While I was forced to go here, because my battery dictated that I must, it was the best experience because of the staff. My car battery lived its best life and I was told to go only here by many people. Walking in, I was greeted by the staff who were cheerful and willing to help. I told them my problem and they helped me right away. I was in and out in under 30 mins. (It probably took that long because we were chatting and having a good time) I will continue to pass along the knowledge of this location because of the experience that I had here today.Thank you for giving my car life again!

Made an appointment online to have my iPhone screen repaired. Made the appointment through their website and received a confirmation text the morning of the appointment. However, when I arrived at my appointment, they said the technician doesn’t work on Sundays. When I asked why I was able to make an appointment, they’re inexplicable excuse was that their site “let’s you make an appointment but doesn’t tell you [the technician’s] hours. Don’t bother with this place.

I was able to find the phone number of my local store quickly on your site, the employee answered immediately, he understood my question and got the answer very quickly. Also, the price I paid was substantially lower than Auto Zones price for the same battery.

The young man that worked in the store went above measures to assist me even calling his manager offsite to get a solution resolved. It was a very welcoming experience. They had the batteries in stock and said it would only take three or four days to rebuild the old packs.They had batteries in the store that I had no idea existed. The service took less time than was was mentioned - about 15 mins vs. 20 mins as mentioned. The clerk explained the process and insured the phone was working as it should before I left.

I felt I could get reliable and safe batteries from Batteries Plus Bulbs. Also I knew if there was a problem I could return to an actual store and not worry about my mom wanting me to mail them back. Putting a one star review is too good, I wish I could give zero stars. I took my phone in to get the display screen replaced. Little did I know they would completely burn out my phone after putting in an iPhone 7plus screen on my iPhone 8 plus; they forced the screen. Upon showing up to the store, they tried to deny the damage that was done to the phone. Highly do not recommend this store for phone repair, do not go here.

I purchased a new Duracell battery for my motorcycle and a pawn installation the battery didnt have enough power to start the motorcycle. Upon purchase I asked the associate if the battery was fully charged and was told yes. I missed an event that I was supposed to participate do to the malfunctioning battery. I brought the battery back to the store two days later and told them of my problems and asked them to test the battery. The test resulted in a very low charged battery. the associate informed me that they could charge it up that it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours to do so. I was 45 minutes from my residence and told him that I did not have 2 hours to kill time in Rockville Maryland. I told him if they would not replace it with a new battery which I wanted them to test the battery before I left the store. I was told that thats not their policy. And then asked for a refund . Without delay I was refunded my money. I left the store with disappointment. I couldnt believe they would not accommodate me with a new battery yet would fully refund my money. It doesnt make sense. I left the store and purchased a new similar battery at Harley-Davidson of Frederick. I installed this new battery from Frederick Harley-Davidson. My motorcycle fired up without delay and is now working as it should be. I have purchase batteries before at batteries plus. But after this experience I think Ill take my business elsewhere.

I have used Batteries Plus for years when Ive had a particularly rare or expensive battery to replace or needed confidence and skill from the store staff. Theyve always been accommodating, helpful, and accurate. They exceeded expectations when my remaining car key fob started to fail regardless of my strict observance of the Covid quarantine. They looked up the battery as I drove towards the store, directed me to the web store to make the purchase, and came out with my batteries and installed them on the spot in the parking lot entirely contact-free. They were properly masked and we accomplished the installation leaving my fob on the hood of the car. All of the accommodation for a $5.99 battery perfectly installed. I didnt know that Batteries Plus could replace my mobile phone battery. The service and support were more than I expected/ The service was done within an hour. I could set up an appointment in advance, and the price was under $75. Well worth it, I can now comfortably take my time to locate a replacement phone as the new battery may only last for a year or two.

I had a item (batteries not included) that required button style batteries however there wasnt any indication as to what type. The employee on staff (Mike?) was able to figure out which battery it took. Great to have a store with customer service and a decent website.

The prices, service, and quality are all excellent. The website is easy to use for ordering car batteries compared to, say, Advance or Autozone. In the past 3 years, Ive bought 2 car batteries and 2 phone/alarm system backup batteries from them. In each case, they were the price AND quality leader.

Today is June 13, 2021. I bought 3 watch batteries online and pick up in Rockville store. When I got home one battery got a January 2020 expiry date. Wasted my time.

I bought a new battery for my riding lawn mower and had it delivered to their Rockville store. When I went to pick it up, the team advised me that my dead one wasnt really dead, and that since it was under warranty still, they would recharge or replace it for me at no cost. They were able to recharge the old battery, and refunded me the cost of the new one. Terrific advice, service and they are the ONLY people I will buy batteries from. Period.

The webpage usually runs a coupon for 10% off if you buy online and pick up in store, which is helpful. Online inventory seems to be fairly accurate, if webpage says call to confirm availability it is pretty much guaranteed they dont have any at that store.

After being discriminated against and having to leave the Best Buy store in Wheaton, MD, I contacted Bulbs Plus to have my iPhone battery replaced. I made an appointment and arrived at the store. I dont remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but after asking me a number of questions, he said that I did not need a new battery. I saved $70! He explained to me that Apple is slowing down older phones (bad on Apple!) and that replacing the battery would not resolve the issues that I was having with my phone charge not lasting even with apps closed and bluetooth turned off. He advised me to get the iPhone SE for $399 when my 6S is no longer supported. He said that Best Buy would have replaced my battery and I would have had the same problems.I cannot express my gratitude to Batteries Plus Bulbs for their honesty. Now they are stuck with me for life!

I went to the Rockville store to check a motorcycle battery that according to your system was 30 days out of warranty. The battery was on a 2 amp trickle charger all winter and when I went to start the motorcycle it didnt kick over. I was scheduled to go on a charity bike ride that day! The battery checked out as deficient cold starting amps. As requested the clerk called the store manager to see if there was a option to avoid purchasing another $125 battery and the store manager didnt answer. Clerk didnt have the power to resolve an obvious defective battery. NOT HAPPY TO SPEND ANOTHER $125!!!!

No muss, no fuss. Ordered the battery on-line. Saved 10% by doing that. Found the correct battery very easily via theyre choices for make, model and year. Then, drove my car over. And, in 20-30 minutes, they had the new battery installed and checked the alternator, all for no extra charge, and I was on my way.

This time they replaced the battery on my Samsung Galaxy S6, breathing new live into an old phone and saving me from having to purchase a new phone. Excellent service on cell phone repair (in this case, battery swap on Samsung Galaxy S-6, which does not allow for easy removal of back cover). Had my phone back in good working order within an hour of dropping it off.

It was easy and fast. I placed my car battery order online and tried to pick up, even if I choose my car from the website battery size was smaller than the original battery (usable). Perfect! They fixed my iPhone 6 charging port for $70 when Apple wanted to charge me $300! I can’t thank them enough for giving me back a working iPhone when I had been dealing with a phone that wouldn’t hold my charging cord for 8 months. I should’ve just come in sooner. It was quick, easy, not too expensive, and the guy who did the work was pleasant to deal with.

Employees were professional and nice. However, the new screen I received has a blue tint to it, which sucks. It’s not bad when I get used to it but compared to another iPhone it’s very apparent and annoying. Also the screen wasn’t completely on all the way. The top right corner was flush and can be pushed down a little bit.
