Good afternoon! Our experience with Dom in the Roswell AT&T store was excellent! He is the ONLY salesman in that store and was not available yesterday because he was working inventory (sign on door said lunch- back @2 hrs later ) and ALSO today because of no over time had to be gone again, and we needed to return 2 hr later! There should be more people managing the time and workers. 5 stars for Dom, great help! 1 star for inadequate staffing = the 3 star rating.
I was recently in your store looking to purchase a new phone for my sons 13th birthday. Miss Naidia greeted me with a warm smile and proceeded to give me excellent customer service! By the time I was ready to leave I felt like I had made a friend all while figuring out the best phone for my son and helping to resolve a couple other previous issues I was having. Dom was also there and was a joy to interact with while being very helpful with my Internet dilemma. I returned a few days later with my son to get his new phone finalized and Dom was there again to deliver even more great customer service! Naidia and Dom- Thank you! You both were so helpful, patient and kind.
Great store with great customer service had just gone to the Johnson Ferry / HWY 120 east Cobb store and had a terrible experience with a very rude associate. That didn’t happen at this store. Thank you so much for your help
Our experience yesterday at your 880 Woodstock Rd AT&T Roswell, GA, store exceeded our expectations. Jamal couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. Jamal helped my husband and I upgrade our iPhones. We greatly appreciate Jamal’s knowledge of product and thoroughness. We are very happy with our new phones!
The gentlemen who were taking care of everyone were incredibly respectful and helped with no questions asked.

It’s funny that no one at a cellular phone store answers the phone nor calls you back when you leave voicemails. I need some help and to get a quick question answered and now I have to go in person which is not easy with their opening hours and my schedule. They are helpful in store but very busy and need more employees.
WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.!!!! As a new customer i expected more out of AT&T. I decided to switch to AT&T hoping they would come through for me during this pandemic. Unfortunately, this location has failed. The Manager lacked understanding of these times and AT&T SHOULD DO BETTER!
Olivia and Jamie were very friendly and very helpful. Great customer service. No excess pressure just very informative and provide valuable information on how to correct a problem with Apple and possible solutions on other questions regarding ATT service. Encouraging enough so that I upgraded from an IPhone 4 to an IPhone 8. Researched my options and provided me with lots of information and tips on operating my new phone. Very efficient and very knowledgeable. I felt very confident that I had made the right decision for me. I would highly recommend their services, especially Olivia as she completed my transactions the most, I would give either one of them an A Plus. If I need any other assistance, I plan to go back to them.
Beware of promises to lower your bill at this location. After spending an hour here, I came to find out what they changed me to actually made my bill increase. ATT customer service switched me to a lower cost plan after this store put me on a higher cost plan.
The assistant manager Olivia was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Even though I left without signing up for service I would definitely keep them in mind in the future.UPDATE...I was supposed to receive a phone call from Olivia about my responder net account information from this location...I even called 2 times and was told each time that they were really busy and have not heard from the accounts department... meanwhile my credit was run 2 additional times and eventually had to contact AT&T directly to set up my account myself...I would suggest contacting AT&T customer service yourself if you want something done right.
The Service is amazing at this store. The store manager, Jamie, is really encouraging and helpful. All around the store is great, Along with the people that work there. They will always solve the problems that you have.
Just purchased a new iPhone. The associate that got me all set up was very helpful HOWEVER now I need help with my phone and no one answers the phone. ALSO the associate said he would call me the next day and he never did. Now I have to drive over there and raise Cain because no one is responding to my voicemails or phone calls. Im appalled that there was only ONE person working in the store when I came in and that there isnt a single soul returning calls. This is why I hate getting new phones.
I cant say enough about the knowledge and helpful attitudes of the staff at this store! Jamie Wolff and his band of tech wizards have come to our rescue over and over. They know so very much! And they are kind and patient as they satisfy their customers needs. AT&T, you need to know that these guys are the best of the best.
Spoke to Olivia on the phone about setting up a new service. She was extremely helpful. Went to the store to finalize everything and Jamie took care of it. Overall, a good experience.
Honestly wish there was a way to put 0 stars!! All my husband and I wanted was to start an AT&T service with our same phone numbers. The clerk that was transferring our numbers over messed up so royally that the district manager had to be called and the only way we could keep our numbers was to add a third line. We were told that we could delete the 3rd line once everything was set up. They made the mistake in setting up our entire account on this 3rd line we never wanted and now we cannot delete that number. Our first bill came in and not only are we paying for a 3rd line that we were told the fee should be waived, we don’t have access to that line and we are paying fees for things we didnt want coming to a monthly bill of $403!! Who pays that much a month for a phone bill!!! Do not go to this location, they are incompetent and will royally screw you over.
I just had the best customer service experience ever! Shay solved ever single iPhone issue that I had. I was struggling with transferring data, photos, videos and calendar information. BAM! Done! She was helpful, professional, patient and kind. Please ask for her should you ever get in a technology pickle.

This is an exceptional store with super-geeks who are courteous, helpful and are able to simplify technical information to allow mere mortals to make complicated decisions with ease. Jaimie walked us through getting att cable set up, didn’t try to up sell us, got us exactly what was needed, install in 1 1/2 days, didn’t try to impress us with he encyclopedic technical knowledge, just the facts. It’s is this kind of rare service that customers really want... Olivia, who I spoke to in the morning on the phone, made me feel like not only could they serve us, but they really hoped we would come in.Great store! By the way, we had to wait for a bit...because they go to lengths to make sure customers have everything answered;wait! It’s worth it! Cuz you might have an extra question and they won’t rush you.
Olivia was awesome!! She made things so easy! Such a wonderful employee to have in your store! She deserves a huge raise!!
Ive been to several locations and will recommend this store over any other one!Jon, the manager, has helped my family and I a couple of times now and goes out of his way to make sure we get what we need as well as understand what we get. He explained everything that he was doing with my phone and was patient with me while I had to guess my apple ID password a couple of times...In regards to trying to upsell more products, he told me what I could get but wasnt pushy when I wasnt really interested. That in itself is worth the 5 stars!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to helping me pick out a new phone. Not only did they help me get a great deal on a new LG phone and case, they also helped me transfer over all my files and contacts to my new phone.
I originally walked in to hear my options for an upgrade, and walked out with a new iPhone XR. Now, the process to get that new iPhone? Extremely long—from backups, to the system acting up, to incompetent tech support who couldn’t even help (yo, AT&T, hire tech support staff who have actually opened the My AT&T App, maybe?). But Shay (or Shannon) handled the whole situation like a pro! She was patient, knowledgeable, and a saint for staying persistent to get it all fixed! She even stayed past closing to resolve everything. I will forever be grateful for the extra mile she took to make me happy, thank you Shay!! & hope you feel better Jaime! :)
Nice enough staff, but when you wear ripped jeans, sit crosslegged in the chair with shoeless feet and swivel about like a child, it doesnt inspire confidence that you are a professional. Had to leave because there was no one available to help and I was told a staff member was running late... so the wait would be awhile longer. Well... bye bye AT &T. Verizon is soooo much better at customer service!
Manager Jamie was incredibly helpful and knew his stuff. The reason i go in store is for that kind of one on one help and he delivered!

This is an authorized retailer, which means you are dealing with folks who have an incentive to help.The store is smaller than a corporate store, and i believe everyone is much more friendly and willing to help.I dealt whats a great manager-in-training,, who clearly wanted to ensure I was taken care of.
While Im not a fan of dealing with AT&T Call Centers (worst ever), Im the BIGGEST fan of Jamie Wolff & Olivia Georges at the AT&T Store located at 880 Woodstock Rd Suite 102 in Roswell, GA 30075. I upgraded my Samsung cell phone on March 25, 2019 and between Jamie Wolff & Olivia Georges, they transferred my contact data from my old phone to the new one and more importantly, they took the time to demonstrate the new phone (Samsung Galaxy s10e), explain its features and answer every question I had regarding the phone & service. In my opinion, they offered EXCEPTIONAL (above and way beyond) customer service and should be rewarded financially for their efforts. My observation while on the premises, the AT&T store itself is in shabby shape and could use an upgrade to match the products you sell. Revamp & modernize the store to attract more customers. Shoutout & big THANKS to Jamie & Olivia!
Really bad company. Have been with AT&T wireless for over 12 years and it is always a battle to keep them from changing plans that benefit them in the way of money. Called the solutions dept and the customer service person told me that he would change my current plan making it better. One hour later I got my new plan email and it was 60 dollars higher. I had to call back and change it back. On the phone over one hour trying to correct the problem. FYI. If you get ATTs Philippine branch....hang up and try again. It will save you a lot of grief.
Chris and Jamie at this location are such rockstars! We went in looking to switch over our internet from Comcast and could not be happier with how it all worked out! Jamie and Olivia are so helpful…every time I go in there, they remember me and greet me with a smile and are so incredibly helpful! They need to have a bakery and coffeeshop attached…it ends up being a community fest every time I am in that place!

My family and I have been customers of AT&T for over 18 years. Within those 18 years, we have purchased or subscribed to dozens of devices, services, accessories and more. And I can speak for myself, on behalf of my children, my siblings and my parents that we are and will be customers for life. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by not only one employee, but all of them in a polite and welcoming manner while they are still respectful of the customers they are busy attending to already. To expedite your needs and respect of your time, one of the staff members will ask if there is something in particular you need help with or are inquiring about and then multi task in a concerted, well managed and extremely cohesive manner to attend to the customer already being helped and proactively begin to manage the next customers needs as team. I personally have never in any capacity felt as I did, on one of the most trying days in my entire life, from the very moment Jordan, J., and Olivia simply said hello and how can we help you. I was important and they were going to do everything they could to help me and we had only said hello to one another. Not only did I get more than I even knew possible, at a price you cant begin to imagine, I also was heard, they all stopped to listen to me, my needs, my budget, my desire to pay it forward to help my father and so much more. Jordan on only her second day of joining the team gave me my smile back by listening to the issues I had to rectify but also the very personal situation which brought me to them in the first place. She actually stayed just late enough past her time to go home to ensure she relayed my needs to the amazing, simply a gift of a man, J. who not unlike Jordan, made me feel as if I was family and he was going to give me my options, never trying to up sell or mislead my needs or my budget answering every question I asked, more than once, but with respect, integrity and compassion. My issues kept me in the store for over 6 hours, 6 hours spent exhausting every avenue possible to resolve my issue. J. also stayed past closing in order to be certain I understood how to use my new device and all the precautions and advantages I should take the time to utilize to protect myself in the future if any issue were to happen again. I hugged all three incredible people so tightly, with some much gratitude it felt like family and put my smile back where it belonged. Olivia and Jordan greeted me on my arrival the next afternoon to complete the gift J. suggested for my father. By utilizing a feature on the phone I gave my Dad using the hearing aid feature on the phone, he could clearly and joyfully not miss a word of conversation, voicemail or the giggles of his grandchildren, And it was a suggestion made by John to me in order to pay it forward to my father since he has always given to me and my children so freely of his own resources. The true joy and inexpiable bliss it gave me to see his eyes light up and his smile peer through, because a newer and nicer phone gave him back the ability to read his text messages without scrolling letters the size of a quarter. And for the first time in years he heard every word and didnt have to apologize for needing the conversation to be repeated. I adore these three outstanding individuals who work as a team, with knowledge, options, solutions, suggestions, patience and passion. My father was so touched by their level of professionalism and the lengths they went to for us, he wanted to pay it forward by having me write this review. My family and I want to tell anyone and everyone we know and those we dont, please go and experience for yourself how this company embraces how to treat, handle, educate and complete above and beyond unlike any other business. My family and I will be loyal and frequent customers to this amazing team of exceptional people I now call my friends.
This is our neighborhood go to for phones and phone issues. Assistant Mgr. Olivia is gold standard for service. She walked me through an agrivating phone issue, fixed!

Not a real at&t store.
I will never go back. This is not a corporate AT&T store and are limited in their functionality. I wanted a phone that they did not have in stock and the manager had to order it. When I asked if he could order an accessory for me, he said he couldnt do that, that I would have to go somewhere else. He forgot to charge me for taxes on my phone and called me later saying I had to give my credit card information over the phone or the deal would close out. When I finally got my phone a week later, I wanted a different payment plan (I was within 14 days of purchase) and they said I had to return the phone and get a different one and they would charge me a restocking fee. All in all terrible experience, I will always go to corporate AT&T stores from now on.

The At&t employees are not professional and dont know how to work. The manager is unprofessional as well because they dont know how to do their job. They provide wrong information, and then say its not their fault, resulting in the customer paying a lot more money than said. They lose customers over small things that can be solved, but they choose not to.
