Great service I needed a new screen protector covered by warranty and its the only tmobile in the area with them in stock for my type of phone
Woman talked down to me and guy said we dont need your service any longer anyway. How rude!! Very disappointed

My representative Daljeth was AMAZING 🤩! I loved the fact that even though I had to wait (not complaining 😊) he continued to check on me periodically to ensure I was okay. Daljeth took the time to truly understand exactly what I was requesting and repeated my request at least twice ❤️🤩 WOW🤩Just to give you an example of what an awesome employee you have at the end of our conversation I didnt give him the sale! I know .... I felt horrible 💔 but, I have my representative at my local branch CJ who is also AMAZING 🤩! Daljeth didnt try to keep pushing me to buy with him! Instead he went ABOVE and BEYOND and offered to set my appointment! Slam dunk in my books!!!Loyal client 11yrs 💪

Went To pay a ph bill for a friend. While considering paying the full bill plus whatever the costs of the phone itself if anything remained. I asked for what the current total bill was... (how considerate of me...)The clerk responded with i cant give that information especially without an ID This made me automatically think since Im not on the account- I wont get the requested. After Id moved on to my own business needs I remembered what I normally do to get things done. I pick the representatives brain searching for what will work.... Instead of letting them do their job; i solve the problem for them.How do so many people get jobs theyre not able to fully perform? You know truckers dont generally cause trouble but we have our bad days. We get super frustrated with people who dont want to work but theyre on the clock. I just spent x2 week wrestling with x2 banks for access to my own money for a large amount. This is ridiculous to go through things like this which drains me from performing my own profession appropriately.Whatever your profession is its easier to do because you study, practice, deal with its issues enough to thing outside the box. Not so if you just want someone elses money as your check. So you get off work and dont put in extra effort to have an advantage for the following days, weeks, etc. of this job.I dont know, Im just letting off some steam and hoping some will pick up ideas for make employers not ever want to lose them. I know both sides of that... ...

THE WORST location. It’s 17 degrees outside I screenshot their store hours and took a pic of the door that says 10AM-6PM at 10:20 AM online/google someone changed their hours to 11AM-6PM. Unprofessional!!! and the customer service slow as hell. Go to another location because now I gotta chase them to get MY money from them.
Daniel was awesome and Im glad I got to work with him. I was there to buy a new phone and he listened to my needs, answered my questions, is clearly very knowledgeable on the products and he helped me to make an informed decision. I love my new phone. He also did a great job installing the screen protector for me and made sure my contacts transferred over properly. I really appreciate his help during my visit. This store has amazing customer service. I now have a T-Mobile store 1 minute from my house (on 53 in Romeoville) but I will always go back to this location because Hector and his his teams customer service. Hector is a valuable asset for T-mobile. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I switched to T-mobile one year ago at this store and I have never regretted my decision.
Poor customer service, came into the store to ask a question about my phone because the pen on my galaxy note 5 stopped working, tall guy not sure if he was the store manager or not but he was very rude, treated me like I owed him somthing. Today I called into the store interested in jump plan and again I received a rude response this dude doesnt want to answer any questions and acts like he doesnt have time for you.
1 star is the lowest i can give but there are no stars here. This staff is horrible. NO PROFESSIONALISM. SORRY EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS. walked in 20 minutes before closing waited 15 minutes to be seen. Instead of helping me the DOUCHBAGS try to up grade me to a more expensive phone. Switching providers. Been a customer for over 10 years. BTW if corporate has the decency to read these reviews you see my name now check my account and see how much product i have bought from your store alone. And you will be losing many more faithful customers. TRY HIRING PROFESSIONALS.
Horrible location! The manager doesnt even know their own promotions. I have been lied to two times by this location. First lie was been I tried to get the 400$ promotion for bringing a pixel to t-mibile, a promotion that was advertised on TV and their website, which they told me wasnt valid. The second time was when I tried to do the same thing with my pixel 2 same promotion same advertisement. What makes the second time worse is that I came in mid December for a different phone transaction but decided to inquire on the promotion just to be safe...I was told by and employee and by the manager (woman named Dana, be careful she has no clue what is going on with t-mobile promotions or products) that the offer was valid for a few more months. Flash forward to today January 13 and now Im being told that the offer in question was cancelled back in November! Complete bs! Thankfully for them I didnt buy the pixel 2 from them otherwise this would have been a clear bait and switch! Before I go any further I would like to note that I am an IT system Administrator for a fortune 500 company so I know a thing or two about tech more specifically cell phones. In addition to these cases that I have stated i have also heard them flat out lying to customers who dont know much about tech about the devices they offer. Lies such as claiming that certain phones have processing power and picture quality that the dont. Do not go to this store they will only try to rob you blind! I am so outraged by the quality of service I am seriously considering, after seven years of loyalty, switching to another carrier maybe someone else will have better store customer service.
Always great service, theyve finally started staffing more than 2 people so the service is much faster and they can take more time with each person.

The staff here is very personable and friendly. They helped us switch over from AT&T and worked through all the problems caused by AT&T. They also gave us personal number in case we had any problems.
This place is slow no matter what time you go .No one should have to wait 20 minutes to pay a phone bill.Why not have one person handle payments ???
A bit of a wait because the Bolingbrook store was being remodeled, but great service from CJ ( who usually works at the Bolingbrook location). Altogether pleased and satisfied with the service at both stores.

This has to be the worst store in the area, the employees have little or no knowledge about their work. All the do is chit chat and give customers hard time, Ive had multiple bad experiences in the store, same issues they gave me hard time resloving other store helped resolve them with no hard time.
