charles Automotive, thinking something was wrong and would need expensive labor and parts. Instead of agreeing and taking advantage of me, I was told nothing major was wrong and was told the minor remedy. This time, a tire was low. I suspected a damaged tire that might need replacing. Instead, I was told it just needed air.2) When something is wrong, they correctly diagnose it and fix it the first time.

The people are incredibly helpful, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure that service is of utmost quality. Communication with customers is also great. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

This was my first time visiting Charles Automotive & Tire. I loved the experience. Everyone was so nice and I got there before my 8AM oil change at 7:56AM and was greeted warmly and offered refreshments. And they took my car and started. They ended right on the hour just like what was told to me. Before leaving was given an estimate for other work I need done and they were very knowledgeable and accommodating. All and all was a great experience and warm welcome.

This was my first visit here, after taking my 2014 Avalon Hybrid to my Toyota dealership for every service. It was time for my 60K service (which was a very expensive one) and Charles Automotive did it for 1/3 of the price I would have paid at Toyota. I checked the reviews first and decided to take a chance on them and am so happy I did! During the service, which took less than an hour (I waited in their waiting room) they discovered I needed a new 12V battery which they had to order. It was Friday and Monday morning I got a call to bring my car in for the 12v battery replacement. Again, my cost for the battery and installs was about 30% what I would have paid for the part and installation from Toyota, AND, I believe they got the battery from Toyota. I set up my appointment via email with Gary, and Jim did my work. They were so personable, professional and honest! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be going back in the future. So happy I found them.

Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they are personable. They treat you as an individual and not an appointment. I had a 9am appointment for an oil change this morning, and at a great price, I might add. I gave the service advisor my keys at 8:45, and 24 minutes later, my car was ready. They didnt just check my oil; they inspected my car as well, and they didnt tell me that I needed any bogus repairs. I only drive about 3,000 miles a year, so itll be a while before I need another oil change, but in the meantime, if I need any other maintenance, Ill definitely be back. Thanks, Charles Automotive!!

Came here for the first time after having a bad experience at the place we used to take our cars to. They quickly diagnosed the problem and let us know about a couple of other critical issue that needed immediate attention (the other place didnt!). The prices were fair and they got the work done faster than promised. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and honest and their prices are reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend Charles Automotive & Tire! This morning, unfortunately I noticed a leak in one of my tires, and found a nail. I called 2 places (one was the car dealership we usually use), but neither could fit me in quickly or at a convenient time. One place told me I would have to wait all day, and the other place couldnt see me for 2 more days. I did a quick google search, and decided to try Charles Automotive & Tire, given the great reviews. When I called this morning, they were able to fit me in despite their busy schedule. They were very professional and respectful! When I arrived, they looked at my tire immediately, removed the nail, and patched it up within 15 minutes!!! I am truly blown away by how fantastic their service was. It is SO hard to find a reliable and trustworthy automotive repair shop, and I am grateful that I found this place. The fast and convenient service is key for me, since both my husband and I work full time. We will definitely 100% be returning here for all of our future car needs.

I stopped by on a Friday afternoon because I had a nasty grinding sound from a piece of my plastic undercarriage dragging on the ground after being loosened by puddles from a bad storm. I expected having to drop it off at least overnight and a good-sized bill. Instead, the mechanics here quickly looked underneath and removed the piece within 20 minutes. My bill? Nothing! The team was definitely helpful and knowledgeable - next time I have a car issue, Ill be returning here.

These guys are AMAZING! I walked out of work yesterday to a flat tire, which is never a happy scene. I thought for sure I’d have to spend at least two hours in a tire store getting it fixed. But I brought it to Charles and they literally had me in and out in 15 minutes. Awesome team!

Went in to repair a flat tire. I didnt schedule an appointment, so I was told to wait for approx. 1hr. After 30 min, I received a text that my car was ready to meet its driver. I thank Charles Auto for the prompt and professional service. Ill definitely come back.

Charles Automotive was recommended by a friend when I was told by a local car dealerships service center that I needed new wheel bearings. Charles Automotive offered a lower price to do the work so I took the car in to them. Before changing the wheel bearings, they check everything and told me the noise I was hearing was likely caused by rust on the rotors, since it had been a while since I had driven the car. They recommended that I not change the bearings. In addition, they charged me exactly ZERO dollars for this inspection. They return the car promptly to me. About a week later, the battery died on another car I own and they replaced it promptly. In addition to good service, they called with updates and didnt leave me hanging. I will be returning to them they next time I need service.

Nice folks, good work, on time

I’ve been here twice and each time the workers are very nice and not pushy. They do a good job of explaining everything and giving a reasonable time estimate for the work you need.

Charles Automotive offers great service. We have never had any issues with the routine maintenance they perform on our car and they are very truthful about any work that needs to be done. My father is a mechanic and took his car in for work there and only had positive things to say about the work he had done. He also told me that the quotes Ive received were reasonable.

I went in to have a tire repaired. Next thing I know, the front hood of my car is up. I don’t even think they looked at the tire. It was never removed from the car. They told me I needed a new tire, and they reset all the maintenance information on my car. They gave me a high estimate for a new tire, and they assumed I would pay for maintenance on my car I never asked them to do. Now all my maintenance information is lost. My tire situation was not addressed.

This was my first visit to Charles Automotive and I was very happy with the service. Staff was friendly and courteous. Even though I was told that the wait could be up to 90 minutes, I was in and out within 30 minutes. I didnt even have time to finish my cup of coffee. Nice, clean waiting room. Someone from the shop noticed I had a flat tire while parked near their shop and offered to take a look at it. Because I was from out of town, I chose not to have them complete the work. Both Hunter and Fidel went above and beyond to make my experience at Charles Automotive an excellent one! Hunter gave me a ride back to my office after I dropped my car off for repairs and kept me up to date of the progress that was being made on my vehicle. Fidel was the mechanic that came in on his day off to work on my car so that I would have it before the end of the day Saturday.

Ive been taking my two cars here for servicing for a few years now. The price is always fair and the service is great. But most importantly, the staff is consistently honest and helpful. As our driving habits changed, theyve recommended different regular maintenance schedules - an honest answer despite meaning less regular business for them. They also gave me quotes for future service needs they observed my car will need down the road, but were not pushy about me getting those services on the spot. For starters, I contacted several tires places and this place has the cheapest tires and they were able to get me in on that same day. The staff were very helpful. I purchased 3 new tires and had wheel alignment done which was yesterday. So far my tires are good. I am anxious to see how they turn out in the rain.

This business is a total joke. I scheduled an appointment to utilize my valid Groupon for a synthetic oil change. After I arrived and informed Charles Automotive I would be using my unexpired Groupon for payment, the front desk representative left the room to speak with his manager.When the front desk representative came back he informed me they’re no longer accepting purchased Groupons for their business because “they’re just not making enough money off them.” Furthermore, they “really just use Groupon to advertise.”Where do I begin with everything that’s wrong with this? I asked the representative “so your sales tactic is to lure people into your auto shop by offering them a deal on Groupon without having any real intention of actually honoring it?”I received an irrelevant response and the the representative repeated what his manager instructed him to say behind closed doors.Let me offer some small business advice. If you want to experiment with an online platform like Groupon to grow your business but it doesn’t workout because you priced the product wrong then fine, you write that off as a failed attempt to grow your business BUT you honor your contract with Groupon and the clients who already purchased the deal until they have all been claimed or expire.This manager didn’t even have the guts to come and provide an explanation to my face. Instead he hid out of view and forced a kid working the front desk to do his so his dirty work because he probably knew this was a totally unacceptable and extremely poor business practice.I am extremely sympathetic towards the real and current struggle COVID-19 is having on small businesses, but this bait and switch business tactic needs to be warned to every patron considering giving this auto shop business.

I was so impressed by the customer service here at Charles. After being told by my dealership that I needed to pay close to $200 for one new tire, I took my car to Charles. The staff here was very polite and friendly. They patched up my tire that morning and told me to order a new TPMS sensor and then come back with it. They didnt charge me for patching up my tire that day and trusted that I would come back as recommended. I was a nobody and was blown away by their trust in me. I came back the next week and they were able to fix my tire without me paying an arm and a leg for it (not even half of what my dealership was asking). The staff at Charles is amazing. I will absolutely come back for future car services!

I have been using Charles Automotive for years. The service is good and their prices are reasonable. They recently added this new feature where they send you this cool link that shows your vehicle health rating. They rate your exterior, interior, under the car, under the hood, etc. and then take pictures of all these items. Its very neat!

They were efficient, honest, and didnt try to upsell me because Im a woman. They informed me of what I needed in terms of upcoming maintenance and treated me with respect.
