Good prices for what Im looking for in tools and accessories for any project around the house or in the garage.

Harbor freight staff are always helpful and they have the best prices and deals in town. To be honest their stuff lasts just as long as the big chains. For home use and hobbyist you just cant get better deals!

Harbor Freight is a great place for budget tools and they back their tools well. Took back a break-over bar that I had busted and was handed a new one, no questions asked. Glad we have them in our area.

Its Harbor Freight. While you really do get what you pay for, there are many gems to be found here. And they have stuff that hard to find anywhere else under one roof.They do seem to be transitioning, as a company, from the cheapest tools in town to a more higher quality tool company. Im on the fence about this move. They really have upped the quality of many items, but upped the price to match.HF used to be the cheap tool source. Good place to go to get a tool you needed that worked well enough, but might not last. Great place if you needed something that youd only use a few times a year, or for a single project. Or to learn how to use a certain tool, without breaking the bank.They are now more the slightly more affordable tool place instead of the cheap tool place. Time will tell if this is a good move. I still spend $500 a year with them somehow. So its working for them so far.

Beware! Easy to find yourself in there for an hour when you had one item to pick up. Such a unique and diverse array of items and theyre all priced at a point that makes you buy items you dont need but can rationalize in a nanosecond because.... who doesnt want an electric fly swatter for 3.29?

Taking off a star as I noticed that this store is not well stocked when compared to the one at Springdale. More disappointed as Harbor freight stopped the coupons which was really great and gave the customers some good savings. I was about to take off another star, but resisted my temptation as none of their tools failed on me so far and I have almost all the tools for some occasional maintenance. But new customers will surely have to pay more for the items.

Great store to find tools at a great price. If you dont need a professional grade tool for your job and want to save some money I have found that HF offers many items at a much better price and gets the job done just as well. Just dont expect the tools to hold up like your higher priced ones. You get what you pay for.

I finally made it in, havent been to one since I lived in Texas. I only had about 20 minutes before they closed so i have to come back when i have more time. I love HF for certain things.

Best prices in town, but this store is out of a lot of things frequently.

I have had issues in the past but they have seemed to work them out. My only real issue is the fact that they will not accept a brand new product back that says their name without a receipt. It was quite clear that the product was brand new and things happen I just happened to lose the receipt. An exchange would have been acceptable. I own my own business and if it was my product I would have exchanged it.

Big boys toy store or Hobby Lobby for men. Bought a $7.00 tool bag and got a flashlight for a gift. I bought a $3500.00 e-bike from a local bike shop and didnt even get a cheap water bottle. Biggest reason for the 5 stars is the people. They were very kind and helpful. The people will make or brake it for me.

When u used to arrive e their if u had ur settings right it would send u a notification n allow u to go their website n be able to get a 10 or 20 percent off discount. Not anymore. Disappointing

Great selection of tools. However watch for reviews on some of the cheaper ones. I had one in my hand, and while holding it, another customer told me about his experience of using it one time before dying. I went with the next model up, took it home, and had a short in the power cable that worked sometimes.

They refused to sell me the last step stool, said cant sell floor model. I was going to buy the rest of my items but clerk wouldnt assist old man in wheelchair with his credit card transaction so took forever. Got frustrated and left. So did guy behind me.

My favorite store in the whole world in my paycheck there often LOL

Still the same old, lower quality stuff you expect. Nothing personal, but do not expect the high quality products that a professional would need. The store is small but has a lot of selection for such a small area. The manager was busy and working the floor, so it was nice to have someone available to ask questions. The sales circulars were very misleading, but the register clerks honored the errors. Some of the items has multiple prices on them, and some didnt match the circulars or the shelf tags, so it was very confusing to shop.

This new store is excellent. I hope they continue to be as good as they are right now. They have a great selection and its well-stocked. The staff is a very helpful and courteous. I try to stop in to this location every time Im in Rogers. Harbor Freight products have become quite competitive in the marketplace.

This particular store has items that I cant find it other stores. The quality has gone up over the years, and Im happy to shop there. The employees are more than willing to help you find what youre looking for.

Harbor Freight sells cheap tools and products. You can guarantee that if you need the tool more then a couple times, it will break! The sandpaper is the absolute worst I have ever used in my life. Wood clamps mechanisms break and dont clamp. Cheap cheap cheap! The only thing good here is things like tarps and maybe a few hand screwdrivers for around the house. Do not buy power tools, its a waste!

Let me tell you how far above and beyond these guys will go to help their customers. I had had a semi-serious drill emergency and needed to replace a blade and had no idea what I needed or how to do it and they help me select the right thing that I needed and they spent quite a bit of time trying to help me get it replaced on my tool for me.They took a stressful day and made it that much easier for me simply because they cared to help and I really appreciate it

Great store and they have the best prices for tools. I saw a Hobby Knife 13 pc. set for 4.99 and the same thing at Hobby Lobby was 10.99. You cant beat their prices from what I know.

Had just what I needed

A good place to buy some tools at cheap prices. Some are worth it, others are examples of You get what you pay for. Their sockets, ratchets, & wrenches are capable of taking some abuse, their roll around tool boxes are gr8 for the home garage.. I personally do not care for any of their pliers or screwdrivers. Theyre always having a sale of some sort, and a quick search will usually turn up a 20% off, or free item coupon. And if you happen to find both those coupons, you can use them on the same trip.

Love this place, the Rogers store is fantastic. Love to shop here super nice and great prices.

Needed heavy duty tarps to cover fire wood. Definitely costs less here and coupons made then cheaper, ended up picking up several more items. Staff was helpful and polite.

I haven’t always had the best luck with all my tools from here but everyone is always so nice and inviting so I always come back.
