I went in here looking for a tablet and was helped by Aaron. Aaron was absolutely awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable about the service, on top of current promotions, and mature beyond his age. I spent more time there than I wanted, but that was in no way his fault. He was extremely patient with me as I had to get some things fixed on my account and stayed well past closing time to be sure I was taken care of. We were able to have a fun conversation while also tending to my business. Aaron set the standard for superior customer service and his manager should be proud. During my time in Missouri while stationed here, I wont go to another store and when I go to a different duty station and have to go to another store, I hope they can provide even half the great experience I received with Aaron. Keep up the good work!

The people are friendly but one associate tells you one thing then if you have to get another associate another day they tell you the opposite. I have a few complaints to long to explain on here. Not very happy with the sprint store. They are making it hard for me to upgrade.

Was lied to about coverage area, went from AT&T with 4 bars and 5G. Now have to go outside my house for 1 bar and maybe 4G. Sim will not work with wifi calling. Returning everything today and canceling. Going back to AT&T. Wifes phone is the new oneplus phone they said was equivalent to the Samsung. Not even true. No back buttons, have to completely start over even time you open a several pages. Worst experience ever.

I wish I could put negative stars. Sprint has been the all time worst experience I have ever had with a company and I could not be happier to have switched to at&t after they put my bank account through the ringer. When I got my account the sales associate that helped me got me on by going over every aspect of my bill which came out to be a bit over $100 a month but when I got my bill it ended up being over $250 a month. And when my contract was up I started canceling lines so I just had one left with no added charges for $60 a month till I canceled it. But after I was ready to cancel it I looked and my bill was over $360 after maybe 1.5 months. I would never in my life recommend sprint or t-mobile to anyone and I would urge them to stay away

Do not go anywhere else. Go there! Get the best deal! And from the most friendliest staff I have ever met. Kristie and Ashley are super cool and are very good at what they do. Ashley was patient and answered every question me and the kids had. All while maintaining a great smile! Dont know why I wasted so many years with AT&T!!!

Be warned, they will say they are doing a “soft credit check” when in fact it’s going to be a hard hit on your credit report. Don’t appreciate associates who lie or are mis informed. I’m glad I walked out and went to Verizon (who didn’t even need a credit check for PRE PAID). Totally different atmosphere and could actually find a plan suitable for my needs. Avoid this location and really avoid sprint.

The people that work here are amazing. They made upgrading a phone a wonderful experience. If you want to go to a store where the people are friendly, fun, and extremely helpful then this is the right store for you. We had Taylor and Mike and they were the best and so knowledgeable.
