Wonderful experience today. Brought my car in for a tire replacement. Lucy was extremely helpful and walked me through the whole process. She explained all tire options to me when I dropped my car off. Everyone there was so friendly and thorough. I will definitely be taking my car back for service at this location. Cannot say enough positive things!

Lucy and her team are great! I was a walk in on a Saturday and they were able to fit me in for a couple new tires. The mechanic found a few minor additions to my original repairs which I was alerted of and approved. They were able to complete the job in the exact amount of time promised and under budget! Would definitely return and recommend this location.

I made an appointment online then called to make sure the tires were in stock. Lucy was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. She made sure I was okay with having my tires replaced with non run flat tires which I never I had on the vehicle. She was very upfront with the wait time and had me out the door sooner than expected! I highly recommend this location as the customer service was superb.

Scheduled oil changes for 2 cars here which were supposed to include tire rotations (I can change my own oil, so the battery check and tire rotation are the main thing I needed). The first car has fairly new tires with about 10k miles on them so I knew they were due for a rotation. Upon picking up the car, I was told the tread on the front was better than the tread on the back tires so the tires were not rotated. After some research, I found that for this car the best tread is supposed to go on the back so this was the first red flag that I planned to address on the 2nd visit.On my next car, they said my 2017 tires were dry rotted on one side so they would not be doing the rotation. When I asked again about the previous cars tires not being rotated, I was told something different than the day before and, after some back and forth, was finally told simply that the policy is if the tread is different on the tires, they could not rotate them. So if you need a tire rotation, I recommend going somewhere else AND if you only want an oil change prepare for a near 2 hour wait.

Lucy was great! I came in for new tires and she made the experience very easy. I had originally come in for a different set off tires that were less expensive but they were out of stock. Lucy advised me and helped me find a good alternative.

Terrible, terrible experience here. I would not recommend to anyone.The store manager at the Rockville location, Lucy gave me a call AFTER I made an online appointment in advance (and been verified and sent an email verification of my appointment) to notify me that there was a conflict on their end, since SHE placed in another in-person appointment with someone in store.Instead of treating me with satisfactory customer service, she decided to proceed by first incorrectly pronouncing my name, interrupting every sentence and question I had about the internal issue, and long-windily expressing to me about how qualified she is as a manager to address such issues as opposed to helping me find an appointment that works for both of our schedules or even calling the individual she scheduled in-person with and seeing if they were a bit more flexible.In an unprofessional manner, Lucy made it a point to not even apologize for the error in the inefficacy of the system.I just wished that her attitude and customer service was at least a little better even for me to even talk.Lucy claimed that she did see my appointment in the system but as far as she was concerned it took no priority, neither was it valid as far as she was concerned since she made an in-store appointment. Lucy also lied and stated that she did not know the reason for my appointment although it was explicitly stated in the reservation as you can see in the photos below: Tires Check and Advise.Lucy also proceeded to impatiently emphasize that she was unwilling to see both the customer that she registered and my online appointment with disregard to any form of decent accommodation or resolution. I had to implore her if she was willing to choose another time outside of my work hours or if she could check with other centers that may be able to do so and she refused to accommodate.As a mannerly and respectful person myself, I would not recommend to anyone who is not looking to be overly assertive to get their tires checked or even receive the most basic level of customer service.

First time there had a good experience. Mechanic was efficient, performed good work, and sound advice.We returned today to get the additional work the mechanic recommended. The mechanic wasn’t there but the manager was. She insisted on up selling us on additional but unnecessary work. I doubt she has ever turned a wrench and her customer service skills weren’t anything to brag about.

I had come here about a month ago to get a tire replaced and they suggested that I swap all 4. I compromised, agreeing to change only the front two. They said that because that would mean I get to keep the other two tires, they couldn’t help me. So I just got the one front tire replaced.I came back today to get the other front tire done and the complete opposite experience happened under new management. Angelo, the service manager not only found me a discount on 4 tires but he said I could take the last tire home with no problem. Lucy, the store manager got me in and out without an appointment. It was a fast and hassle free. Lucy even had the tire wrapped up for me. The service here had been sub par before but I figured I’d give it another shot because I don’t like to judge off one experience. I’m glad I did because the customer service here is unbeatable. Will be only coming here for service from now on.

Their service is very fantastic. I needed the tires replaced at such short notice. They had the wrong size of tires but they were able to receive and finished quickly on the next day which was less than 24 hours. The guy named Charlie is a friendly guy who explained to me things about the tires and stuff. I appreciate that. There is a lady who knows ASL (American Sign Language) meaning she can communicate with deaf people like me. I will recommend this to anyone at this place :)

Very good service. I was kept in the loop from inspection to completion. The location called me when the vehicle was completed (ahead of the promised time) very organized team.

First appointment scheduled for 5:30pm, received a call at 6:59am on the day of the appointment to ask if I can go at the location at 11am. Tires were not i stalled until 6pm.Second visit to remove a screw from the tire, scheduled appointment for 12:30pm, and was told to wait 2 hours for that minor repair.Would not recommend!

Took my car up to this location and Angelo made my visit very pleasant. Cleanest car facility I ever visited. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back and recommend that you all do the same.

First time at this location getting my oil changed. I usually have gone to NTB to have this done because they do such a good job. When I checked in for my appointment, the technician was thorough in going over what was to be accomplished and was polite and professional despite having to deal with a sort of testy customer before me. My son and I walked over into Rockville Town Square and we were called back when the oil change was done. Got back here and was out-processed by another professional technician. I know Ill be back to this location.

Absolutely great service here Lucy & Angelo are great manager I lost faith in coming here because of bad pass experience with the formal manager but when o say Lucy and Angelo made me rethink my thoughts on this place I really did. I made an appointment to bring my car in here for two tires and an alignment. Rather than billing for mount and balance, they rung me up for 0.6hrs of body labor - twice the shops listed rate for mount and balance.I had my tires shipped here becuase Tire Rack had them listed as a partner. I will contact tire rack and inform them of this shops practices.

I had an appointment for 1pm to get an oil change. I arrived at 12:30. After waiting a few minutes Lucy called me up to the counter. I asked her how long would my service take and she said about an hour in a half. I was disappointed at her answer and I expressed that I did not know it was going to take that long. I also told her that I know I am early but I still did not expect to wait for that time period. She then said that she would see what she could do. Well she was able to get my car serviced immediately and my car was finished at 12:57. I thanked her repeatedly and told her how grateful and thankful I was for this fast yet efficient service. Lucy told me it was her pleasure to serve me. THANK YOU AGAIN LUCY!

Today was my second visit to this location. Lucy and her staff are courteous, professional, and always helpful. I always bring busy material and never have to use them, because they are so efficient. I returned to this location because of the exemplary service I received from Lucy my first visit. Being new to the Rockville area, and my regular mechanic being 45 mins. away, I am relieved to have found a service provider who mirrors what I am use to.

Lucy and her staff are my go to for all my cars. They are responsive and highly efficient.

This is one of those tire shops where apparently you’re supposed to remove the tires by yourself, they won’t actually do it for you. Yes, they have power tools that can do it in mere seconds, but you have to fish out your own tire iron and remove the wheels yourself anyways. Hey, I just walked away from their stupidity, I didn’t make them stupid.
