Andy was wonderful as a customer service rep for AT&T. He was knowledgeable, professional, kind and courteous. Andy went over and beyond being helpful. I was sitting in my car looking for an email I had forgotten to talk with him about, when I guess he saw me and came out to check on me. Answered more of my questions...knew what he was talking about. Very nice young man, good representative for AT&T.

I was interested in ditching from an android to an iPhone and had an excellent experience with AT&T and their representative, James, in Rolla, Mo. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the technology, as several other staff asked him technical questions.I felt he was genuinely interested in my situation and not just in making a sale. I saw him support a colleague in a selfless way. James had started a transaction with a customer another day but as he was now busy with me but he urged the other representative to take over, thereby giving up a sale, when we were about finished and I was willing to wait.His attention to me to his own financial detriment impressed me enormously, as did his solid positive attitude about family and life. Because I bought a phone and TV package we had time during the transfer of data to get to know each other, AT&T has a stellar employee in James and any customer who is fortunate enough to get to work with him is indeed fortunate.
Reps are mostly helpful when you actually get to speak to them, but the check-in system they have at this location is terrible. You arent asked what problem you are coming in for so we ended up waiting two hours (after being told it would be a half hour wait) just to get a new SIM card. They dont stray from their waiting list at all, no matter if the person ahead of you is still on their way to the store or if your process would take only a few minutes. I wish they would be honest with the wait times rather than saying there are only two people ahead of you which is misleading, as Id find that much less frustrating than being lied to and made to wait around for hours.(James was very quick, perfectly kind and helpful though!)

I had a great day yesterday with getting a new phone. Iam very happy with it. And Future was very nice and explained the phone to me. Im just not to tech savy but I will have fun 😊learning all the new features.
Great service. No hangups. Mark at the Rolla mo store was fantastic! Consolidated our accounts, moved lines from one account to another, made great suggestions on new phone purchase which was made. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. EXCELLENT! Becuase of that we purchased some great accessories.Manger handled the end of the transaction so her staff could optimize their time. She was thinking of her people. Thats what great bosses do. Very well managed store. Great job!! Completely and totally satisfied!!!
Andy was very helpful explaining everything and answered all our questions. However when we got notification from UPS that my phone was delivered to the store I was not allowed to pick up. When order was placed we did not know how long it would take. Not happy that when we stopped by store they did not want to go check out what was delivered.

This will always be the ATT store I go to from now on. From the check-in process to finishing and walking out the door, the entire process was smooth and professional. Andy was very nice and helpful. I made the switch from Verizon to AT&T because I had no service at work and it was getting frustrating. I went online and ordered the SIM card, set up delivery, put in my billing information, and thought I was all set and ready to go. When the SIM card arrived a couple days later, I tried to activate it with no luck. After spending an hour on several automated lines, I called the store to see if they could help me. Andy told me to come in that he would be waiting to help me. He got everything sorted for me and made the process as painless as possible. I’m very thankful for him and his dedication to helping customers. Thank you again, Andy!

Fish was very helpful to help us find a solution. My parents were having problems with their phones and we needed a solution. Fish worked for sometime to resolve the issue and then help us select new phones for both of them that is very user friendly. I would recommend everyone work with Fish.

This place is ridiculous. I have waited over 2 hours in this store, just to be told they were out of prepaid phones. I told them that was all I was there for when I first came in. They couldnt have just told me then??
I would give this store a 4.5 rating and AT&T itself a solid 0. I think the employees are all friendly and helpful. I did have a cumbersome situation that resulted in three return trips over the course of a week. They did, however, figure out my particular and unique predicament. My complaint is towards AT&T itself. Here is a word of advice... DO NOT purchase that fancy new device on an installment plan! Save up, buy a slightly older model, buy a cheaper phone than the one you want. There will be no flexibility. For instance, my new iPhone installment plan was mistakenly attributed to the number of an old flip phone I no longer wanted. My options were to either cancel the number I use for my business for over 15 years or to basically pay $1000 to pay off the installment plan attributed to my old flip phone. BUY YOUR PHONE OUTRIGHT and you will save a TON of $$, you can change providers, you have leverage and control. I still have poor coverage in my area, I wouldnt be able to use my phones without wifi, and the only thing I changed was a huge bill increase and a flip phone I cant get rid of.

James was great! He was so friendly and enthusiastic. He was very upfront about what to expect during the process. We moved to a new phone plan and a upgraded our phones, and the process was as far less stressful with James at the helm.
We were helped by Andy. Andy was so obsessed with selling us internet, tv and phone cases he failed to hear us as customers.We came in saying we wanted to upgrade both phones and both plans to unlimited. We told him exactly what phones and plans we wanted. Andy tried everything to change our minds about the phone we chose and the plans we wanted to the point of telling us they didn’t even have the phones.... which of course they did after I insisted.At this point a coworker comes up behind Andy and they sort of team up on my wife and I, basically insulting us directly to our faces for not getting the iPhone 12 and adding tv service. I used to be in sales so I understand teaming up for an upsell but this was berating the customer for putting a perfectly clean sale in your lap.This was all fine until Andy secretly added Insurance and Next Up charges to our plans without mentioning or asking us, adding $30+ to our monthly, or almost $1000 if you never noticed for 30 monthly installments. Stay away from this store and especially Andy.
Cutter was very patient and professional, sat there for 2hrs trying to help switch my old number to my new phone. It was not his fault for the delay, it was my old phone companys issues is what held us up.
They give good service, but it’s so hard to get ahold of them or for them to call you back. I tried to schedule an appointment the other day and it took me 2 hours on the phone with them.

My fiancé s phone was stolen, so we needed a replacement phone right away due to her job. The sales clerk made it possible for us to take care of the problem. He worked late just before his vacation started so that our problem was solved. Highly recommend Fish (real name) for all phone needs. Awesome guy.

Did not have phone in stock that we wanted even though they had it on display. Did offer to have it shipped but that means we would have to set it up ourselves.
Had to return a phone. They signed me in only complaint I had to wait outside since I had no vehicle to sit in so had to sit on the ground outside. Just wish they had a place to sit outside if you have no vehicle. Other then that my return was taken care of quick.

We asked her so many questions about different newer and older devices and services and she was able to explain and expand on the information we needed. Would give it a 0/5 if I could. My online order auto directed to this store by mistake. When I called to cancel the order the manager (Courtney) convinced me to drive 1.5 hours to this store with a promise to waive my activation fee if I came to this store and started my service with them. I agreed because 1) they had the phone I wanted in stock and 2) they were going to waive my activation fee. I drove the 1.5 hours to this store and upon arrival was brought back to begin the setup process as a new customer. The individual I worked with (Jonathan) began the process but didnt ask for any of the information they needed (i.e. address). He entered my email incorrectly and did not properly port my previous phone number in to my new phone. He gave a random street address during account setup and now I cannot prove my identity when I call and ask for help from AT&T Customer Service because I have no clue what address Jonathan gave! Jonathan kept trying to upsell me on plans that I did not need or want. I asked him to give me the $75 Unlimited plan but later found out that he had signed me up for the $95 Unlimited plan AND signed me up for a $5/month NextUp plan that I did NOT agree to. My activation fee was NOT waived as I was told it would be. The phone that I brought in to trade in was not traded in because the store was closing and Jonathan said that instead of staying late to finish this process of trading in I should take my phone to another AT&T store. I have now gone to 3 different AT&T stores for help following this disastrous visit to the Rolla store and nothing can be resolved due to the issues that occurred while this store was starting my service. The staff seemed nice but seemed far more interested in turning a profit and goofing around. Jonathan was on his phone and Apple Watch nearly the entire time I was there. 100% regret driving to this store and really wish I had just stuck with my previous provider.

Due to my last complaint 2 weeks ago i was just told to leave the store and they can no longer help me in the rolla store. I have had to call aty legel dept
DO NOT go to this location unless you 100% have to. I went here last month for an upgrade and was helped my Omar. Upon my upgrade he told me that the phone I had chosen came with insurance and I would get bill credits to cover it. Few days later I got on ATT chat to confirm all this, was told it was lie. they did fix it... I get my bill a few weeks later and it seems he had also added on a $5 per month option that would pay my phone off faster to upgrade in 24 not 30 months. I did not ask for this. So if you have recently been here and was helped by any of the reps there especially Omar watch your next bill for added on things you did not ask for.

I was not happy how this store is run they told me would be one hr wait and 3 hrs went by and still couldnt get in they told me I was not on the list and to come back the next day I would get in at noon it wasnt till 2 oclock then then messed up account were I could not get my emails i Had to get all new email accounts some of the people that work there dont know what they r doing im still working on my new phone trying to get my other accounts working this is part of my business so om not very Happy with them.
We walked into the store, signed in and were told to wait in our vehicle. After 30 minutes of waiting in our vehicle I went back and asked how much longer we had to wait. The employer said we still had an hour and a half more of wait time which was absurd as we weren’t told of the wait time at the start to begin with. So they asked us to make an appointment, said it would be much faster. So we did at a later date. Although we were literally 15 minutes late to our appointment (which is the amount of grace period the store allows when late) due to very important personal reasons, the manager said he can’t take us in because we were later than 15 minutes and needed to put us on the waiting list one more time - which would be another 45 more minutes of wait time. This store is a total waste of time. The service is abysmal to say the least and absolutely nonexistent for such a small town. AT&T needs to urgently do something about their representatives here because unfortunately it’s the only AT&T store in town!

My wife and I just moved to Rolla, and we have been dealing with ATT for a very long time. I went in this store to upgrade my phone, and A man named Fish helped me out. This is the first time in 10+ years I have had great service. He talked me through all my options and talked about any deals that I qualified for. He was 100% honest and upfront with me. Fish will always be my guy now moving forward with all ATT services. He was 1st class with the whole process.
Horrible store costing me hours of my time and hundreds of dollars. I had a damaged phone and was told to return it to the Rolla Store. Where they seemed very nice but didnt have one so they said because they had to order I had to pay another $68 dollars but that they would return the defected phone. this was 7/2. ON 7/15 We were told by ATT corp. that the Rolla Store did not return the phone. I had to drive back to Rolla and they apologized saying some error and mail it myself. So 7/16 got to the store and got the phone mailed back to them. Well got $50 fee because it was late being returned but was told I would not be charged and they gave me was $20 for my gas. Excuse me this store is 45 miles away and it has costed me 2 trips. Now they want me to drive to the store to talk to the manager to get the $50 removed?!??!Terrible help. I did call the store that day and left a message for the manager to call me. They said she was in a meeting and NO one has called me back.

I came in last week and got a new phone and an employee, Jon Fish, helped me. He was very helpful and provided me with several options in regards to the upgrade I wanted to do. He ended up changing my mind in what I was going to do in regards to getting a new phone. I was very happy that he waited on me. With 9 lines and being a customer since 2002, I can say that I have been in the AT&T store quite a bit. Salesmen tend to change rapidly in a sales job, so Im always seeing new people. I was happy that Jon had waited on me, as he has helped me in the past, and was glad he was still there to help me again. He was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to Jon helping me in the future for my next phone upgrade

Ben at the Rolla Missouri AT&T store was amazing! The details of my visit were a headache due to disorganization on my and but he was so patient and so knowledgeable what would have taken me hours on the phone took him only minutes. Despite my level of frustration, he breezed through it all and Im writing this review on my brand new phone in their parking lot! I wanted to make sure my appreciation was expressed before I left the store! If you are like me and on the ignorant side when it comes to anything technology, give Ben a visit!

Stopped by the AT&T Store on Wednesday. Spoke with Erika about changing our plan and upgrading 2 phones, although very helpful, Erika advised us to make some changes that we wanted made but that she was unable to do to our plan, wait 24 hours, and come back then make the changes we wanted. We drove home 30 miles, called Saturday to make an appointment, Erika didnt answer, we left a message. Erika didnt reply to our message, so we called the store at 9 am and spoke with Karen. Explained that we had talked to Erika, Karen said no problem, come on in. Set an appointment for 10 am with Karen. Drove 30 miles back to the store. Upon arrival at 10, Fish greeted us, we explained the situation, Karen came up and also explained to Fish the situation, and Fish advised us that Karen would be with us and to wait in our trucks for a phone call, even though Fish didnt have a customer. At 10:30 I spoke with a manager, who explained that Karen was still with a customer and that an appointment simply meant that you were moved to the top of the que and said I still needed to wait even though she didnt have a customer either. So, 30 miles to the store, 30 miles home on Wednesday, an appointment on Saturday, 30 miles to the store and 30 miles home. AT&T Rolla, MO has failed to meet the most minimal expectation of a 20+ year customer. Thanks for nothing!

Upgraded two phones on our account of about 14 lines, been a long time customer and they messed up our trade in and refused to make it right. The store manager said that they will not be making any refunds even though they were the ones that messed up. You would think they could take responsibility for their mistakes.
Tyler was our ATT rep a couple months ago we switched our phone service from Verizon to ATT. We purchased two iPhones and he could not have been more helpful. So today when my IPad bit the dust we went back to Tyler. He’s an asset to ATT.

Dont buy accessories for your phone from this store. If you use it and decide you dont like it, despite their return policy they will not refund you if THEY feel like it is too cosmetically damaged. Most stores/companies offer a 30 day money back guarantee but at&t claims that they are not responsible for the items in their store when it comes to quality......EVEN THOUGH THEY SELL IT. Also the employees go out of their way to make sure you dont get that refund, especially if they sold it to you because that means they lose their commission from that purchase. I suggest going to Verizon. They have given A+ customer service every time and I will be looking to switch back.
Its my phone carrier, they are very helpful when there is a problem with my phone, most of all they will take phone bill payments yes!
