Would rather interupt or think about what to say the next time you stop to breathe than to actually LISTEN to you.He will sign you up for exactly what you need and can afford. He will make it fit into your current plan. He will tell you it is perfect, EXACTLY what you came in for. Then call you 20 minutes later...when he actually LOOKS at your plan, and tell you what YOU HAVE TO DO to make ot work and/or keep your service with Boost! 😧😵Just want to add...this is our FIRST issue in over two years and they are not offering ANY assistance!

This was my first time buying a smart phone I got the moto g7 play. Its a definite learning curve. My last phone was a slider by Kyocera, the verve I think. But they made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly.
It appears that the new customers get the better deals on phones as opposed to customers who have been with them for awhile. The service is great and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and if they dont know something they will try their best to find an answer for you. It would be nice if Boost would appreciate their customers more and provide phones that are not two years old with the price tag they were two years ago.

My wife bought four phones. We live in licking mo they lied and said we had coverage. But we didnt. We took the phones back we paid over 700 dollars they said we would only get 500 when I asked why because it was there fault they lied. She then said we were going to get charged with fraud because we sold the phones lmao I personally handed him all four phones . He then told me to leave that the police was called. I waited for them explained what happened they told me to take them to small claims court so they kept our 700 and the phones . Josh is the manager per say very rude and very stupid

I like the deals that have for the price they offer and unlimited web is awsome also I just wish they could find a way to help me with unlimited hot spot so my son can get to his schooling apps on a laptop maybe a way to make the laptop have just data
DO NOT SWITCH! Coverage ends just outside of Rolla. Ive only had the service for 3 days, and they will not refund my money, and want to charge me a restock fee to return the phones. Sales associate flat lied to us about coverage ornery NEVER would have switched. Very dissapointed customer - who WILL let EVERYONE he meets know that Boost is a scam!
