John was able to problem solve my daughters Ipad issue really quick. I thought it was a charging port as it would not charge and he replaced it, then it did not work, he replaced it again with another one. Still nothing. He was then able to explain to me what the options were and where the issue came from. This was all done within the hour i was waiting. Unfortunately was not worth fixing, but he was really helpful. So long story short, 2 years ago I bought my apple iPhone XR on eBay because I couldn’t afford to get a brand new one so I went the refurbished route.. I had gotten the screen fixed probably 4 times prior at another company.. i woke up one morning and my phone stopped responding to charge.. some how I managed to enternally mess my phone up SO bad.. he spent HOURS trying to fix it, I ended up letting him just keep it over night just PRAYING for a miracle. )I’m a single mom, buying a new phone is simple for most but not all ) I almost had to crack and buy a brand new one and I was so bummed I’d be loosing everything on my iPhone.. I started crying at the store and TONY the technician didn’t give up. I lost faith but he didn’t and he managed to basically replace all the enternal parts that had water damage and fixed it for me! He was so kind and patient. I highly recommend this place! They take such pride in being able to make the impossible happen! I went to replace broken screen for Note 10. $450 for front and back.After replacement, I noticed a black spot on the front screen and debris in one of the cameras. The owners replaced the second time without a problem but lots of arguments. The second screen made a clicking sound and was moving on the finger print area. When I went back to adress the issue the owner said that he understands people like me who have OCPD and want everything to be perfect. He doesnt advise that he replaces with another screen because he doesnt know what might be wrong with the other screen since they are all refurbished. I was never told he uses refurbished screens. He put my screen back and refunded the money.After couple of days when I wanted to use the pen I saw that it didnt belong to my phone. Mine is black like new, the one is blue very used.I dont know if they replaced it by accident or not but I dont want to go back to be offended again and have lots of intimidating arguments because of their own mistake be thrown at me.I replaced 2 other screens for other phones at this shop and was happy and trusted them. That is why I didnt check what others charge.But later I found out that Certified samsung repair shop charges the same amount of money for original parts.

I went in completely last minute almost before closing and he provided spectacular customer service and even took me in. They were so friendly and professional. This phone had a failed power switch (switch on right side). Could not power up, and could charge. Analysis was correct but the mechanical switch to be replaced required very precise micro soldering. The owner of this store (John) has this very steady hand skill. While I waited (I intended to leave the phone over night), 15 minutes later, the phone was completely functional! He also repaired and replaced a part in the charging circuit of another phone I water damaged 1.5 years ago. Again, repaired and completely functional. It is important to note for these old phones, I had a third doner phone with the parts needed. And now I have 2 Samsung Galaxy S4s fully functional!If you arrive when the place is empty, be prepared to have a great conversation and learn something. His prices are fair and his work excellent. On his web page, he says it is cheaper to repair than replace. So very true. We all know our use once and through away society must end. John has euthusiasum and talent. What more do you need? He is my phone guy.

I went in with a broken charger port on an iPad Air 2. They were very helpful and clear about what the problem was, and how they could fix it. The repair took an hour and was an amazing price for how quick it got done. They also replaced the screen protector. Although the drive was far but it was definitely worth making. JOHN IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! He saved my entire day! To call them amazing would be an understatement! I had cracked my phone screen and had originally taken it to a different store. That store had a rude attitude and said they couldnt fix my phone because I didnt want them to fix the back camera due to the fact that it would cost too much. They said they could only fix it if they fixed everything and it would cost like 500 dollars. The stores employees werent even wearing mask! I felt very uncomfortable. My parents recommended me I came in, so I called and they told me a price. Of course my parents assured me that if I wasn’t sure if the price would be right, then I didn’t have to get it fixed. The two working were both super friendly and nice, a guy and girl, and the guy asked me a couple questions to get a better idea of why my home button wasn’t working. We stopped in today to get a phone fixed and We cant remember the gentleman that helped us but he was really nice and interactive. Then another guy shows up in a black BMW wagon and gets out of the car and with a big smile and smoothly walks in a greets us. What a comfortable feeling. These guys ended up joking with us and we had a great time while waiting. The tech paid such attention to detail to the point where there was an extra screw that he couldnt seem to locate the position of where it went.He took apart the phone and reassembled it to realize it was a screw on the assembly that was covered up. Most people these days would have probably just tucked the screw away although he was precise to find its home.If you ever need electronics fixed give these guys a chance.
