Brought my phone in after dropping it in a pot of boiling water. I fished it out really quick and shut it down and brought it in right away. The Phone Fix did a great and thorough job of taking it apart, drying/cleaning it, and testing everything to make sure my phone was working correctly.9 months later my phone is still working great. Couldnt be happier! And it was much cheaper than buying a new phone ;)

I got the display fixed by phone fix and every time it dies or powers off it wont full turn back on like its on but the screen wont turn on.

My wifes Iphone X had suddenly gone bad and was having a common problem of the apple logo just flashing on and off and it would never boot up. After looking online and trying everything, it would still not boot up. I took it to the apple store in Rogers and they tried to hook it up to the computer and reinstall the software but could not get it to work either. The guy finally told me that he felt it was the mother board and it was not repairable. He said I could try a 3rd party repair place but there was a high chance it wouldnt do me any good. Well, I was starting to look for a used phone but decided to get on google and look at repair places near me. I saw The Phone Fix had lots of 5 star reviews and they would even diagnose my phone for free. After reading so many good reviews I thought I would give them a shot. I am so glad I did! It took them a few days to figure out the issue, but eventually figured out it had a short in some cables and were able to replace them and got it fixed! These guys are very thorough, very friendly and will explain everything in detail. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Wonderful experience using this company for my iPhone 6+ repairs. The camera was shaky after a drop cracked the upper right portion of my screen. He fixed both in 30 minutes and had me out the door with a fully functional phone/camera. Spectacular customer service was just icing on the cake.

Stephan looked at my moms phone and was able to copy and transfer everything over to her new phone. My father passed away a year ago and my mom was so afraid she would lose his picture icon and his last messages to her. I had a wonderful experience here. I went in for a shattered phone screen, but after reading the reviews, decided to also take a laptop that was having battery/charging issues. Stephen went out of his way to get my phone screen fixed right away and my laptop was ready the next day. His prices were incredibly fair for both the phone screen and the laptop repair. He was honest, helpful, and did not try to “upsell” me in any way. I will not be taking my electronic devices anywhere else! Highly recommend!

***ATTENTION GAMERS*** ATTENTION GAMERS***For longevity get your systems cleaned out by a professional.I Have had my PlayStation 4 for years and I took it in to get cleaned out plus a free diagnosis in case there was anything else going on that I wasnt prevy to. The sound wasnt playing on the right side from my phone so I called three places to get an estimated cost and time to fix. Two places didnt have the part in stock and it would take anywhere between 3-5 days or 7-14 days. I called The Phone Fix and, not only were they less expensive, they happened to have the part in stock. Within an hour I was having my phone repaired and shortly after, I was on with the rest of my day. Definitely would call them again if I have another device needing repair.

II took my iPhone 7 to a competitor and they were not friendly and the screen replacement only lasted about 6 weeks. I then took it to The Phone Fix and he got me right in, was very friendly and professsional, and has great rates. He also has a 90 day policy that if I break the screen from dropping it he will replace it for half price.

First and foremost Id like to say that the manager and lead repairman of this location truly knows what hes doing when it comes to repairs for smartphones. I can attest to everything in this review in terms of repairs, replacements, software updates, advice and overall customer service I received from this company and the especially the manager, Stephan. I give my utmost admiration and recommendation for The Phone Fix to any customers in search of fixing any part of your smartphone both physical and internally. Their prices are also very comparable and affordable.My Samsung Galaxy S7 Edges LCD screen cracked while on vacation, although I didnt even drop it. It was caused by an over expansion of my battery, but that was fixed and replaced with no problem at all. Another great thing is that when your phone is being repaired you are given a temporary phone to use and your CDMA or GSN card is placed in that.* I was impressed beyond belief with what Stephan was able to achieve with my phone after the screen was back, up and running. My phone was restored to its original operating system (OS) software from 2016, Marshmallow 6.0.1 because I had done a factory reset on it. Thats old and slow compared to phones today and my phone wasnt allowing me to update over the air. So, I called Samsung and they recommended I take my phone to an authorized user called, UbreakIfix to upgrade it to the latest OS software available. So, I did and before even considering that it might be safe for them to create a backup of my phones memory and OS they instantly connected it to their system and tried to manually update my phone. Instead, they destroyed the OS, walked out to the lobby with my screen blinking and displaying, Unable to recognized OS. This UbreakIfix then said there was nothing they could do to even revert it back to the old 6.0.1 OS software.I was devastated and furious because I thought my $800 dollar phone had been destroyed. Id just paid to repair my screen and replace the battery and now I had to buy a new phone, so I thought it was a huge loss for me.HOWEVER, as a last resort I said to myself...Well, maybe The Phone Fix can get my OS at least back to its old 6.0.1 software. I took it to The Phone Fix, explained my situation to Stephan the manager and he told me he thought it might be possible, but needed time. After a few days, I was beginning to get scared that my phone was truly gone forever. MIRACULOUSLY, several days later I listened to my voicemail and The Phone Fix had left me a message saying they had successfully restored my phones OS. Even better, not just restored it but had UPDATED it to the newest software available for my phones model, Oreo 8.0.0!In the end, The Phone Fix and Stephan particularly had replaced my screen and battery as well as fixed my operating system which another competitor had failed to achieve and even updated my phone, which was my original request!* I highly recommend The Phone Fix. Dont be fooled by chain stores all over the country. Go with this place first!

The Phone Fix replaced batteries in 2 iPod touch 5th generations for me recently. The work was done the same day as drop off and at a good price.
