Very good selection, and fantastic employees, very helpful.

They got a bunch of empty boxes on the shelves but dont actually have most of what you see in stock. Its all fluff. Bunch of over priced action figures also. Seemed alot cooler when I was young. I guess now they just market to grandmas who dont know whats up and are willing to overpay to get their grandchildren something for Christmas. Its not really a good place for someone who has an idea of what they want. Save the trip and order online.

Brian refused to help me in any way, shape, or form. He was rude and disrespectful, told me there was no way for me to get a full refund and bought my game back from me for 4 dollars. Game is worth closer to 80 since it was a day one version of the game. I WANT MY FULL REFUND

Brian is, and has always been, awesome! Knowledgable, friendly, and alwayd helpful. Let the man run the store! Hes been a staple of this Gamestop for nearly a decade. Dont lose the last shreds of an awesome staff that served many a college and local customer.

A pretty decent selection. I like mostly retro games, so the employees dont always know the answers to my questions. But hands down, its a decent place to shop for games in the Rolla area. Plus they have a great rewards program && will order anything for you! The clearance section is a must to visit!

The staff members here are friendly and fun to talk to. Theyre very knowledgeable about the gaming industry, and wont hesitate to find an answer if you ask something theyre not sure about.Theyll help you find what youre looking for without trying to push you into buying something. Plus, Ive never had an issue returning something I didnt like or getting credit for a missed deal.This is a great place to just browse around, get information about your favorite games, and see whats out there.

The staff I usually encounter during my visits here are insightful, friendly, and helpful. Im a hermit of sorts but theyre inviting to the point that I dont want to leave. Prices are good and bad on new items. You can most likely find a great deal on some used games and accessories though.

Super chill place. Nice employees. Id come in here and hang out, if I had the option to, considering I dont have much of a life. Now, Ive never had friends, but Id imagine that the conversations I have with the employees are pretty close to what a conversation with a friend would be like. Please give everyone raises. They do such a good job. They need tendies too.

Ive been going to this Gamestop for years and years and we love it. Their staff is always so helpful and friendly, they really go above and beyond to inform customers and help them make the best purchasing decision for them even during the hectic holiday season. You can tell they are very interested and informed. I wont buy games anywhere else unless theyre on serious sale.

Busy and crowded. Really hard to get around and to get help. I was buying a game for my grandson and I know nothing about this stuff. I needed help and it was very hard to find help and very hard to get to the desk. The store was packed with people, the desk was in the back of the store, the employees did not seem to want to leave the desk, they pointed to a spot and guided me from their position, as they yelled at me. Not impressed. I will just order online from Amazon. I support local business, just not this one! 😥 Sorry guys, I gave them three separate chances ...all three they failed!

I really like this Gamestop. Has a huge selection of games. I find deals all the time! Im currently adding to my PS3 collection and they have so many titles that are very affordable

Great customer service on almost ever aspect. Sometimes their product knowledge is lacking but they will always try and help. The only reason I took a few points off for quality is because their own brand is not as good as Microsoft products.

We stop in to browse the clearance section, Funko Pops and FNAF stuff.I found a great deal on a FNAF motion activated Freddy that does the jump scare and eyes turn red, I had to get for my son and He loves it!

We have a great GameStop overall. Their knowledge is outstanding. Only drawback is checking out. Such a tedious process, and the whole register area is a message.

I went to sell a system they were selling for 58 dollars and the were gonna give me 10 for it and my friend bought a ds from THAT STORE and they would not take it back because it did not have the pin number. I would not go back ever

I am disabled with back issues and have to walk with a cane and I went to get a Nintendo switch for my kids and waited outside in line. I was told there were only 3 for sale if you didnt pre-order one. When the people with pre-orders were called in at 10:30 pm I was number 3 so I knew I was going to get one so I stayed in line. They finally let the none pre-orders in at around 11:15 and there were some people that were ahead of me and the other 2 customers that where already in the store before we walked in. They came in with the pre-orders and where not in line with us. When the pre-orders got done getting there consoles at midnight the rest of us started move to the registers. I finally got to the front and was told they were out. I and some of the other people in line then told the employees that I was the 3rd person in line and one of the employees said that the guy that got one who was not in line for the none pre-orders was there since 11:00. At which point I told the employee do you think if I was not 100% sure that I was one of the 3 that I would have put my disabled self through the pain of waiting hours the other guys behind me thought it was wrong and messed up. I do wounder if the guy that was already in the store when we walked in was an employee or a friend of a employee and thats why he got to go in with the pre-orders if so I find that even more messed up. I have called the home office and told them what happened so that they might have a chance to fix it some how. We will have to wait and see what they do or find out if even care about there disabled customers or see if they just try and blow me off.

Only place where I can get my games, sad thing is the store is sooo small that it doesnt have much room for more games. I still play Gameboy games and normal DS games, but with all these new systems coming out they have very limited space for them.

Got there at 8:45pm on 11/22, they close at 9. Employee inside saw me pull up, dropped the security cages, and turned off the open sign. Not very inviting, turned around and went somewhere else.
