I have had nothing but issues from Verizon for almost a year. Ive talked to representatives in other stores, on the phone, and on Verizons customer service chat. No one has been able to resolve anything until now. Gavin at Verizon Cellular Sales was able to completely resolve all of the issues in less than 30 minutes. His customer service was exemplary and its easy to see that he truly cares about his customers. I will never go to any other Verizon store. Gavins employer needs to take note of what an amazing employee they have in him. I was ready to switch service carriers and he single handedly retained my business and renewed my faith in Verizon as a company.

I was there on Monday evening and the sales rep there, Avery, was an absolute rockstar in helping sort out my account! The staff are super knowledgeable and on top of their inventory!

Gavin was amazing! Super helpful, kept me entertained while he was working on our upgrade and made things a breeze! We’ll definitely be coming to see him again for all our needs :)

Absolutely no complaints! I may be only a prepaid Verizon customer but they still do their level best to assist me and make sure Im happy when I leave. Quality customer service!

The two gentlemen there this evening were helpful and had great people personalities. They werent super professional, more relatable and relaxed. It was easier to express what we were looking for, and they helped to the best of Verizons abilities (not theirs, they could have done more if Verizon would have offered more for them to work with).

Shady business. Expect for your first bill to be over $100 per line. You can only qualify for the autopay discount if you use their (VZW) credit card or your bank account, which you should NEVER do. They drafted over $700 one month on a single line account. After they corrected the mistake, they said they couldnt refund my bank account only credit my Verizon account. Oh, and the VZW visa starts at 21.74% or 25.74%. Guess Im going back to ATT. What a rip!

David Harbert was outstanding and possibly saved a customer.The local corporate store has lots of challenges and is currently worthless to an existing customer.

Jonah Jackson was phenomenal. He walked us through the entire process of upgrading and changing phone plans and was very knowledgeable about the entire process. We really enjoyed our conversation and he went above and beyond for us! We even found out that today was his “gotcha” day, as he was adopted 17 years ago! He is such an asset to Verizon and I can see that he will achieve whatever he sets his mind to! Way to go Jonah!!

I had a few issues with a device I purchased at this store. No fault of Verizon. It was all me.Today Caleb Casey helped me resolve all the issues in a very efficient and timely manner.In fact the people that were there the day before were helpful too. I would not hesitate 1 minute to return for more purchases.These guys are great!

Would let me pay for me to upgrade my phone. I didn’t want to pay there inflated prices, but I needed to pay the upgrade.Poor business, pathetic.

Dylan and Landry provided a wonderful experience on my recent visit to Verizon. I had wanted to switch carriers for awhile and they made the entire experience painless. It can be overwhelming to make all the decisions required for cellular service but they were very patient and explained all my options. They went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. (Switched to AT&T- my bill has reduced by 1/3- and we all got NEW phones -- oh and their CS Team actually provides CUSTOMER SERVICE!) I was charged for a service that I was not provided, after speaking to my rep he assured me I would get reimbursed/credited. When the credit did not appear on my statement I called corporate and turns out only this branch charges a SERVICE FEE!

I had gone in to another Verizon store earlier, and left thinking my situation was hopeless. I happened to be driving by the one on Promenade, and on a whim, decided to try again. I am so glad I did! Michael was extremely helpful, and I left the store with way more than I was expecting, for about $50 less than I was planning on!!
