These people are Awesome. They know their stuff and they dont make me feel inferior because I dont know. They are a great help and I appreciate them helping me. thanks
My iPhone screen needed to be replaced, I walked in and got it back looking new a couple of hours later. Courteous, helpful staff. Hard to beat that!
I’ve been in and purchased from Simply Mac a few times now. They are always very nice, knowledge and patient. On my last visit I needed a warranty service for my MacBook. They offered an appointment option which allowed me to hang on to my device until they were ready to repair. They take the time to understand what the customer needs and deliver on it. Highly recommend Simply Mac.
Simply great service. Very knowledgeable and timely support and fix
Went in there for issues with my iPhone 11…...Tyler helped me and answered all my questions and even got my phone fixed quickly without any hassle! He even helped reassure me that my iCloud had full backed up my phone and I would lose anything! One of the best parts is he focused on the problem at hand and didn’t try to force me into any “extras” like most places. He even was kind enough to listen to all my 4 year olds crazy story’s and was so kind and playful with him! It made my sons day!TimelyEfficientKind and respectfulNo hassle!10/10 recommend Simply Mac100/10 recommend TYLER!Thank you Tyler!
Great service, quick and responsive. I had to take my new Mac Mini M1 in after it stopped booting up. They kept me informed of the progress and had it good as new and ready ahead of expectations. Highly recommended!
TL;DR - Ive had a great experience with repairs and informational fixes, however the wait for service can be long due to only one person working the times Ive gone in.Ive had a great experience as far as repairs goes. I was able to get in very quickly for a battery replacement for my 2017 MacBook Pro 15. The repair was fast and expertly done. The only negative thing Id say about this experience was that I felt a little sold into the rush add-on for $50. After they offered I asked how long their cue was and if it was worth the $50. They were vague about how long their cue was and I needed my computer ASAP so I just went for it, and they were finished same day. Was I swindled? Most likely not. Was it necessary? Probably also not - next time I wont being doing it unless its urgent.Recently I went in to inquire about my same Mac running hot. The tech was able to quickly identify the issue and that problem was solved. Again, waited a bit long but the service was great.
These guys helped me get my MacBook fix for totally free and had it back to me in 2 days. Service here is phenomenal.
Took my phone in for an AppleCare replacement. They were helpful, friendly, knowledgable and FAST. Never felt pressured to buy extras I didnt need. Highly recommend.
I reached out to Apple support about my Mac book not working all of a sudden- no update, no warning just black screen. Apple support told me of two locations in Rogers and so I picked this one. I make the appointment go in- spend about 5 min in the store and the gentlemen plug it in (which did nothing because I had tried that) and then took it to the back and came out and said yeah, its broke I asked what could be done he said buy a new one I was shocked that was the only support I got. I start back to school so I decided to actually drive it to Tulsa OK to the Apple store. I was there about 5 min and they had shined a light on the screen and could see it was still there, then looked up the year model to find out there was a recall on that year for the screen issues- they packed it up and sent it off. Within 24 hours it was fixed and shipped back to me. I am very glad I got a second opinion on this because my computer was fixable and didnt need to go spend 1500 dollar for no reason! I hate that Apple support is recommending them!!!!!
After having purchased two computers and countless other items from the store, it is disappointing to see that they are “very limited“ in regards to actual follow up care with their products. Unable to help with even very basic iPhone repair issues. Sent here by Apple support twice and both times told they were unable to help and became a completely wasted visit each time. NOT an “Apple Store”. You’ll do better to go online or elsewhere.
Zack is a very helpful employee and I much appreciate it
These guys do a great job and have been very helpful to me on both occasions when I was in their store. Service has been terrific!
Very friendly and excellent service! They fixed my Mac much faster than anticipated.
Very personable service! The technician was very informative.
These people are great. They are knowledgeable and very accommodating. Both times I’ve had to take my Mac book in, it was a good experience and they fixed the issues quickly.
Poor customer service I took my sons laptop to repair it and they gave it to me with another damage and now they are saying that apple does not cover that. I dont recommend them, better send item to apple because simply mac doesnt know what theyre doing. Im still waiting for the managers call and he hasnt done it, they dont deserve a single star.
Customer service was exceptional, After speaking with Geek squad at Best Buy, and on the phone with Apple all they said they could do was send our phone off and send us a replacement. Called Simply MAC and they said give them 2 hours and it would be fixed. True to their word!! With them being an authorized Apple dealer they honored the Apple Care protection plan we have as well!! A $600 repair cost $29 dollars!! Hopefully I don’t have to use them again but if I do this is where I will go!
Quick. professional, and attentive service! Thanks!
I was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service and knowledgeable staff at this location. I purchased an Apple Watch and they helped me with selecting the best watch for me. I was ver pleased with the service I received.
Wow. Ever feel like you are unimportant? If not, go here. They will try to sell you exactly what you dont need.
Terrible place to get service done on your Mac. I took my MacBook Pro in to get my keyboard fixed. Sounds simple! I got it back and they somehow scratched the screen. While the sales kid was nice, the technician was flippant and acted like I was bothering him, even though he probably scratched the screen. After they replaced the display, I got it back and now the camera on the machine didn’t work. I will not take my MacBook back to Simply Mac to fix my machine, even if it’s free.
These guys were life savers a couple years ago. My computer ended up crashing and wasnt able to be salvaged, but I came here and they set me up with a laptop, refurbished, that was perfect for what I was needing. They didnt pressure me to buy something new just because it was new, but helped me see what the best options were with my budget. Its still working wonderfully!
Knowledgeable team with great customer service!!
Amazing customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and takes lot of interest to solve their customers problem. Alex and Joe were really nice and helpful. They patiently answered to all the questions I had, and also helped me fix my iPhone X screen within a day. I am amazed by their friendly and welcoming gesture towards their customers. Would really recommend Simple Mac.
There isn’t store there anymore
Kathleen and her crew were very friendly and eager to help me out. I went threw a long process of having to get a new phone. When my old phone stopped working properly, I thought it would be a small fix, at first. Kathleen was quick to diagnose the problem and offer solutions. Highly recommend them for all of your apple needs!
Staff was very helpful and my repair was ready earlier than expected. Will definitely visit Simply Mac again if I need any kind of repair done.
I dropped my MacBook Pro and had to replace the entire lid. I went in on Tuesday, they had the part by Wednesday, and I picked it up Thursday! The process was as painless as it could be. I highly recommend Simply Mac in Pinnacle Hills!
We were attended to by Arron. He answered our questions professionally about the IMac. He was polite and knowledgeable on the product we were interested in. We were satisfied with his customer service. We bought what we needed.
Great help ! Dont waste time on calling Apple these guys are on next level
Diagnosed the issue with face ID function/camera on my iPhone in a few minuets. Gave me my options for back up and repair. I opted for the warranty repair on the phone. They repaired and returned it in 48hrs. Fast, accurate, professional customer service. I would use Simply Mac again.
Katie at Simply Mac Rogers is fantastic! She was wonderful last week and also once in the past getting the information I needed, discussing options, and calling me back when she said she would. I dont know what theyre paying her, but Simply Mac needs to double it and promote her. Its incredibly difficult to find that level of very conscientious, very friendly customer service anywhere.
Horrible service. Dropped off my laptop. They have had for a week and a half. Went in on Saturday and they said it was next in line and they would call me later that day. It is now Tuesday and no word. Called and no one would answer. I let it ring for 15 minutes. I would have given them fewer stars but I had to select one star
I had to schedule an appointment because I did not want to wait for one hour. The store was extremely busy as it was late on a Saturday afternoon. When I returned two days later for my appointment, the person helping me was very friendly and helpful. I left a satisfied customer. The reason for only 4 stars was because I had to be without my I-phone all weekend!
This place is horrible. In my experience anyway. I am an android person, however I had to pickup a computer for a friend. They had this computer for 3 months. Every time i we called, no one would ever answer the phone and when I would stop by to check on it, the guy was always out to lunch. One day when I was in the store, I mentioned that their reviews mention that they dont answer their phones. They had the audacity to tell me that they dont answer bc they are busy helping their customers. Yeah, right. Anyway, if you have to get your apple products fixed, I would highly suggest you do your homework and go somewhere else.
Ive been there several times and have had a great experience. Management is doing an amazing job there!Came back today and Joel took care of my issues right away. Really appreciate their customer service.
This was my first trip to Simply Mac. I will be coming back when I need help in the future. Katie K. gave me excellent customer service and helped to solve my problem with printing my photos. She identified and solved the problem in less than 30 min, She did not have a photo printer on site to see if printing was possible but I took my phone to the nearest printing facility and it worked. I had no idea of all the help this store can provide, but I will be back whenever I need assistance with my apple phone. I may even be ready to upgrade to a new one soon Thank you Katie, you did great!
Thank you Simply Mac! We all depend greatly on our phones and devices and when they fail us we can find ourselves in a panic. Great advice and customer service helped to restore my sanity. Special shout out to David for his patience and kindness during a very stressful time getting everything reset.
The SimplyMac team is great. During this COVID-19 social distancing exercise I’m working from home with my MBP. The keyboard had an issue and I took it to SimplyMac rather than sending it into Apple. While they said it could take 3-5 days to get parts and then a day to install, they got parts the next days and installed as well. Super great service in a time when downtime isn’t ideal.Update: 4/13/21 - Same thing happened again a year later and the SimplyMac team responded in the same quick manner. I love their new location as finding good parking is no longer an issue.
Really helpful staff and a great atmosphere. I went in last week with questions about fixing a work computer, and they addressed the concern and gave me some good options. Then I returned to get a pre-owned machine, and they were helpful, knowledge and quick. It was a pleasant experience and Id recommend them to anyone looking for Apple products.
We stop in a half hour before closing. We were greeted warmly by both workers. My sister in law had a question about ear buds. The gentleman explained to her why none were available at this time. My husband and I were looking for a new IPad for me. The gentleman was extremely helpful and explained my options. He took the time to sync my IPhone and new iPad. Great customer service!
This is the second battery replacement that Simply Mac has performed on my devices. Could not be happier with my experiences. The battery price ($70 out the door) gets you Apple certified techs and an Apple certified battery that retains the factory warranty. Both times the device was ready earlier than promised.
The people at this Simply MAC are awesome! I have had several devices serviced and repaired over the last two years and have been very satisfied with the results! Staff are friendly and helpful!! Thank you Rogers Simply MAC for providing such a great service and experience!!!
My Macbook screen was out and they were able to fix it within a few days! Friendly staff and great service. I will definitely come back!
On a beautiful Saturday, 5:00 p.m., there were two employees. We were ignored completely by them, who were working with customers and didnt acknowledge our presence. When asking how long it would roughly be, we were told I cant give times, Ill get to you when I can. Another customer who came in after us was helped first. Still we were ignored. I get they have customers, but not even saying how long it would take (letting alongside looking at us) or saying sorry had us out of there. at one point one of their super-sensitive alarms went off and THEY LET IT BLARE. They didnt even look up and it blasted throughout the store until an employee came out of the back, turned it off, and promptly went to the back of the store. NEVER going here again.
They were not able to help me with my issue with my AT&T Apple iPphone. But the way they treated me was completely not acceptable I understand if you can’t help with my specific issue then there is no need to be rude and make ugly faces the woman helping appear to be the manager and if that is how managers at then there’s no reason for me to shop here.
Contrary to what Apple Support may indicate, Simply Mac isnt a part of their organization. I was told as much at Simply Mac when they told me that they were unaware of my appointment because they dont honor/use that system. I let them know that I had tried to call to confirm three times on the day before and had even left a message after remaining on hold a minimum of 10 minutes each time. I received no reply, drove 40 minutes out of my way only to be told that I would have to come back when they get the part in stock, about two weeks.I should have paid attention to the 44 one star reviews out of 70 total.
Ive had trouble with my iPhone for a year and finally decided to get some expert help. I drove in to the Simply Mac store and was greeted by David. After working on my phone a few minutes and patiently answering my multiple questions, he took my phone back to his supervisor (Tiffany??) to get some clarification. At first he thought I had a software corruption but, after working on it further and another conversation with Tiffany he decided it was truly just a storage problem. Nathaniel pitched in at one point and tried to jump start something using his tricks of the trade. All to no avail.... finally the consensus was I just REALLY need a new phone with more storage to accommodate my usage. While they couldnt fix my problem they DID validate my feelings of frustration . Since I was in there for so long, we were able to chat about other things and we got to know one another a little bit.Even though I left without my phone completely fixed...I did leave VERY SATISFIED! Hey, Nathaniel, Im listening to Emancipator, right now!!Some home baked goods are headed your way in the very near future guys! Such a pleasure meeting and talking with you!Yall deserve ALL the stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟
Fantastic customer service! Thankful to the excellent staff at Simply Mac at the Promenade Mall in Rogers. They went above and beyond even in the midst of a very busy morning to take care of everything my Mac needed!
My iPhone had died completely. Received my replacement phone and was instructed to swipe all data off do my iPhone, how could this be done if it wouldnt turn on??? Well to the rescue was Tiffani, she was able to determine the exact issue with my dead iPhone and get my information off too. Helped me set up my replacement iPhone. Not only did she go above and beyond customer service, she was empathetic to my current circumstances. I highly recommend this store and especially Tiffani!!! I have other Apple products and will be seeing her soon! Thank you Tiffani and the rest of the team!!
Worst experience of my life! Please don’t waist your time or money. This is most dysfunctional business. Paid them to do diagnostics work on my computer and they couldn’t figure out what was causing the issue. They offered to refund my money but now they won’t return my calls to full fill this request. They stated they would need to contact the corporate office for a refund. What a joke!!!
We went into SimplyMac to purchase our first Apple product, an iPad for our daughters online schoolwork. Joel was great in helping us select one and explaining how everything worked and our options. Joel was very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our experience. Thanks!
Dropped computer off with intention of purchasing an external hard drive to retrieve information and said it would be 5-7 days. Tried calling multiple times on days 8,9,10. Finally drove up to the store and was met with they are working on it and its just about done. 1.5 hours later it wasnt working and to call back on Monday. Finally got through after multiple times pushing 2 and Nathaniel answered. He told me that after they had moved a little bit of my desktop that it was ready to go. Drove up there and was handed my completely restored Mac with no external hard drive. Based on multiple conversations it was implied that they had gotten at least some information off. But, there was absolutely no regards to customer service whatsoever. I know they did not even attempt to look at my computer until I walked into their store in Day 11. Now, I have brought back it back to my IT department and they cant get it to do anything, so I paid for a restore that we could have done 2 weeks ago and it still does not work even though they supposedly checked the diagnostics. I know they are one of the few who service and the sad thing is while I was there I ordered a battery to be installed in 2 weeks for my phone. I cant believe I have to go back. But I wont after that.
Everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable! I got my phone back very fast. I will definitely use Simply Mac again!
Joel and his crew were thoroughly helpful in training us and guiding us into our new computer. We would and WILL recommend this Simply MAC to others!!
Great Service! Ive been dreading having to get my computer fixed and they got everything taken care of in a quick and friendly manner.
The folks here are always great to help by exhausting every possible resource to take care of my needs. Great team, and great store.
I am happy I have somewhere that I can go and get great information about my device and with real apple technicians. Unfortunately there are a couple people that work there that have no clue what they are doing and dont give very good or any advice at all, and then you have the 1 or 2 rude ones. I atleast try this place first then if all else fails I call apple.
Not responsive to customers coming in. The store needs a dedicated sales person to welcome customers (like ATT store does) and get them signed in when they enter. Another customer and myself were waiting and one sales person was with a customer already. Another sales person came from back room and went straight to back counter and picked up their drink and faced the wall, not even eyeing the sales floor to noticed the two of us waiting. I had to finally walk up to the counter to get attention when they should have immediately asked for the customer that was next in line. When I was finally waited on I rec’d good service.
The young man was very helpful pleasant and patient even though they were having a lot of trouble applying some credit cards provided by verizon. I would recommend this place highly
Waited for an hour being #8 in line. First 5 went fast. Last 2 took the hour up. Two people came in just before my turn and they waited on THEM 1st. I gave up and left.
The staff at Simply Mac was fantastic. One of the employees had just been promoted and was still trying to gain access to the programs and ordering process. He went above and beyond trying to get my mac fixed quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is that the store could not fix it and they had to send it to apple to get it fixed and they did not call me when my mac came back in, which delayed me getting my macbook back that week (Im a college kid!). If youre trying to call the store make sure to select shop option (or something similar to that) instead of the speak to a representative
Worst service ever! Never going back there again. I waited 25 minutes for someone to come and attend me and they never asked if I had a question. If I could rate this a 0-5 Id rate it a 0. I understand if it was the first time but its been my third time there and of course always had me waiting.
Great customer service! Alex was very helpful!
Don’t even consider doing business here. Had my daughter’s phone for a week to replace the screen, no communication whatsoever to let her know if it was ready when they said they would call or email. Tried calling multiple times throughout the week and can’t get an answer. Went to the store to see what was going on and then they couldn’t find her phone..after nearly an hour her phone was returned to her with the battery completely dead. I’ve tried all evening to call and speak to a manager, no answer. There should be a negative star rating option.
David at the store has helped us with two hard issues. We always go see him for all our iPhone issues. Thanks for great customer service!
They were quick to help fix the problem. Very friendly staff.
My iphone was getting hot and battery life was short. They ran a short diagnostics and told me that the battery needed replaced. After I got a good backup I took it back in and they replaced it in short order. Very friendly staff and quick service
Sometimes you have to wait awhile but the staff is always friendly and helpful.
I thought the sales people were helpful and responsive, unfortunately if you live an hour away from the store, you CANNOT reach anyone at this store by phone. Voice mail boxes are full. I simply wanted to call to verify my computer was ready. This happened repeatedly over two week period.
Don’t bother taking your business here. Take your business to MegaByte they are much friendly, and much more knowledgeable. Took a phone here to have the battery replaced. They claimed they were unable to get the phone open... claiming the screws were third party and therefore were unable to work on it. The phone in question was factory sealed. Took the exact same device to megabyte. They opened it right up and stated they had no idea what simply mac was talking about. Simply Mac is owned by GameStop, and not a true apple store. Honestly surprised they can claim to be an apple authorized retailer. I have known several people who have gone here, and had their devices damaged by Simply Mac only to be told it was done before it arrived.
I called Apple Support to get them to help me with my Macbook and its flashing screen. After they had me reset the PRAM and other things, it still did not fix it and they referred me to Simply Mac to repair it. I am an online student and it was important I get it fixed asap. I drove to Simply Mac twice from Fayetteville. The first time, there was a total of 2 people working up front a woman and a man. The woman was nicer but the man seemed completely disinterested and it seemed like he was bothered by my presence. He then started helping another customer when I wasnt even done asking questions; it was like he had decided I no longer needed any help. Repairs were backed up at the time and it was questionable how long it would take, so I kept the computer with me to do classwork.I returned later for a second time (a couple days before Xmas) hoping they could fix it during my winter break and have it back for when school started again. This time I had a better experience with the different man that helped me. He actually ran a test on it for me to see what was wrong, but apparently he either didnt do the right test or it didnt work out right because he hadnt plugged it in to a power outlet. I was told they werent accepting computers for repair at the time but they had some repair people coming in the next week and to call back then. I called back then and finally after half a dozen or more attempts, someone finally answered. He told me that even if they did take it in it would probably be like a month before it was finished. He was nice enough to tell me about Megabyte Computer Center who could possibly finish it earlier since I was in a time crunch to have it done when school started again. Really glad they answered the phone that time so it spared me from driving up there a 3rd time for no reason. In summary, its a miracle if they ever answer the phone and its ridiculous I couldnt get my computer fixed in a reasonable time and also ridiculous I wasted time and gas driving there for no reason because they wouldnt answer the phone before.Ended up going to Megabyte, they answered on the first phone call and it was done after 4 days.
I showed up Thursday and was there for over an hour, I made an appointment for Saturday at 11:40 am to have the camera replaced on my BRAND NEW haven’t even made the first payment iPhone XS Max because the portrait camera went out. I showed up at 11:40 am had to check in, gave them my phone and was told 1-2 hours “closer to 2 hours because someone came in with a bunch of repairs” I made an appointment and now I have to wait because of someone who walked off the street? That’s not right to start with. I came back at 1:45 pm had to check in and at 2:20 pm I was told “There is a stripped screw we are trying to get OUT so it’s going to be at least another 30 minutes” soo 2 hours and 20 minutes after I drop my phone off you are just now trying to take screws out? So I am spending my Saturday driving back and forth to this store which is 20 minutes from my house with my 9 year old and 5 month old because they didn’t start working on my phone when I originally dropped it off, they waited 2 hours because they should be trying to put the screws IN because they are finished not take them OUT! Save yourself the hassle and just drive to OKLAHOMA because after multiple trips and wasted hours it’s the same time!
I’ve never been to a store where the employees are so nasty to the customers. They screamed at us to get out once they closed, and we definitely won’t be back!
Was directed here by Apple support to use their Mac floor model to correct a hacked itunes related issue they could not fix over the phone. Store wanted to charge $20 for a 5 second log in/log out. Best Buy let me do it for free. If 0 Stars was an option, Id have chosen it.
They were so honest and helpful! Definitely loved the workers in there. My Macbook is perfect
If you dont look like you are gonna spend lots of money at the store they dont pay attention to you or care to offer assistance.
If i could give 0 stars then i would, horrible experiences the multiple times Ive needed to use their services. The People who work there are nice but EXTREMELY un helpful. More worth it to drive 2 hours to Tulsa for an actual Apple store
Love this place! But why are there pictures of shaggy on all the phones? It is very concerning.
I had an appointment to reset my password for an iPad. A technician left my employment and had reset the password for entry into this iPad and did not leave the code for us to access the device. I was helped by a guy named Joel(manager) and he charged me $39.00 and informed me Apple would be calling me in a few days to assist with this problem. I thought this was odd because I could have called Apple, myself, but I was willing to follow the process and have this issue taken care of without spending a huge amount of time working on repairing this device. Apple did call and their only objective was to reset my Apple ID, this was even close to what I needed and to spend $39.00 just to reset my Apple ID was asinine. This is only a 2 minute fix, and it cost me $39.00. So I ending up calling Apple directly and going through the arduous and tedious process of resetting the 6 digit code for entry into the iPad. I was successful after 2 1/2 hours. Since I received no help from Simply Mac, I called their store in Rogers and tried to reach an associate to request a refund for my $39.00, I was put on hold for 1 hour before I gave up. I called back the next day and was answered after 30 minutes of hold time. I asked for Joel(manager) and was told he was busy and I would receive a call back, its been over a week and still no call back. Bottom line, I will never refer anyone to use this store and their services.
Was sent to the Tulsa Apple Store to have my phone replaced. The Apple Store cleaned out my phone with a can of air and a brush, resolving the issue in a matter of seconds. I drove 2.5 hours due to lack of effort and thoroughness on Simply Macs part.
Amazing customer service! Very pleased with the quality of the repair!
People need to understand that the workers arent carhops, they dont come to you. if you have a problem then you need to go ask yourself. if you walk up to them they are extremely nice and helpful. some people go in just to charge their phone so not everyone in the store needs help. quit complaining people
Would love to be able to leave a proper review about their service, but since they never answer their phone I’m unable... Tried calling maybe two dozen times across two separate days (within their business hours) and they never answered.
Avoid this store at all cost. I took my MacBook Pro to get the screen replaced, got it back with a broken Wifi and Bluetooth, with a cracked protective case that they were completely aware of, but instead let me find out after I got to my car. Worst customer service I have experienced, Apple please change your service provider in this area, it is a disservice to your loyal customers. Will never return, nor anyone I know.
I was having difficulty with my iPhone which I had purchased from a Verizon outlet. After months of visiting the store for help without a satisfactory resolution, I finally gave up. But a Verizon Customer Rep in Dallas called me and suggested that I take my phone to Simply Mac in Rogers, AR. I did, and in about 40 minutes, the techs had the situation solved, and advised me on how to utilize both my phone and how to navigate the internet for even better satisfaction. I like the name that Simply Mac gives their technicians: Geniuses. I agree with that. And I highly recommend Simply Mac.
Totally unprofessional. Only one employee and one trainee. I had to help a customer with the same issue we were having and then after we both got verbal the employee said “oh yeah. There is a recall about that problem” Before that they were wanting to charge $20 just to reset the phone to factory settings, which is something we can do ourselves. Our family of 6 will switch from Apple to anything Android. We are tired of incompetence and scams.
I tried calling about 5 times in a row and they kept hanging up on me. Not out of disagreement on anything. Literally pick up and hang up. I know this because I could hear background noise when they pick up. Amateur hour.
This place sucks. Just lots of excuses like Apple prevents us from doing much with support. Or, we are own by GameStop so we really are not an apple store. I do not recommend you let Apple talk you in to coming in here for warranty or anything else. Also, if they sell it it is clear that they will not stand behind it. So disappointing when a small business spends most of their time saying, “We can’t”. Growth comes from saying, “We can most of the time”.
Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Appreciate, too, that my phone was still under warranty
This store has the absolute worst customer service. I had, and continue to have a horrible experience just trying to get the product I purchased over 3 months ago!!! I’ve attempted to pick up the “out of stock” item 4 Times now and even called to have it shipped to me when it comes in, to no avail! Now I will have to file a fraudulent claim with my bank to get my money back on a product I purchased from this store that they refuse to deliver or produce to me! Never again will I shop at any of these stores and I will share my story about them to everyone I can.
Had to have my iPad reset very knowledgeable people, wonderful service and was only 20.00. Joel the manager was excellent to work with!!!!
I highly recommend you bring your computer issues here! They are so knowledgeable and helpful!
Ive used Simply Mac in Rogers AR twice so far to bring my 2012 MacBook back to life and once for an iPhone repair. Did I have to wait, sure. Did I spend more than I expected - hard to say, anything ios tends to cost more IMO. With each visit, I was explained what and why was to be done, never sold more than what was recommended, always told the pros/cons and in one instance talked through a self-repair that I could complete. The trouble they face is that they operate in a bubble not a city. Theyre one-of-two choices in town and demand is simply greater than supply.
I got my MacBook fixed in just a day. I dropped it off around noon and they said it would be upgraded and factory reset before they closed. If youre trying to get ahold of the store on the phone make sure to select the SHOP option to connect to an associate. I called around 8 (an hour before close) to check up and see if it was done. She said she would call me back in 30 min to let me know when it was done. She never called. And I knew she wouldnt, so I went up there before close and they got it done for me. Just keep nagging and calling and things will get done. Also I feel like they dont have enough technicians. Other than the girl on the phone, everyone was pretty friendly.
Great service. I wouldn’t have known about them if it wasn’t for Chance at TMobile, he walked me over there and told them what I needed. I would definitely recommend them for all your MAC needs and TMobile over any other provider as I have tried them all and like the prices and services the best. The manager at both locations were attentive to my needs. Located on Pinnical Hills Promenade, Rogers, AR.

Interested in buying a MacBook pro, as a first time potential Apple owner I wanted to talk to someone with knowledge about them. 2 customers in the store, 4+ employees. I played with a MacBook pro for 5-10 minutes, not a single employee (all within 10 feet) acknowledged I was there. I may have been invisible Im not sure..Wont be back and wont be buying my $2700 MacBook pro from them.
***Apple should be informed on how poorly Simply Mac is representing their products and services.***I stumbled across Simply Mac in Rogers, AR to take some classes on what and how to use my new Mac Book. I paid a high price for 2 one hour classes and felt rushed as well as did not learn anything. I did speak with the Area Manager about the poor experience and he was very apologetic, but did not offer to have me come back in to re take my classes for no charge. The second time I went in to this store, I stood and waited for 10 mins until I was acknowledged. Their was no customers in the store. Really? Today is 7/4/18 and the store is open and I am on the phone waiting for a representative to pick up. I keep pressing 2 so I can continue to hold. It’s been 15 minuets. I will never walk into this store again and will tell all my friends and anyone that is looking for Apple products and or services not to waste their time at Simply Mac in Rogers, AR.Stacey Mullen
