If I could give zero stars I would. Went to Barnwell for an alignment. Got my truck back and noticed my steering wheel was crooked. Went back and they adjusted it. Left again and it was still crooked. Due to work and other things I couldn’t go back again that day so I went back a couple days later. The older man at the counter proceeded to tell me it is not crooked before he even looked at it and they refused to take it in to fix it. I understand most roads here are not even due to the crown in the road but even but there are some that are somewhat even and my steering wheel is clearly crooked. So now I am left with a crooked steering wheel and will have to go somewhere else to have it corrected. Very disappointed with the service and very unhappy that I will have to spend more $$$ to have this fixed when it should have been straight after the alignment being that part of an alignment is to straighten the steering wheel. Came here after I experienced a flat tire a few days ago on my way to work. I called ahead of time and was told by Chris to just come to the shop after work. They were able to place a tire on my car and give me a discounted price. I appreciate the time they took to help me.

Had to get a simple tire change. Very long wait for not being over crowded. Wait time was over an hour and a half. When I ask the young worker behind the desk what was taking so long he was very disrespectful.Would not recommend to anyone. I hope this helps.

Scheduled last minute appointment the day before. Got in and out in an hour for 4 new tires to replaced my old set. Quality price on tires and they were helpful with selection.

Dropped off my truck early in the morning. Late afternoon I had to call to find out if it was done. They didnt do anything to it and told me it needed front end work before I can get it alignment.I called 4 times and spoke with Pete and Anthony about getting a quote for some of the repairs. Still have not heard back. Pete promised to get me a quote each time. Had repairs done elsewhere.

Im sure they are good. But dont ever use simpletire and order your tires for them to install them. Only one guy knows whats going on when you do and if he isnt there youre screwed. Instead of just doing the work and figuring out what the issue is they made me wait and I had to get the answer for them. Im the customer. I shouldnt have to do your job.

I am in the Holbrook area, and I have been looking online for tire repair shops close enough, and reasonable enough.This isnt straight-cut and easy, but I managed to find a few locations in the Ronkonkoma area.I caller one shop in particular, which recommended Barnwell House of Tires.This location Is pretty convenient, clean, safe and comfortable.The wait time to get my tire fixed wasnt too long, it was pretty quick in fact, and the price was about average.Customer service was favorable, and the environment very professionally run!

I brought in my tire for repair because one of my tire was slowly leaking and they added hug bead sealer to the rim and I was in and out in no time. Great Service at very reasonable price! I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been here 3 times. Hard to find a mechanic knowledgeable with diesels and one that works on duallys for the matter.The reason why I’m a return customer is because I had a problem after an alignment and new tires i bought here, I asked for them to take a look at it. Rather than try and upsell me for a new alignment or something else, they simple found out it was a minor tire issue and took care of it. Happy I gave them a chance!

Had two tires installed on my motorhome this morning. Pulled in, they had the job done in less than a hour. Price was competitive and service in my opinion could not have been better. I received 5 star service! I worked with Chris Gorman to have all 4 Brakes and Tires changed on my Land Rover LR4. I would highly recommend them instead of going to the dealer. They have an honest and efficient team with competitive pricing.

Had a 9 am appointment for an inspection, took an hour an a half for them to tell me it failed due to brakes. They quoted me over $200 i said i have a guy. My guy showed me my brakes and they were good. He said i have over 50% life left. They lied and tried to cheat me. Will never EVER go back. Do not trust them.

I wish tire shops would stop advertising that they sell used tires,but then when you call to see if they have your size(without even saying the size first), their auto response is USED tires?! eehh, probably not. It would save time and energy to just not put that on your site or put very limited stock, instead of making people feel low for asking.

After countless horrible experiences at other tire shops I was hesitant to try yet another new tire shop. With that said I am so happy I found this place. Professional from the second I stepped foot in the door. The quality of their work was outstanding!! Thank you barnwell, I am forever a loyal customer of yours from now on.

Been using this place for tires for a long time and have to say one of the nicest tire shops around. Great staff that know there products with good prices and quick service.

I brought my vehicle in that just had everything in front end replaced for an alignment. I was told they would have to charge me extra to adjust the caster and camber, which is part of doing an alignment. This is a regular vehicle unmodified. They charged me the extra labor and didnt touch camber on one side. Its good, itll drive straight, I was told. I wish I could have waited for regular mechanics machine to be fixed. I will never return to this facility. Cost me $90 more than an alignment on a sister vehicle we have and was not completed, vehicle still pulls slightly.

They do great work but found Goodyear tires give a better discount if you buy them online 1st.

Didnt care for this facility. The guy who helped me? The little guy with the pony tail? He was OBNOXIOUS. Nothing worse than dealing with some jerk when youre spending money. That alone made sure Ill never go back.

On my day off I dropped my work vehicle off for tire change and alignment at 9:30 am, as per my appointment. I came back at 1:30, figuring theyd have had plenty of time, only to see the guys in the shop playing with the oversized load sign on the roof, and discovered that they hadnt even started it. I only hope that the people working here one day have to deal with people just like themselves. What an insult.
