This is the best thrift store I have been. I probably got a new wardrobe from here lol. Amazing pieces and everything for $4 most of the time. Very clean and well organized with amazing staff. Highly recommend this place.

The selection of adult Halloween costumes is slim. This store is very clean and has a lot of nice clothes and things to look through.

They have really changed! Very nice aisles, everything separated well. The clothes are all in sections of colors and size. The staff was very nice.

I used to love this store but it does not have a lot of stuff that it used to and the price is just like going to Walmart I mean its used stuff

I’ve never had the pleasure of shopping at this location, but my boyfriend and I frequently drop donations off, and the workers who step out to collect are so incredibly polite and hard working. The staff inside is also very polite and happy to answer questions.

PROS:The new location is much cleaner and well organized.Prices are clearly marked.Some of the employees are very helpful and friendly.CONS:Everything is now WAY overpriced - especially considering items for sale are donated. I have visited both the Rolla location and the St. Robert location on the same day and was amazed at the disparity in pricing across the board. On average prices on similar items were 2 - 3 times more expensive at the Rolla location, despite managements claims otherwise. Dont take my word for it - compare for yourself.Most clothing racks were way overstocked, (I assume due to being WAY overpriced), making it difficult to shop. I would suggest limiting the amount of product on the sales floor and rotating if need be.Some of the employees are quite rude regarding the wearing of masks even there is no mandate, local or federal. Additionally, even though many customers cannot have any type of airway restriction, employees have been observed to be very rude and insistent. If the store or corporation is that overly concerned about protecting employees, they should educate them not to touch their face and mask, as well as mandatory use of sanitizer after and before each customer interaction. Also, there is now no sanitizing of the shopping carts.The exaggerated pricing of brand name and luxury items to near retail pricing removes much of the fun of shopping at Goodwill.Overview: Store seems to be losing popularity due to this long list of cons. Most customers dont want to hear excuses or denial from management, just make changes.

A good selection, clean store, Im a habitual goodwill shopper and this stores prices were a little higher than most.

Prices are way to high for it being a non profit 2nd hand store. Rolla salvation army has better prices aswell as better staff.

I always love coming to this Goodwill! Friendly staff and a wide selection all the time, especially now that theyve finished moving to the new location (same area just a bigger building). Was in the store. I don’t wear a mask. I have a hard time breathing. I don’t mind wearing a mask if I’m asked nicely. They told me I had to wear a mask. Which is fine. But they don’t supply them. I don’t have a mask. They kicked me out of their store. If there’s going to be a mask mandate then stores need to supply masks.

Id give them 0 stars if possible. Most unhappy with their pricing and labeling policies. Considering everything is donated you should never pay more than $20 for clothing or shoes period. Will not be back.

Useful items, prices are quite steep for used items

It was pretty organized but the prices were high. I should not have to pay over $10 for a piece of wall art that was donated, but I also know that prices are determined by corporate, not staff. The staff themselves were really nice and the front line went through quickly, so that was a plus!

No hard feelings at all, but I was a bit rebuffed by the mask mandate in your store. I saw your employees touching their masks with their fingers, and then touching items that were being purchased. It would be much safer and healthier and stop covid-19 better, if they would quit wearing the masks and keep their hands clean. Theyre spreading the germs from the masks, to their fingers, to the store items, and then to others. We wound up spending much more time, and money, over at the other local thrift shops, including the Salvation army, which didnt require the mask, and seemed to be a whole lot healthier environment. Please consider this, thank you!

This Goodwill has quality clothing and shoes. Great for anyone who needs to look nice at a decent price. Im very pleased as there arent many thrift stores with Small sized clothes around here that look nice for a younger person. Definitely would recommend!

Love being discriminated against EVEN though showing proof of a physician statement stating due to congestive heart failure I can not have any obstructing my breathing!!!My health is my concern and if masks work then everyone would be protected then right?!?! So if people are protected then what is the issue?!? Walmart, Lowes, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, etc can encourage but cannot physically enforce and with statements on their stores saying unless having an underlying condition which prevents a mask! I feel discriminated against.

Prices are not listed and when you ask employees they treat you like you should know already. The store was clean though.

I am rather confused why the clothing and shoes cost so much and they never have bags but they seem to have reusable u can buy ... how ironicWhen they get the merchandise donated by the community. Also customer service was not even remotely friendly and too top it off they have no dressing rooms . I have been to other resale shops since covid 19 has unfortunately started and they have dressing rooms .

I can accept that we are required to wear a mask into a private business as thats their choice, but the tone and approach from the employees at this store is particularly oppressive and rude. They eagle eye you while youre in the store waiting for the mask to ever-so-slightly drop under your nose and they send the mask gestapo to your aisle with their abrupt commands to get the mask over your nose. Yet, Ive looked back in their sorting area and have witnessed employees with masks below the nose. Funny how that works. I go to several Goodwills in the area and this location is by far the most strict, and the least friendly. I think some of the employees actually get enjoyment from the strict enforcement of their mask mandates. Hopefully MERS will put an end to this madness soon. On top of all this, especially since moving to the new store, the overpricing has gone to outrageous levels. I dont go to this location near as much as I used to, and when I do, I dont buy near as much as I did before.

Face masks required. Its a virus. Masks do nothing. In fact jumping down the street in a garbage back saying coocoo for coco puffs is not only just as silly as wearing a mask its even more effective at preventing the apread of viruses.

Ive called for 2 days straight, trying to get information on making a sizable donation, but no one answers, it just rings on end. Guess Ill donate elsewhere.

Temporarily a little low on stock,as they prepare to move into a larger location, but making up for it with HUGE discounts! And, as usual, friendly and helpful.I keep forgetting to bring bags for my purchases...

Politely informed them i have a medical condition that prevents use of face mask. I can wear a sheild they refused service and asked me to leave. I will be repoting to us attorney general for violating my rights under federal law

Used to go there, never could find anything. Now I’m not allowed in, I wear a face shied, that is considered better than a simple mask.can’t wear a mask have a good medical reason.the woman was rude,& down right snotty.not only with me but also with my son

New store is large and beautiful.

No a/c on to combat the heat and the mask wearing. We want to wear masks and shop. You need to have the a/c on.

Very friendly staff, masks are required to enter, and I found a great suit jacket for a whopping $2.25!

Had a face covering on as policy states yet was told it didnt meet there standards . not sure why the cloth on my face was not as good as the cloth on the employees face . will not be back .

They require anybody that visit to wear a face mask, to protect everyone, cause of the COVID-19. Other than that, everything is good & cheap.

This place is insane. Do not do community service or shop here. There are better options in Cuba and Steelville and Bourbon, you can get a bag - whatever you can fit in it for 2 dollars. Community service here, is slave labor. I rather design an image, market it, and tell the non profit how long it took to make it. Instead of having them treat me like Im an actual paid employee. Yes America, slavery does still exist....

Very well organized, clean, and friendly staff. I got there 30 minutes until close and they werent rushing or irritated that it was 30 minutes until close. Huge selection! And I love the updates done to the inside.

Love this store! Always cute clothes in a variety of styles and sizes. If it were a little more organized, Id say it was perfect. I find really nice dresses here for $5 all the time.

Goodwill is a good place. But their prices thats what you can go buy at a different store brand new for what they sell it for. They need to come down on their prices. Things are donated to them. Should be more reasonable for us people that dont have a lot of money. And they will not work with you on the prices

Its a bit hard to navigate a few areas of the store with a cart and baby, but they usually have a good selection of clothing for all ages and even maternity. There is a small rack of books, and some movies, housewares, bedding, and other stuff. The prices are usually decent.

Not only are masks required, but they only allow fabric masks.

Its nice as far as Good Will goes. I picked up a few books from here which I enjoyed. You are certain to find a gem every once in a while at places like this.

I love shopping at the Rolla goodwill store. Your staff are friendly from the time you enter and when you check out. I was at your store 10/18/17 shopping for grandaughters Halloween costume, one of your male employees was pounding on the restroom door and asked if the person was still alive in there & if so get your ass out of there. I found this very inappropriate in a public area. Seem that was the last thing to do before end of his shift. I still will shop at this store but employees like that do not belong there with a potty mouth

If youre into new prices slapped onto used, donated items then this place is for you. If youre looking for a bargain then I highly suggest you stay away. Most of the staff is unfriendly but that could be because theyre only there as part of their community service.

Not lavish by any means but there can be some good stuff here at the right time. Prices are pretty low so good for college students.

Good selection. Nice people. Prices are good on most things expect furniture and then they want way to much.

Some prices are a bit ludicrous but like any thrifty store its all about the neat finds. The shelves are almost always abundantly full. Thats kind of a factor considering just how many of these Ive been too.

Well organized. They are always putting out new stuff and cull the shelfs once a week. Very friendly staff. A little more crowded on the weekend, but not awful, except pre holidays.

Good place to find stuff. They need a little more help getting people checked out.

Nice remodel and very organized.

There is this one lady, who has dark skin, pink and blue hair, was very rude to us when we went there. And we are not the only ones. There was someone in front of us that had the same experience as we did. If you are going there, the customer service was awful.

2018: Good deals usually2021 update: Please fix your POS terminals asap. Being able to take only chipped cards or cash isnt a good alternative.
