I went today to switch to Cricket from AT&T and Landon helped me. I cannot give him enough stars! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. The process of switching was so incredibly easy and quick. I was done within 20 minutes! He explained everything to me and went through every step thoroughly. I left with all of my questions answered. My cell phone bill is going from $135/month when I had AT&T, down to $60/month with unlimited EVERYTHING. I will recommend Cricket to everyone! Came into cricket looking for cheaper service then with at&t. Patricia was very friendly and professional and we were switched over in less then a half hour. Now saving 50 dollars a month still have unlimited data and still have all the benefits of the big name phone companies.

If youre going here, ask for Matthew. Even if he isnt working that day, he will come in to see you. He is a wonderful salesman AND a wonderful helper. Plus, Cricket is a wonderful cellphone carrier to have. Much better that Sprint or Verizon.

Generally very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a few problems with my Cricket phone that they patiently assisted me with. Im not sure the staff there are always the same folks, so its hard to comment on the service, but it always seemed low pressure to me as far as selling something.

Current- March 12, 2019. Cricket is way better than At&t. Strongly dislike my phone tho. If I could go back to before Christmas when I got it I would get something else. I gave 4 stars because of how nice Kayla was when I got it. Cricket itself is ok.

Good customer service, will save you money on your bill. Cell service is as good or better than AT&T. Great staff that are very helpful ask for Brendan or Kayla.
