Went in on 5/16 to by a screen protector for my iPhone 11 and have the employee put it on. The employee went to grab the protector from the wall and then took my phone to put the protector on. He had us pay before pulling out the protector to put on the phone just to see that it was a protector for a different phone but proceeded to put it on anyways. It was clearly not even for my type of iPhone and he stated that it was too small but we only paid $5 and should go get one somewhere else (because I stated to my partner that I had bought my last one from 5 Below) that would fit my phone. Never offered to go see if they had the CORRECT protector or even refund us for what we had already paid for. He just kept saying it was too small and that we only paid $5... I would go return it but he kept the box and didn’t give any kind of receipt. It was so frustrating that we just left because we could tell this guy wasn’t going to help us out any further.
This used to be a great store to go to but has gone down hill quickly!

I got great service at this store. I could not get the keyboard to work properly and had been told in the past to call tech support. Nick fixed it right and quick. So glad he took the time to look at it. 😊It is that kind of customer service that I appreciate since I am not tech savvy!

This store truly has some amazing workers I was greeted immediately walking through the door and the weight was very short. I was assisted by the store manager Jazmin and she help me with a billing question. She walked me through the whole process and the simplest form she could. This is why I will always be a faithful customer to AT&T

If you like bait and switch deals - this is the store for you. I was told one thing in-store by a customer rep and manager, told to finish the details by calling AT&T, but after four hours with representatives at AT&T, was told the rep and manager in-store did not give me accurate information and the agreement I was quoted in-store would not be validated. An absolutely terrible experience.
Super rude associate. My wife and I went in to get her a new phone and the guy that helped us was so annoyed that he had to help us. He clearly had better things to do then work with us which he made perfectly clear. Was very disappointed with how rudely we were treated, will not be going back to this store.

Jazmin was great! I came in with a billing question on a time crunch, with only twenty minutes before having to get back to work. She was diligent at solving my billing problem and thanks to her I also walked out with a better rate.
Came in to upgrade my phone. Specifically told nikolas I don’t want protection and he added it anyway. They shouldn’t add things without consent.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nik who helped me back up my old phone and get a new one. Due to my own lack of knowledge this took me quite a few hours and Nik was so patient and friendly throughout the process. He got me a great deal on accessories and answered my endless amount of questions. Him and the entire staff made my time there great. Would highly recommend this store!
Wasnt very crowded, but took nearly an hour to be helped. Once someone came over though the process went fairly quickly

Went in to get a phone I purchased online through att next, I waited an hour to be helped(which is acceptable it was busy) when the store manager came in with another associate, I thought finally someone is available to help me. But the manager informed me one of the other guys was almost done and would be along shortly to help me. He continued to do nothing for 25 minutes while I waited. Finally he decided to help me and had no clue when he was doing. How do you become a manager but dont know how to activate a phone properly? I spent about 2 hours in there when I couldve just activated my phone by myself.
I have been to several AT&T stores and this one on Weber Rd in Romeoville, IL is by far the best. My go to guy here is Darnell but all the staff here are awesome, even the managers. FYI AT&T Corp they all need promotions.

Rude staff set the bar extremely low for this particular AT&T site . When at other facilities the customer service experience is always great, will never go there again and dont recommend if your use to great service.
As usual too few workers with too little knowledge with too many people waiting.

I went in to upgrade/renew my agreement with AT&T at this location. Purchased the iPhone 5s. As we proceeded through the upgrade the gentlemen I was working with offered AT&Ts insurance. I informed him that I was not interested and declined the insurance package. Unfortunately, I failed to realize that the insurance I declined was in fact added and we were billed monthly for it for a year. My father receives the bill therefore I never had the opportunity to review it until recently. This is majority my fault for not realizing this sooner, however, I did not expect to be taking advantage of by the sales representative at this location. Please review everything before completing any transactions if you go to this location!! They may try to take advantage of you like they did myself.

I tried to call the store, but got sucked into at&t 611 hell. It was 20 minutes before I got an actual person, not even at the store but at a noisy call center. He said he couldnt ecen forward me to my local store. GO Phone Service is the Worst!
