This was our first time shopping here. We were lookin for outfits for my granddaughter and we found several that she was VERY pleased with. The staff is very polite and professional and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our whole shopping experience and will definitely be back to shop some more!! OH, and they have a Rewards Program too!!!

I somehow found revived on Facebook and started doing the live sales. I have a large family. Lots of kids and I usually never pay full price for clothing. So it’s great that I can buy name brand designer clothes for all of my kids and my family for a great price. Anytime I have ever had the slightest question or hiccup with my order, it was resolved immediately. Since I have found revived I get a delivery every week! One shipping price for the WHOLE week!! I only wished I lived closer so I could physically go in to shop as well! We have gotten so many amazing pieces from REVIVED that I wouldn’t have been able to afford full priced! 💕 They also have much more than clothing! Shoes, Purses, accessories, makeup, household, etc.

I will not be returning to Revived Clothing Exchange. I called to get information about their consignment and how it works. I was given very vague information come to find out after the fact. They said you can bring your clothes and we will let you know what we can use in our store and pay you outright for them. The rest you can take back. That is all I was told. Sounded good to me, so I made a 45 minute drive up there because there are not any consignment shops near me. I walked in to ask if I can just drop off my clothes in the front area. The lady said yes and they will go through them and get back with me within two hours. So I bring my clothes in and then they tell me they cant accept them unless they are in boxes and limited to two boxes. So then I have to go find boxes somewhere. This was on a Friday afternoon and I did not have time to wait around 2 hours. They told me I have up to 48 hours to pick up the clothes before they are donated. So I planned to come back on Monday to see what theyd take and pick up the rest to donate somewhere. NOTHING! They didnt take anything from two boxes. I didnt expect them to take everything, but there were some nice clothes in there! The lady said it could be because the clothes are out of date or not name brand. Good grief! If I had known all of this when I called and inquired the first time, I wouldnt have wasted my time! This information should have been given to me from the start! I specifically called and asked how their consignment process works and was given very little information. Do not recommend shopping or selling here.

I use to love this store! Today I was very disappointed with the customer service! I listen while employees made small talk and chatted with other guest but when it came my turn check out no exchange of words, no smile… NOTHING! Same with exiting the store, I listen to both customers in front of me get a “by have a nice day”. I walk out the door and silence from everyone there. It’s disappointing to say the least. I know employees get busy but to not even thank me after spending my money at your establishment is kind of harsh.

Love revived. The ladies are so helpful. They do a great job with the live videos and explanations of what the item is. Always quick toAnswer any question. Have loved every itemI have purchased.

LOVE this place! The prices are amazing, and the staff is always so friendly. Anytime I send a message to the store, I get a response VERY quickly. I love watching the live videos. It makes shopping so much easier to have someone show and describe an item!

I do not recommend ever ever coming here! What a complete waste of time. I dropped off 2 bin full of clothes and shoes off on a Saturday morning. I was told to come back in 2 hours. We do not live in the area so we decided to wait around for 2 hours instead of going all the way back home. We returned back to the store in 2 hours only to be told that they haven’t even started the process and that it’ll be another 2 hour wait. At that time my husband and I decided to go back home and pick up the clothing on the following business day. When we got home I received a text saying the process was complete. I called the store to find out what they decided to keep and what they didn’t decide to keep. I was told NOTHING!! Are you freaking serious! There is no way that nothing was kept. I had 50 percent of new clothes with tags still attached in the bin and nice stuff. Forever 21, Charlotte Russe etc! Do your self a favor and stay far away from this place! I wish I did. I was only looking to rid my closet before this military move. I guess I’ll donate to Goodwill! Because this place is horrible!!* Follow up*12:09 please stop responding with these professional responses then completely change up when you’re actually conversing on the phone. Then to say I belittled you on the phone is insane! That’s not even my personality. But of course anything to make me look bad and to make you and your business look good :)I’m telling the truth and you Sir are not! Oh and of course you would say that employees were there..to witness what exactly? It was a phone conversation between you and I and if someone says anything different I wouldn’t be surprised. I am new to revived but I have watchers couple of there live shows. The clothes look really nice and look as though all are name brand. I looking forward to watching more live shows. Next time I am in Rolla I will be sure to stop by.

The staff is very rude and barely even speaks when a customer comes in. I will not step foot into this establishment again. I was torn as to leave a review or not but I figured why not. Notice how for every negative review this place gets it’s followed up by 5/6 positive reviews. Something is definitely fishy. Customer service goes a long way and it’s not hard to treat customers right, maybe then you wouldn’t have to fake reviews. I won’t be back.

I personally have never been into Revived but I am big Facebook live shopper. Their lives are soooo much fun and getting to know women all over on that format is fabulous. Kelsi, Kori, Mattie and the rest of the Revived crew are amazing people!! Their clothes and shoes are very affordable and you get a variety from different brands without having to go to all different places. Thank you Revived!! 🤗💗

Attention All!This is Georgiapeach 706 I just left a review. Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to do another review on my account so I had to use my husband’s account. In response to the owner’s comment under my original post. My timeframe is completely accurate. I have nothing to gain or lose from leaving a bad review or fabricating about this place of business. After reading the comment I called the store and ask to speak to the owner. The owner (male) got on the phone. I was very professional and I explained to him who I was and that I was calling to speak to him about him saying my timeframe was inaccurate. The gentleman then gets unprofessional with me and tells me that my times are a little exaggerated and that my review was an attempt to try to hurt their small business. He then says I could have just sent them a message instead of writing a review. Then he says take down the bad review and we can talk then hangs up on me. I will not take down the review because it’s the absolute TRUTH. I would like to know what kind of business I’m dealing with as a consumer so it’s only right that it stays up to warn people. My clothes are not goodwill worthy but being that I am moving I have no other choice but to donate. As stated before. Stay away from this business. It’s obvious they thrive off positive reviews and get angry off the so called bad ones. I can’t speak for buying here but as far as selling to them. Go elsewhere. Please don’t bother responding to my post. You had me on the phone and you were completely rude to me then you hung up on me!! So nothing you can say will make it better in my opinion!

This place is so addictive!! They do live sales every single day with GREAT prices. Easily spend a chunk of money before even realizing it so, I guess, also kinda dangerous for the wallet. 🤣🤣 The people who work there are really helpful and kind and I’d highly recommend checking out this store.

I love this store!!!! Supporting small business is important to our family. Tate and Kelsi and their crew could not be more friendly or inviting. Their business is really growing which is evident with their wide selection of items. Revived has so many options to shop whether it be in store, online, or live sales. They are very reasonable on their offers for clothing using the pay out option or store credit. I would recommend to everyone to visit their store or take part in a live sale! You won’t regret it!

I just recently discovered Revived. I drive past it ALL the time, but I HATE shopping so I had never went in. A friend told me about the live Facebook sales and that’s been a game changer 😂I’ve bought a few kids clothes, a couple COACH bags, and a few other items and all have been a GREAT condition for being used!I recently dropped off 4 totes (2 at a time of course) to sell after cleaning out my closet. I feel like I was offered a fair amount of money for the items they took. There were a few pieces I was kind of shocked they didn’t as they were new w/o tags and just bought recently, but I definitely wasn’t upset to hang them back in my closet!They give the option to donate the things they don’t buy, and quickly got back to me when they were finished going though my totes. I will definitely be bringing more things in, and shooing the live sales!I walked around the store today because there were a few people in line when I got there to pick up my live sale items. I was bummed I forgot my wallet because I’d found a few more items I wanted to buy! 😂 I’ll definitely be back in to shop the store soon!

Revived is an amazing store to have in Rolla. I love having a place to take like new clothing that my children outgrew or I’ve bought too many clothes! This place gives great credit and donates the clothes to a local place if they didn’t accept some. They take so much time in choosing the best pieces for customers and spend so much time doing live videos to make our shopping experience easier and enjoyable. Kelsi and her family are amazing and have built an amazing business!! They help many of us continue our shopping addiction at an affordable price so our husbands don’t yell at us as much when we bring those pink bags in the house! Not to mention they know your name when you walk in the building, that just shows how much they care about their customers. Thank you for a great business!!!!!!!

Live sales on FB so you dont have to risk exposure during this trying time, and they have recently started adding in boutique items!! I purchased a new boutique shirt recently, and it has easily become one of my favorites in my closet.They also purchase your gently used clothes, and give you an estimate same day- you can drop off clothes and they have a text service to pet you know when they are done. Perfect if you are coming from out of town and need to do errands!

We buy (and sell) almost all of our clothes from Revived. It is such a wonderful gem in Rolla! This family-run business is a joy to work with--their customer service is top notch, and their clothes are so affordable and trendy. We love them, and I cannot recommend them enough!

I live out of state, but I LOVE buying (and selling) at Revived! Their mail in program is super convenient since I am not local to Revived. Kelsi and her team are amazing and they always have current pieces and great prices!

I really love this store! It’s a very clean Christian store I have been shopping at revived since they opened! They are friendly but sometimes I feel judged. Like I brought in some under armor that were just washed and some other items and they didn’t take anything! I even told them what the money was needed for. On top of that I’ve been blocked from the fb live groups and don’t know why! I’ve always paid on time but either way I still give them 5 stars

I’ve been shopping at Revived over the last few years. They have grown tremendously and always provided excellent quality products at an affordable price. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere whenever I stop in and love watching all the live sales on Facebook.

Love this whole bunch they work together very well. I love the Fb live they make it so much fun. Kelsi and all of them are so sweet. I would say that the only thing is that I do tend to spend a little too much money here... Would love to visit the store one day. I tell everyone about this place. lol

The staff is not very friendly, however I usually got decent offers for my clothes. I preferred selling my clothes to them rather than doing creepy Facebook trading, but their unprofessionalism is not worth it anymore. When I’ve gone in by myself I was not usually greeted, but when I’ve gone in with my white husband *we were* greeted. (there was a younger girl that worked there that was really nice and she used to greet me but it’s been a while since I’ve seen her) I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first few times, and after a while I started sending my husband. Today I went in for the first time in a while and again I was not greeted. I do not feel comfortable going into their store anymore, I felt very unwelcome today as well as the other times I’ve gone in alone.

A great local owned business that takes care of its customers. They have a very good selection to choose from and they are very fair on pricing. Definitely worth checking out!

I have found some of my favorite items at this store! The best part is the online VIP group - its so much more fun when youre shopping with a community, looking for just the right item. They even provide fashion tips and outfit ideas. They are the friendliest, sweetest crew and always help you find what youre looking for.

Revived has an amazing selection at incredible prices. The store is well organized, clean, and has multiple dressing rooms to try on clothes. Their social media presence and online sales are also great if you cant make it into the store.

I took literally my entire closet clean out here and they were clothes I’ve had since high school and they took most of them and the ones they didn’t take they were very polite about and I loved that! You could choose cash or store credit and the difference was literally only like $10 if you chose cash! Very nice place to shop and the girls are helpful and very sweet!

Greatly disappointed! Brought in nothing but designer fashion, Abocrobie, Aeropostale’s, Bebe etc. Lots of women’s shorts and boys designers like Vans, Reef, And Hurley. But when I went back to see what they wanted most of my things weren’t selected. I asked for credit and I was given almost $30 but they were unable to tell me what they selected for that price. I wanted to get some shorts, but they had hardly any

The owners are always super helpful! One time a shirt I had ordered got lost in the bagging, which I could imagine with how much amazing items they sell. They were so eager to help, gave me store credit in place of the shirt and when it was found I was not charged and kept the credit. They will do their best to always please their customers and they do a great job of doing so!

I absolutely love shopping here! There is such a big variety on clothes and I love the new baby section! Prices are very affordable & the workers are VERY NICE! They also go live on Facebook a lot to sell & I love that because I can’t always stop in to shop! 😊😊

We had passed the shop a couple of times while returning to our hotel. We finally went on Black Friday and they had a great sale. The only drawback was that the mens section was very small. I did manage to find a couple things. Would not mind visiting again when in Rolla, MO.

I love love this store and so does my teenager. They have amazing clothes, great deals and they are the nicest group of people. Customer service is excellent. I am a shopper, a very picky shopper!! Quality is what I look for, and I always shopped at the boutiques and the big name stores. Then I found Revived! They sell quality clothing at only a fraction of the cost I would normally pay. The clothing may be used, but you cannot tell (a lot of times, the clothing will be new with tags). The owners and their employees are very honest, they care, and they are very fun to watch. Yes, they do live videos so that I can shop right at home. I recommend you like them on Facebook and become a member!

They are so understanding of thr days we go in and my toddlers are a bit loud or excited despite my attempts to calm them. Revived will always have my business.

I love shopping from their online posts and live shows! The ladies (and Tate) are wonderful and eager to accommodate. The ONLY negative I have to say is that my closet is just not big enough to hold all the great buys I get from Revived!! LOL!I am sure it is a huge task organizing all the sales from their shows and feeds, but they make it seem so easy! Only once did I have an issue, and it was not even their fault (100% PayPal error)...but they jumped to assist and were SO kind and understanding while I straightened it out.This is a super family-owned and operated store and I would recommend them for all your needs from infant to 3x (men and women)!! Love Revived! I buy clothes for my 7 year old, my 2 year old, my husband and myself and can easily stay in our budget while shopping. Love the live sales and “shop the post” they have on facebook! I have also taken clothes we have outgrown and love the option to reciece store credit or cash for my clothes. I am always excited to shop at Revived and the employees are always welcoming and friendly!

Store credit for clothing, weekly live sales, daily shop the posts on fb and in store special events. Plus the family who owns this are so incredibly nice and caring! Happy to spend my dollars here.

I like the selection as it is clean and organized by size. I wish there was a larger selection, but the store seems to be growing every time I go in. It has become a quick stop to see what is in stock.

This is by far the best clothing resale shop Ive purchased from. I live in Kentucky now but love to shop the live internet sales and go to the store when Im in town. Terrific quality pieces at truly reasonable prices!

Would not recommend shopping on their online website. Or maybe just keep in mind that they keep all items that are on their website in store as well. I purchased a dress from them that I planned to wear the next week on my first day of work at a new job and when (my mom) called to make sure my order was ready to pick up they informed her that they had already sold it even though we had purchased it and had the receipt. They did refund me and put $10 store credit in my account but that doesn’t exactly fix the fact that I now have to quickly find another dress that meets my employers criteria in a very short period. I won’t be shopping here again.

The staff isnt very friendly & give you very little for perfect condition name brand clothing. I attempted to sell a pair of nike basketball shorts that the size tag was starting to wear & was told they only accept perfect condition clothing which it wouldnt be an issue IF I didnt find a pair of clearly worn under armor joggers thar had size tag cut out. I DO NOT recommend this store at all.

I walked in there with my girlfriend to sell some of her clothes.the lady that helped us was very rude and when I went back in to pick up her clothes or accept the offer, I only received an okay after declining said offer.she didn’t help me get the clothes or anything. And when I left nobody said have a nice day. Seems rather unprofessional in my opinion.

Being a resale store is hard work I’m sure, but Revived makes it as fair as possible! I love watching their Live Sales on Thursday evenings, and I love browsing through their new website! I live 2 hours away, so I’ve only been in the store a handful of times while passing through Rolla, but shipping has always been hassle free, and I’ve even gotten some complementary store credits before in my packages (which I always a nice surprise!) keep up the great work guys, and you’ll always have a customer in me!

Went in friday around 5:30pm. There were 4 or 5 people working there and I didnt notice any other customers, but could have been 1. I inquired about shorts. they said they dont think so, but they pointed over to the rack and said if they did they would be over there. Better service would be to say something like ...but lets go look and then take me over there. not only did they not have any of those, but there were no pants my size...im not that irregular. didnt get a goodbye thanks for coming in either when i left. sure seemed like they didnt want me there.
