Went 2 months ago to cancel being charged for 2 tablets from year ago. Told next bill would show $20 less on bill. 2 months later they were still charging me. Went today and tried to get Bill straightened out. Still have to wait for next bill to see reduction. This is subcontractor for Verizon. Anytime you need to get things done, go to a true Verizon store! Would use this store again, but would ask more questions about making sure problem is handled right first time.

I had a fantastic experience. I went on super bowl sunday and not surprisingly, there was not much staff on hand. Andrew was the only rep, and he was knowledgeable, energetic, and very capable of managing multiple clients and calls at once. He helped me get a new iphone and walk me through the transfer process, as well as the pricing. For running a one man show, he did an especially impressive job.

I went into the store to get two iPhone 12s. One for myself & one for my daughter. They only had limited stock since the phone just came out which I completely understand. My daughter was able to walk out with one but they told me that the black iPhone was not in stock and i would have to come back another day. They said they ordered me one and would call me as soon as it came in. A couple days passed and they called me and told me to come in. When I arrived at the store they were busy. I had to wait. Once i finally got with an employee they started transferring all my information from my iPhone to my new iPhone. Then an issue Occurred. They said it was Verizons fault! The iPhone 12 they had for me was pre order for another customer. But the customer canceled the pre order. While my information was transferring the employee was on the phone with Verizon because the iPhone 12 was saying locked!??? According to Verizon if a customer cancels their pre order the store has to wait 3 days until they can sell it. Well apparently the iPhone 12 they were trying to sell me was not canceled 3 days ago. The employee that was helping me apologized and told me they could not sell me this iPhone 12. Now after sitting and waiting to be helped and then sitting waiting for all my stuff to be transferred to this new phone for them to tell me i am walking out without a new iPhone i was not happy! The employee told me for the inconvenience they would give me a free screen protector and case. The employee told me they would order me another iPhone 12 and let me know when it comes in. Well today 11/25 i still have not received a call from this Verizon store regarding my iPhone 12 that was supposedly ordered for me! It has been over a week now!When i got home my daughter noticed that my phone was not making phone calls or receiving texts. Come to find out when the employee was trying to set up the new iPhone 12 and transferring everything he canceled my number, i then had to sit on the phone with Verizon for an hour for them to re activate my new phone.EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!

Employees were very helpful went above and beyond to ensure all my info and data was switched from one phone to the next. Employees were patient and knowledgeable. When one thing didn’t work they always had another way to ensure things were switched over properly. Anicelle was especially kind and helpful. Was able to help multiple customers at once and made sure everyone knew exactly what was going on. Will be back again.

I went to the Verizon store on Weber Rd and was created by their friendly staff in holiday attire. Jonathan my sales person helped me with purchasing a new family plan that will fit within my budget and also assisted me a technically challenged person with the Samsung phones and watch features. He recapped the services he provided me and offered further assistance. I really appreciated the extra time and effort he took to help me. Great Job!

I went in over thanksgiving weekend because of the promotion they offered. Of course my sales person was able to solve every issue I had. I was offered a $400 gift card for leaving another service. NOT ONCE DID SHE TELL ME THAT I NEEDED TO FILL OUT A REBATE FORM. I even got on the Verizon chat and was never told these details to obtain this $400 gift card when I asked to make sure that I qualified for this gift card.Within a week my brand new phone has a camera that won’t work. I go into the store. A guy in this store trouble shoots my phone and gives me a new one. Telling me that I will receive packing materials to send the defective phone back. He also said they aren’t allowed to take the defective phones back in the store which made no sense to me. I NEVER GOT THE RETURN MATERIALS. I get on the chat and was told they will send me the return materials. NEVER GOT ANY.Finally I get a bill for $780 for this defective phone. THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR THE DEFECTIVE PHONE WHILE I PAID DOUBLE PHONE PAYMENTS AND INSURANCE PAYMENTS SINCE THE GUY AT THE STORE SET UP MY REPLACEMENT PHONE AS AN ADDITIONAL PHONE ON MY ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT.It’s almost April and I’ve yet to see the $400 they promised me and they are still trying to clean up the mess this store left on my account for the defective phone and the new phone. I have been on the chat several times and one the phone several times totaling several hours.THIS STORE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. THEY JUST WANT YOU IN AND OUT AND TO GET THEIR COMMISSIONS AND BONUSES LIKE WORKING WITH USED CAR SALESMAN. DO NOT BOTHER DOING BUSINESS HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE THE TIME TO WASTE CALLING IN TO FIX YOUR BOTCHED ACCOUNT.

Anicelle has the best demeanor! She is an asset to this Verizon store! She treated every single person that walked in like they were important. Poor girl was alone and got bombarded with 3 different people in a five minute time frame, and she handled it with the experience and maturity of a forty year old. I felt bad for her because it is dark and she was working alone. This is no day and age to leave a young lady working by herself at night. I come from a long career in retail, and I would hire her in a heartbeat!

Got stuck in a Verizon hell catch 22. Bought a phone off gazelle and them the previous owner reported it stolen after my daughter had been using it for 6 months. Verizon disconnected the line and wouldnt reconnect unless I had a phone. They wouldnt let me buy a phone on my plan without reconnecting the line. After an hour Im Verizon customer service hell, I went into the store.I arrived with a full head of steam and easy a little snappy initially but Britannia K took it in stride and went to work on the issue. She came up with a quick ingenious solution to get me out of the Verizon limbo. Then I was able to buy a new phone and she did all the transfer of photos and files to the new phone.This all went quicker then I expected and was a pleasant experience because of Brittannis patience and calm demeanor.

Stopped by to switch out SIMS card from old Sansung to newer Samsung phone. Some sort of issue with card and so it was taking longer than usual. Anicelle the Verizon associate was awesome and friendly however she was the only one here on a Sunday and so customers ended up leaving because of the long wait time. It’s not her fault that Corporate only has one associate on a Sunday. Totally ridiculous but she handled everyone’s issues with a smile and good attitude
